Amazing views from the place, recommend a bug spray/roll-on to keep the mosquitos away if you want to avoid being stinged but the facilities are very good for the price.

Randomly followed signs to this place searching for an aperitivi. What a place!! First, it's adorable, looking like a castle tucked on the mountainside. But what potential on the property! The hotel is very decent, spacious and clean room, simple but plentiful and very good breakfast. But the hotel is noisy due to its proximity to the railway line. With Voyages Privés a train ticket to the Cinque Terre was included but they forgot to specify that the train passed through the room.

Albergo la villetta is an hotel in downtown of Sarzana, it's a very clean hotel and it has a very excellent breakfast.

Air conditioner worked great and the beds were clean, which was all we wanted at the moment. The shower head was falling apart but we were still able to get a warm shower. The floors had not been swept or cleaned in awhile so walking around barefoot for even a short time resulted in sorry feet. Not a bad place to stay. It just needs some attention to detail.

Passing through on a trip, we booked a night at this hotel in the afternoon. I had a special request, which was fully accommodated by the friendly and attentive staff. Quiet clean with private parking

Clean and tidy and quiet place, friendly and very helpful owners. The only flaw is the lack of a sofa in the living area.

In August, my family and I decided to stay a few days at this splendid property. We had a wonderful time. The hospitality and friendliness were excellent, and the rooms and spaces were beautiful, with a picturesque view of the Magra River. The breakfast was excellent, with quality products. Dinner at the restaurant attached to the property was also excellent.

In the first week of September, I visited this splendid property with friends. Besides its enviable location at the mouth of the Magra River, I found the decor modern and practical. The hi-tech breakfast is truly remarkable: for just €8, you can enjoy both a savory focaccia and a sweet brioche, all accompanied by coffee and orange juice. I sincerely hope to return and stay longer.

Good pity they don't make pizza at noon

My wife and I stayed at the Maison for 3 nights, It was a wonder ful experience. The service was great, the breakfast was delightful, and everyone was SO friendly. We had planed on going back there this year in October, but we were hit with the corona virus. Hopefully next year will be different.

The restaurant has changed its name and is now called IL REZZAGLIO, from the name of the hand-launched net, typical of the Magra river. Very nice restaurant practically on the Magra, it is possible to eat on the veranda, if the weather permits, excellent service and cuisine that uses local products with the imagination of chef Cesare. For me it's not worth for my holiday (1 night/149€) also not included breakfast 5€. Wifi is weak. The first time i opened bathroom it was smelly.The bed is not a big bed. From the terrace of our room in the distance we could see the sea between the branches of the olive trees located in front of the building. Hillside location. Reachable by a narrow curving road. The biggest flaw is the parking, you have to be lucky to find it (at least on Saturday). For the rest, quiet, clean, very nice sea-themed room. Great service, good breakfast and good location. Unfortunately we got a room only with a very small window so it was rather dark and smelt a bit stuffy.

We just visited the restaurant. Food was allright, but we had better for the price. The complimentary bread wasn't very fresh, some of the menu wasn't available (but we arrived 2h before closing time, so somewhat excusable) Service was friendly. We were told that you could get one of the best pizzas here, sadly at the time of our visit there wasn't any on the menu.. If it returns we'll try our luck...

Very satisfied. I was an overnigt guest on 1st of July 2018. Rooms are 20+ sq meters and all lead to a common huge balcony. I spent one night in this recently renovated hotel in Lerici during a business trip. The hotel is just minutes from the city center and the beach. The room was clean, spacious and had a large private terrace with a full view of the Lerici gulf and castle. Parking was available at no extra cost, so was the use of the spa and the business center. Hotel location by the sea and close to Lerici is perfect! The rooms are a bit small but otherwise pretty nice. Hotel's staff is nice. However choice at breakfast is slightly lacking and the locker in the room is a bit too small to fit a laptop. Overall pretty good value though!
