Most all you can eat buffets are awful... cruises.. all inclusive resorts. THE FOOD HERE IS AMAZING! The dinner has all you can eat grilled fish and steak (or lamb). You walk up to the grill area and they serve you right off the grill. All the food was great. The SPA is an amazing value and one of the best we have been to. Relaxation room, saunas, steam rooms, and the treatments... all really good! I just wish we lived closer so we could go more often. The beach and the water are spectacular. The only negative is a lot of kids... it is a family place. We went as a couple as our kids are grown. Next time we will go when the kids are in school....

Lovely place (nice layout, architecture and green spaces), great services and professional/friendly staff. A special mention to the SPA - personnel is superb and the venue is extremely well organized/maintained.

We recently traveled to Sardinia and stayed at the property. The rooms were beautiful and the staff made the trip very enjoyable. Mauro the manager for the outdoor bar made us the best cocktails every day. The beach wasn’t crowded but lots of kids (infants) at this property.

Location, hotel, food and staff were top notch. The hotel is set in a spectacular part of the coastline with mountains behind you and a stunning view of the bay. The grounds are immaculate and framed by lovely palm trees. The rooms were tasteful and very clean, housekeeping always did a thorough clean daily. A very special thanks to the reception staff who gave us a warm welcome on arrival, were always helpful and friendly, and of course the catering team who produced the most outstanding food (big thanks to the BBQ team!) - Michele and his table service team who provided excellent service at meal times. The level of customer service and attention to detail was unrivalled in my opinion. Then there was Alejandro and colleagues who served drinks and food at the beach - who knew fresh pizza on the beach would be such a treat! Finally the Spa team who ran a high quality spa at the resort - I can highly recommend Christina who is the most talented masseuse I have ever met! We explored the surrounding coastline with a hire care and found the most amazing beaches and turquoise water I have ever seen in my life. The south of Sardinia is an incredible place and the stay at Falkensteiner Hotel Capa Boi made it even more surreal. If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service, food, beaches and views, this one has it all!

We had an amazing time at Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi! The resort is beautiful with breathtaking views, and the kids’ club staff were the best we’ve encountered—full of energy and so well-organized. Our kids loved every moment.

While the resort offers everything a family needs, the gym could use some modernisation. Still, we highly recommend it for a perfect family getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Welcome to the business end of things!

Whatever you do - if you qualify as family - do not go for the according offer. Last time around we chose an off center building, that was fine.

Incoming bus tourists will apparently entice hotel to handle you as collateral, even if you are staying for long term and these folks come around very briefly. And will completely clog buffets…💀

Wife told management about hotel’s shortcomings early on, nothing happened.

End of season game. Worst rooms on property for two weeks, kitchen smells, staff breaking glass late at night and howling AC included.

While beneficial to hotel from logistics point of view, pretty sure that’s it for us second time around. Bearing in mind we bookend via Falkensteiner’s proprietary form so no discounts and allowing them to (ultimately ;-) exploit this business case.

Would grade this hotel as a 4 star definitely not a 5 star as advertised. Rooms old and in need of a refurb. They felt damp and smelt damp too. The rooms didn’t feel clean particularly the floor. Explained the situation to reception who were nice and helpful and offered to inspect the room. Poor quality with kids food at the restaurant Kento. Freezer food was served up and charged 16euros for frozen chips and chicken. Lacking communication between staff in restaurants, no choice ice creams available during the kids half term holidays! Basic tomato pasta 10euros, same as what they serve at the buffet. Pizzas were great and would just stick to what you know. Can’t go wrong with fresh pizza. Fish heavy with dinner options, fine if you love fish but husband does not. Was told we could not use the indoor pool as it was too busy. Found out after we got the kids ready into swimwear and told we had to wait for 30 mins with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. Obviously impossible! This was rectified shortly after with the spa manager accommodating us in a pool that didn’t look full to us. Worth noting the outdoor pools are cold and not heated from what we felt, kids couldn’t swim in them only the indoor pool was up to standard for them. All in all wouldn’t return unfortunately. Just not up to standard and it appeared as quite a tired hotel in need of refurbishment. Kids enjoyed the entertainment though and the gardens are nice but if you are used to 5 star I would choice somewhere else. Or accept this is a 4 star hotel.

We have just left the hotel and we are now heading to Cagliari Airport to get get to our real lives after this absolutely perfect and amazing holidays . I’ve already travelled a lot , around the world with and without our kids and by experience I can tell that this is the best I’ve ever experienced . The peaceful location, the crew, the perfect cleaning . The magical piano music during breakfast . Heaven delicious food with fresh fish, seafood , tender meat , flawless Crew always with a smile and ready to make your stay special and memorable . I would like to thank Falkensteiner hotels for having such an amazing team, that always has a truthful smile to give and to help. Here I found a perfect place to rest. The music during dinner was also so beautiful and with such amazing talents and good taste. Also the surroundings … dream turquoise beach’s, villa simius , Cagliari old town with so much to learn and see. Perfect destination! Not to mention the spa , the flowers, trees, beautiful gardens, the cute farm animals ( family of donkeys and goats ❤️) . The relaxing sounds of the bells of the sheep’s nearby eating and climb the mountains… I will surely come back and this time I will get the cape boi suite , a room with sea view which the staff kindly presented us before we leave the hotel . Definitely recommend it’s a DREAM! Thank you

Such a bad hotel! Nothing close to a 5 star hotel! Lots of the staff is rude, including the hotel manager and the receptionist. Food is NOT good, and it feels like you eat the same think morning , lunch and dinner! Same cheese, bread, vegetable . You can’t see the food anymore after 2 days The mini club hours are bad, not many activities, life guards don’t do their job! If you don’t want your kids in the pool, then the mini club sums up in 2 hours a day. Some of the staff is wonderful such as Matteo and Daniel from the mini club, but that’s it! Rooms are old and dirty. I really don’t recommend! There are so many better hotels . This really is a bad hotel! Save your money and stay away!

If you have the money and you're willing to spend it, this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Sardinia. The entire area is stunning, featuring multiple pools and enchanting gardens set within their own private bay, complete with a beautiful beach and crystal-clear sea. The service is exceptional, with amazing people and employees who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The food is absolutely astonishing, ranking among the best we've ever tasted.

For families, the child care services provided by the Falki Klub are top-notch, staffed by kind and caring individuals who speak multiple languages, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for the little ones. We're definitely coming back, having had one of the best times in Sardinia once again.
