Good pity they don't make pizza at noon

My wife and I stayed at the Maison for 3 nights, It was a wonder ful experience. The service was great, the breakfast was delightful, and everyone was SO friendly. We had planed on going back there this year in October, but we were hit with the corona virus. Hopefully next year will be different.

The restaurant has changed its name and is now called IL REZZAGLIO, from the name of the hand-launched net, typical of the Magra river. Very nice restaurant practically on the Magra, it is possible to eat on the veranda, if the weather permits, excellent service and cuisine that uses local products with the imagination of chef Cesare. The desserts are excellent, the cellar is discreet. Open until December...

Clean and with very nice staff. Convenient for beach and ferries. Attic on the third floor without lift.

Right in the middle of a very charming town, near to the coast yet very authentic Italian atmosfere and quite pleasant and beautiful. Great parking space which is rare in the town.

Albergo la villetta is an hotel in downtown of Sarzana, it's a very clean hotel and it has a very excellent breakfast.

Air conditioner worked great and the beds were clean, which was all we wanted at the moment. The shower head was falling apart but we were still able to get a warm shower. The floors had not been swept or cleaned in awhile so walking around barefoot for even a short time resulted in sorry feet. Not a bad place to stay. It just needs some attention to detail.

I was able to appreciate the common areas including the very elegant and well-kept meeting room and terrace. A flagship for the millenary city of Carrara.

Loved it. Real comfort at a little extra cost. Well worth it.

Amazing and Classy location.

We just visited the restaurant. Food was allright, but we had better for the price. The complimentary bread wasn't very fresh, some of the menu wasn't available (but we arrived 2h before closing time, so somewhat excusable) Service was friendly. We were told that you could get one of the best pizzas here, sadly at the time of our visit there wasn't any on the menu.. If it returns we'll try our luck...

Few bad reviews on here for the restaurant? Thought I’d give it a review because we tried it as we also stayed at the hotel. Food was great, pasta fresh and full of flavour, proper Italian pizza, good wine, staff really friendly. Perfecto! Hotel was nice considering the cheap price, you get what you pay for! My girlfriend and me passed a wonderful time in this hotel, after 3 days of rush visiting all 5 terre we could really relax at the Locanda dell'Angelo. The pool is really big and warm with a big garden around where you can just lie down and enjoy the sun. After the check out they even let us stay in the pool for a few hours. Enjoyed our stay here alot. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing sitting in the foothills of the mountains. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch was excellent quality and selection. Pool area is perfect and secluded and is exactly what you need when looking for a quiet place to relax.

Awesome Hotel with big beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and super friendly staff! There Is also a lot of Art in the Garden and in the house, even in your rooms, so it feels a bit like you are visiting a museum. Margherita has awesome tips for sightseeing and will do everything for you to have a great stay.

B&B in the hills just 5 minutes from the center of Sarzana, surrounded by green olive trees and a spectacular view of the Sarzanella fortress. The owner is a very kind and helpful lady. Beautiful house with fantastic views of the sea and the fortress of Sarzanello. The room is very nice, spacious, with an espresso machine. Well-kept furniture between shabby and original and antique furniture. Fantastic bathroom, a real bathroom! I had a amazing stay at Dama B&B, it was the perfect location to explore the local area and easily reach the Cinque Terre. Sat upon a hill with beautiful views of the sea and a castle. The owner Cynthia and her daughter are so helpful and accomodating, giving me local tips and suggestions. A perfect place to relax. I will stay again for sure.

Marco (owner) was very helpful, he gave us a lot of information about discovering La Spezia, Cinque Terre ... It had everything that you need for staying few days, also free parking space!

Marco & Lori are the friendliest hosts we've ever met, helping out with everything they can and easy to reach if needed. Nice breakfast every morning. Very clean room & bathroom with everything provided you'd need. Plenty of parking in front of the B&B and within walking distance of the centre of Sarzana. Cinque Terre & Carrara are close-by. All in all an amazing stay!

Completely new structure inside with 3 rooms available to customers. We stayed for 12 days in a double room equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and a balcony. Excellent cleaning both in the room (bed making and daily towel change) and in the common areas of the b&b. Super helpful and very kind owners with courtesy at the highest levels. Very kind owners, very nice room. The rooms between them are not soundproofed (the building is a bit dated) so, if it is full, you can hear almost everything that happens in the house. Personally I found the stay more than pleasant

Building not beautiful from the outside, but in a quiet place and super nice and comfortable inside. The hostess, Bruna, helpful and very kind. Less than a km from the sea. Sweet breakfasts (homemade cake) and even savory breakfasts.

Convenient structure in the center and close to the sea. The rooms also have a kitchen area. Clean and tidy. Mrs. Modestina welcomed us warmly and was able to give us good advice for our stay. If there is the opportunity we will return there!

We stayed overnight on the occasion of the White marble marathon. Logistically strategic. Spacious and well-equipped apartments with everything needed for cooking. Friendly and helpful owner. In the summer you can enjoy a large garden.

We stayed at this B&B for the first weekend of July. The location is excellent, the structure is close to the beach even if "sheltered" (practically it is in a quiet street), there are also shops and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed 2 nights at this b & b two adults and a 21 month old girl. Owner very kind, very available for everything you need and on time of arrival is on time. Mini-apartments with breakfast offered by them all organic and ecological equipment. Linen included and for the little girl there was also a cot. The sea can easily be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Also close to the center, shops, clubs, etc...

While arriving (as expected) in the late evening, the lady was in any case very kind and smiling. The rooms are welcoming, spacious, comfortable and have everything you need and even more.

I've been there in 2019, great place, clean, cosy rooms and bathrooms, daily service, parking available, internet, eating place always open, so you can rest anytime and have a cup of coffee. 10min or so to the public beach. I'd love to back there in a future. Cheers from Poland!
