Overall was a beautiful resort, 5 minutes to a beautiful beach,but it does require some upgrades in the room etc.

The only rude person we met in 6 days in Sardinia was working on the Reception desk in this hotel. it may have been due to his lack of English (had 2 or 3 phrases) and our lack of Italian. The hotel shows the signs of time, it certainly was a well-made hotel when it opened, now it needs renovation, especially the carpeting in the rooms (at least in mine). For the rest the value for money is excellent. The cuisine is good. Particular praise goes to the staff (worth at least one more star in my opinion), very kind and efficient in satisfying my requests.

Rimane invariato il giudizio sulla cortesia del personale ma niente è cambiato nella cura delle camere. Eppure basterebbe poco. Un pò di attenzione tipo incollare la tappezzeria strappata, mettere un phon funzionante e cambiare le rubinetterie, aggiungere qualche presa di corrente oltre a quella scomodissima dietro la scrivania, ma soprattutto pulire gli split dell'aria, davvero inguardabili.

Le tre stelle resistono solo per la posizione centrale e comoda rispetto ai luoghi centrali da raggiungere , e per un prezzo onesto , commisurato al servizio offerto. Ha sicuramente bisogno di un restiling, ci sono ancora le chiavi alle porte, arredamento un po’ spartano , reception poco accogliente , per non parlare del phon, poco funzionale e brutto da vedere

Location is great, near a small supermarket, restaurants and some attractions. It's Sassari main street, if you walk some minutes down the street you will find many services and places to eat and go. Everything was very clean, room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Staff was very friendly and professional. They also have some private parking (8€ per night). Hotel was a godsend. We had to evacuate because of the wildfires and after calling about 15 other hotels this was the first place with availability. As we were calling in the dead of night I really wonder if the other places were indeed fully booked. But this place made a real effort in getting us a roof over our heads for the night. We stayed two nights at the hotel, the stay was overall good but the hotel is old and it shows. The key for the room is this heavy thing you carry around and the rooms are really small, but what it lacks in technology is made up during breakfast! Everything is amazing, lady is kind and helpful and caring. Rooms are clean with a/c. They are cleaning it everyday. Location is nearby a centre. Only one small problem for us was the tiny sweet breakfasts. But in our country we are used to have salty breakfast so having a cake as an option was not very good.

I was at the B&B Altair last November on the occasion of a training course. Mr. Nardi is an exquisite and kind person. The B&B is welcoming and cared for in every detail with particular attention to hygiene. Breathtaking view of Sassari from the veranda of the room assigned to me and excellent breakfast. If there are other occasions in the future, I will certainly return to B&B Altair.

Last day in Sardinia and best homestay at all ! Thanks to Carlo and Giusy, we stay on night in clean, Sardinia traditional house. Breakfast was great, omelette from home eggs and figs from the garden. Both of them radiated with Incredible vigor and good humor ! Mariohome is an accommodation facility with few rooms, one suite, all with private bathroom. The large and bright rooms, some with balconies, are equipped with a large TV screen, free WiFi, air conditioning and a fridge. In a common area there is a self-service corner available to guests for a coffee or tea. Mariohome is very close to the Music Conservatory, the Municipal Theater and a stone's throw...

Beautiful, clean and absolutely safe apartment on the top floor of the building (note there is no elevator), free parking directly in front of the building, we were greeted very friendly and were even able to check in much earlier, as was evident in the app, very good location with balcony and everything necessary, I can only recommend... I really liked B&B Soffione. The place was clean it almost felt like being in a hotel. The kitchen was well equipped and we could easily cook there. Parking was easy to find in newrby streets. The bathroom was modern and the shower was really big. The bed was really big. The room was spacious and in a quiet area of the city. The location is great to travel around.
