We had a very large, well-maintained room, large bathroom with double basins, a view - albeit on the industrial area. To be noted, the standard room doesn't look anything like the promotional photos. The staff is polite and efficient and dinner good value for money. However the location is not for tourists (business hotel in a rather dilapidated area), the parking is via a dangerous two-way ramp, the common areas are not too clean, only one elevator was working when we visited and the other sorely in need of revamping, finally breakfast was barely acceptable. For a business hotel and/or a short stay is good value for money. Absolutely not for tourists.

Overall was a beautiful resort, 5 minutes to a beautiful beach,but it does require some upgrades in the room etc.

About 1.5km outside of Sassari. Parking on level 3. Check in level 4. Generously sized room. Functional AirCon. Good WiFi. "OK" breakfast. Quiet at night. Quite a bit of guest noise in the morning (tiled corridors). At around £50/night this is considerably better value than other hotels I stayed in whilst touring Sardinia. Tip: Visit Grotta Nettuno if in this corner of the island.

The room was amazing and really spacious ! The staff is really nice !!
We had the breakfast included and it is a nice big buffet with a lot of choice. I recommend !
However, it is quite far away from the city center so you will have to take the bus (not so frequent) or walk (around 20mn).

First of all the food was okay but the chocolate cake came and it looked like someone already ate some of it and my friend got a twice as big of a piece of the same cake, the pasta with shrimps didn't even have shrimps. Second of all the elevator is loud, small, smelly and it closes very quickly so you dont even have time to get inside.The location is questionable its basically on a big parking lot. Third of all... the walls are thin and you can hear everything that happends in the room next to you. I would not recommend this place and i will never come to here again.

The rooms where big and nice, the wifi didn't work to good and the outdoor of the hotel was a little bit spooky:), the staff verry friendly, near the bus station for Alghero and Palau

Avoid at all costs! - Dishonest staff, awful location.
The ‘hotel’ is located inside a parking garage building, in a noisy industrial area of Sassari. The reception is on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working when we arrived - it was old and rusty and really not fit to transport people.
For this reason we wanted to cancel our stay and the receptionist confirmed that we could cancel at no cost.
Once we left, they changed their mind and decided they will charge the full stay, initially lying to me that they still had to pay to Booking, then when Booking support advised this is not the case, they simply didn’t want to waive the cancellation fee, just because we had left and they could.
Only when they could not charge the card they ‘decided’ to waive it.
Liars and cheaters who would do anything for a mere 70 EUR apart from fixing the shack they call a hotel.

Clean and with modern, very spacious rooms. Breakfast has plenty of options.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. Don’t judge a book by the cover. Yes, the area is industrial and it’s a former Congress hotel but inside it’s quite good.
Staff is very friendly and helpful as well, from reception to breakfast and cleaning personal.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are huge and you can see they tried at some point.
The staff is helpful and nice.
But the building is not properly maintained. You can notice the unrepaired damages in the room, in the bathroom and on the terrace.
The area has absolutely nothing to see and it's a bit noisy (the room's old windows don't soundproof either).
It's okay for a very short stay if you don't find better (but pricier) alternatives.
