Setting is beautiful, hotel clean and receptionist very friendly. Breakfast ok but serving lady was very rude when we arrived at 7.28 amd not 7.30. Also no duvet and when we asked we were told to wait for the next day and it was hot so we didnt need one anyway!.

I know this little hotel because it belonged to my family years ago.Now it has been renovated inside but the location is trs 2 streets with no common outdoor spaces and therefore very noisy. From directly on a main road. sun that said I read from reviews that stayed on the ground floor with full sun .. I find many contradictions.inoltra have a sewer that is close to a camers that gives off unique smells...

Away from everything. Bad access to go by car and even worse if you walk. Large but poorly equipped rooms. The young receptionist, not very nice and with little sympathy for the Castilian. Never to return

The welcome is warm, special mention to Barbara who was very friendly. Breakfast and bottled water each morning made us very happy. The rooms are spacious, clean and functional, it just lacks a microwave. Small flat, the wifi is not accessible from the rooms.

A wonderful place in a medieval part of the municipality, wonderfully quiet on the mountain. If you want to be near the sea, but appreciate the peace and quiet, this is the place for you! The hostess is very attentive and caring. Everything is very clean and well maintained, the rooms are very nice and tastefully decorated. We would always want to stay here again!

Small but very nice and quaint. Its location is fabulous as far as the view is concerned, but it is its only drawback as far as reaching it is concerned. Mrs. Olga is truly an exquisite hostess of excellent company and at the same time of an incredible discretion and excellent are her breakfasts on the beautiful terrace. The Rooms are basic but very clean. It is very green and quite area. The staff is extremely helpful and fast serving all your requests. Very easy going people. If you are with a car, a huge parking lot is offered within the property. It is a very conveniently located near La Spezia, starting point for train and boats on Cinque Terre. The restaurant offers fantastic food, but a limited menu though....

We went to this Inn to stay overnight and we immediately felt at home. Sergio is very hospitable and extremely kind. The rooms are clean and have all the essentials. We were lucky enough to also try the cuisine ... If you come to La Spezia or its surroundings you must absolutely try the panigacci and testaroli of the Locanda !! Of a much higher quality than the classic tourist inns. Do not underestimate...

Excellent the trio of testaroli and also the panigaggi with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses (perhaps too abundant but better this way. We took the leftover one home). I would have preferred a slightly more varied menu, especially with main courses and perhaps à la carte (not said verbally). However it was a very positive experience. Very kind owners and nice place. We will definitely be back.

Giacomo is a lovely host who cares to help one as much as possible to plan your stay, he gives nice suggestions, e.g. which beach one should stay at or which restaurants to visit. And he also serves great breakfast each morning, which can be taken outside on a small but precious terrace with lots of plants! We had a lovely time and would go back immediately, thanks!

Lovely family who welcomes you as you were part of it. Everything is clean and fine, you can notice that they do it with dedication and love. The pool garden is amazing, music and chaise lounges to relax on. Every apartment has A/C which is quite convenient when it's almost 40°C outside. Clean simple relaxing spot with friendly staff and free parking. Competitive price as well. Shared bathroom, but nice bathrooms with all amenities.

Lovely location, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable. There is a big green yard outside and space for parking. There is a kitchen for the use of the guests (no cooking possible) and a lovely balcony to have a coffee or a drink. The host was very nice and helpful.
