This review is of the resort, not the actual room we stayed in to which I gave a three stars (feel free to read my review in La Pineta). The facilities at Forte Village and it’s privileged location with a private beach are fantastic. The SPA heavenly. The kids entertainment area, perfect. I could go on, there are a ton of positives but certainly more than one few annoyances that stops this from being...
If your looking for a spot of luxury then here is the place. Facilities galore and acres of space lots of accommodation choice. The villas in the palm enclosure are quiet and really comfy. At least 3 large pools and lots of sporting choice as well. Access to the private beach is easily in walking distance from main complex. Well worth a visit if you want to spoil yourself.

The good: The grounds are amazing and well kept. Plenty of activities. The room was clean. The rest: Check-in was very lengthy at a non-peak hour (we arrived at midnight) and the check-in staff seemed uninterested and unbothered. The room was quite dated, with a door that didn’t lock. Very basic room amenities - no robes, faulty lights, poor air conditioning in 35C heat. The hot items from the buffet...
we can tell you that we really liked the complex. There really is a large selection of options for the whole family. The beach is spacious and you can always find a lounger with an umbrella. The bungalow was also renovated and suited us very well. The cleanliness was very good. Unfortunately, there was a lack of F&B. The half board offering was very poor and, in our opinion, at 2-3* level!☹️ There...
We were excited for this holiday as it cost in the region of £12,000 for 7 days (2 adults and 3 kids) and have enjoyed other parts of Italy so really didn’t have any nerves regarding issues. Upon arrival we were a few hours early so had to wait for the room which I understand but we made our way to the kids pool next to reception, I have to say as a first impression it was horrendous, filth around...
I had the most incredible experience at Forte Village in Sardinia! 🌴🌊 The resort's location right by the Mediterranean Sea is a visual dream come true, offering everything you need inside the resort! There is plenty of space in the rooms and they are air-conditioned, which is a must for me! The staff is friendly and attentive. Excellent hygiene standards and plenty of towels! The service was top...
We don’t recommend staying at Forte Village. It’s not all bad, the beach is nice and we can commend the evening entertainment at the piazza as well as kids club. But ultimately Forte cannot escape its heritage and history. It’s now more than 50 years old and some of the facilities / rooms are very dated (not all). The concept is also outdated, focused on keeping guests and their wallets inside the...
We have just returned from the most amazing week at Forte Village. This was our first holiday in a resort and as a family of 4 (children aged 3.5 and 7months) and it was the most brilliant experience. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, everyone was so helpful and friendly - not in your face but obliging and making the stay feel effortless. The site is vast but the landscaping doesn’t...

Beautiful authentic hotel/resort with private beach. It has a huge swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean, a number of restaurants to choose from including one right on the beach. Lots of areas to relax including a Cigar room. Rooms were large and spacious, ours had a sea view and balcony. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful
The positives: This is a really interesting place. A 1950's hotel, on the sea with its own private beach. Its a really great location and good place to relax and not a long drive from Cagliari. We stayed in the villas which were quieter and a few of the villas are right on the beach (Villa Marte) ... and if you want to hear the waves as you go to sleep its an amazing place to be. But ... As other...
The hotel area is very nice: well-kept garden, small beach or pool, however in the season there might be tough to find a sunbed. The restaurant pretends to higher quality than can offer. The staff is not trained to serve dishes or drinks. The Food is rather lower quality, specially for breakfast. Scrambled egg or bacon is served cold. You might notice the age of the object. The furnitures are old...
Good price for value, staff is kind. You will pay for the location (beach + swimming pool), nothing more. Do yourself a favor and don't spend your money on the restaurant or the hotel. High prices and very bad quality of the food. If you don't believe me, look the other several reviews regarding this topic.
The place is Magic. The views are amazing. The hotel is really quite. Perfect in April. The rooms & bathroom are a old, but the views are really super nice. The staff is really kind. I recommand to stay here
A wonderful, picturesquely located hotel, a very romantic atmosphere, a beautiful private beach where you can relax in peace and quiet What is most important is the friendly service, in particular we would like to thank the gentleman who prepared sandwiches for us early in the morning before leaving for Poland

The sea ! Also this year I spent a few days in this enchanting place. A sea between the more beautiful and transparent in the world to within a few metres. Wonderful view, rooms new and clean, competent staff have made it perfect and relaxing our vacation!
I hardly step the summer in this part of Sardinia, and yet, after visiting this hotel I was immediately entranced by the tranquillity of this hotel, the breathtaking view during meals, a large outdoor swimming pool for relax and a private beach accessible directly from the hotel. Very comfortable apartment, close to the sea and with almost all the necessary comforts. Few flaws, but they are trifles
Basic home, the furniture a little old, set in a wonderful pine forest, a stone's throw from a heavenly sea.
Residential complex surrounded by greenery, well cared for, car-free circulation.
New, modern, spacious, super clean, friendly staff, glorious breakfast, cool ( not just because of good AC)

We were lucky to stay in a beautiful new hotel room with a beautiful bathroom. Nice beach with beds and umbrellas. Comfortable hotel. We were there in September. The hotel is then full of German elderly. The dinner and breakfast were very mediocre buffets. The service and professionalism of the staff was really bad. They seemed to have received no training from the management. We had not reserved a...
This hotel is very well appointed and the evening meals and swimming pool area is very good. It is in a remote area of Sardinia which has limited external facilities (shops etc). The costs of food and drink was relatively high and there were limited services within the hotel with regard to English guests interaction and information but for a quiet holiday in a beautiful hotel with reasonable food...
Room was great until we had a horrible smell coming from the drains in our shower room the last couple of days, someone came to sort it but the smell never went. Service was nearly perfect apart from service speed at dinner was slow at times and dinner was very confusing on our first night as we were not told anything on arrival. There is an allocated seating plan and we were waiting to be told where...
Absolutely beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable with fantastic facilities. You couldn’t ask for more here!! People have complained about the fact that you have to pay for sunbeds on the beach and the towels are €3 but that really isn’t an issue and there is so much to do nearby and so many beautiful beaches to visit that you don’t really need to stay here all the time and the poolside ones are free...
A memorable stay at the flamingo resort. Staff are passionate and give an excellent service to all guests. Will surely return and recommend the resort to others.
Great location, very peaceful. Rooms need a major overhaul, particularly the bathrooms. Grounds are well kept but facilities such as spa need a total refurbishment. Food OK but limited. Staff occasionally pretty off hand and seem to need training better. Fairly remote location means getting about without a car is difficult.
direct access to the beach is great. Beach area is amazing Room was very clean Dinner was good

OVERLL GOOD HOTEL RIGHT ON THE BEACH
Freundliches Personal Die Zimmer waren sauber, Matratzen etwas hart.

The Hotel has two swimming pools with sun loungers for guests. There is a small beach by the hotel. There are also tennis courts available. The Room was clean and had air conditioning. The hotel staff speaks many languages.
My wife and I just spent 6 days at Costa dei Fiori (we traveled from San Francisco). Gorgeous hotel with infinity pool and its own private beach. The suites are amazing, with giant hot tub in the middle of the room. The staff was super-helpful with every request. If you are visiting the South of Sardinia, I strongly recommend this resort!
My Family had this summer a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Costa dei Fiori ! All the stuff beginning from the reception, to the housekeeping, the waiters and the Manager were all very lovely to us. Especially to our seven months old sun they took really good care and we felt all the time very welcome with a babychild. We enjoyed many dinners a la carte at the really amazing pool with palm trees next...
Located in Santa Margherita di Pula the Costa dei Fiori enjoys a peaceful setting in beautiful landscaped tropical gardens, with a salt water infinity pool complete with sunbeds and parasols, surrounded by over 400 mature pine trees overlooking the sea. Great service and location. Meals were delicious both for breakfast and dinner. Marco, the manager, personally took care of us and other guests. Pools were convenient and located well with beautiful views. The owner personally thanked us for the stay. Very personal approach felt everywhere and the staff cares about every visitor. We will be back for sure!

Nice and elegant 4 star hotel in South Sardinia. They have different buildings with a swimming pool in each one. In our building there were only 5 bedrooms, so we were almost alone in the swimming pool. The rooms are very large. They lack of wardrobe, so there are few space to leave the clothes. Breakfast is quite good.
Hotel pequeno, junto a estrada central que faz a Costa Sul. Perto de vários pontos turísticos mas isolado da confusão! Perfeito para uma escapadinha.
One of the best hotels in Sardinia i have been in, excellent and proffesional receptionist, nice room, jacuzzy, massages. Very good, for very good price
I stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable — you can really tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool's (Yes, they have 2 of them), which was clean, inviting, and a great place to relax. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was...
Great hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and speak great English. They gave us great recommendations as to which beach to go to and what restaurants to eat at. They helped us to get a reservation at a restaurant. There are multiple pools at the hotel so depending on your room you can also have a private pool to yourself !
Great hotel with great service. Nice clean rooms, hotel is calm and well equipped. The staff is polite and helpful , good breakfast. The restaurant is excellent with professional service. We spent there 10 days and it was amazing holiday. Location is little bid far from the beach and you need a car. The hotel staff will help to arrange rent a car.
quiet atmosphere, well-kept village, clean room with daily linen change, very varied and rich breakfast, good dinner with not excessive doses, kind and discreet waiters. clean swimming pool with deckchairs, beach 2 minutes from the rooms with umbrella and deckchair
I spent a wonderful relaxing weekend. The location is beautiful and welcoming, the room very nice and particular: these are little houses scattered around the pine forest with a small veranda for each, also equipped with a small drying rack and a table where you can relax in the open air in the evening. The food was really good, we had a wide choice, so much so that we could easily follow our daily...
We stayed at the hotel because we had a wedding at its sister property, the Flamingo hotel. Overall we had a good time, but the cleaning of the room was not thorough. Furthermore, they should strengthen the snack service for lunch, because the choice is very limited and you have to make do with what's left. The only huge flaw is that cell phones don't have reception in the rooms and the wi fi only...
Overall very satisfactory. A slight downside for the evening catering, otherwise the hotel is well placed for those who wish to go on excursions, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly.
Nice holiday in Pula Clean hotel and very accurate restaurant service. Very kind staff. Any moles? Unfortunately yes: the room (n.22) was very humid, the clothes in the cupboard under the stairs were very damp. Persistent smell of humidity. Forget air conditioning. Clean beach but with non-existent lifeguard in some time slots. If instead of deckchairs there were sunbeds (which there are at the Flamingo...

This year would be my 9th year visiting Forte Village and I can safely say each time I visit it’s an absolute pleasure. The food is spectacular, the views even better but the best thing about Forte Village is the staff. It’s a cliche to say it feels like home but when you’ve gone there for 9 successive years that isn’t hyperbole. Gianni and his team do an incredible job in making sure you have a great...
I recently had stayed at Forte Village in August, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. Staff were great, location great. Perfect spring getaway.
If you want to experience all it’s amazing features just avoid coming before the last week of June as it is much quieter and not everything is on yet, but after then I cannot sincerely think of a better place to have holidays with your children.
