The staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

Booked with a Vivabox gift card. Very helpful and friendly staff. Due to an unexpected event, I had to postpone my arrival by two days after booking, which was accepted without any problem. Large room, very clean, highly recommended. They offer a 10% discount for breakfast at the adjacent bakery. Parking is available in front of the hotel.

Passing through on a trip, we booked a night at this hotel in the afternoon. I had a special request, which was fully accommodated by the friendly and attentive staff. The size and comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room were noteworthy. Ample parking is available. I would also point out the fast charging station in the McDonald's parking lot across the street.

We chose this hotel thanks to a Regalbox and were delighted with both the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. It's conveniently located for everything you need. Secure parking is available. There's a restaurant on site.

Average hotel, very minimal rooms, basic breakfast, and adequate room condition. We stayed for four days, only staying on a room and breakfast basis. Very close to the Aurelia road, convenient for transportation. The room needed some maintenance.

The hotel is a good 3 star. It has everything a 3 star needs to have. The rooms are basic but super clean(very important!) and with all that you need. The beds are comfortable, and rooms are noiseless.
Breakfast is good, and they provided also gluten free option. Miss Ilaria at the breakfast room is a delicious person and very professional. I had the pleasure to meet the chef, dealing with some dietary requests. Super. She is a very good chef, and we had 2 great dinners. Thanks.

i came here on a trip with my travel club during our trip to europe. our room was large and very comfortable. the staff here are so kind and welcoming. at dinner, our waiter sang to all of us with his favorite songs and gave us a great experience. overall, had a great and memorable stay. i hope to someday make it back there to visit again:)

Seen from the outside is a 80's year old structure, while once inside we were surprised. The structure is old, but the hall is very nice, the rooms are nice, there is even a small spa area included in the price, and this is a plus. The nicest thing was the reception personnel, very gentle, polite, they gave us very useful suggestion on 5 terre. You spend few money, the hotel for sure is not the best in town, but i would suggest it if you have low budget.

For one night it's enough but the chambers are catastrophic. The bathroom is small and not really hygenicly okay. The beds are quite uncomftable but the Service is friendly thats where the two stars came from.
