Had a really nice stay here. Golf course was in perfect condition, recommended a buggy though due to all the hills! Food in the restaurant was really good quality but a little expensive (as anticipated). Rooms were perfect for what we needed, overlooking the 4th green just a flop shot away

Came to golf with friends while on vacation. While golfing was not as expensive as some North American courses, the quality suffered a bit. Greens were in rough condition and rental club quality was not very good for the cost. Pro shop was very expensive, and food and beverage service was very lacking.

Pleasant staff. Excellent food. Very accommodating for our children. Environment is beautiful, but it would be nice if the trees were shorter on the terrace.

Good golf court. Hotel ok, but needs to been renovated especially from exterior. Wifi is not useful. Download rates of max. 15 KB/s. Not more. They are not living in Internet world.

Very large structure, with independent mini-apartments in the garden. The rooms are very large but with very old furniture and furnishings. The breakfast buffet is quite rich. Not very central location in relation to the highway.

Difficult to get there from the Path of Gods, but once you do, there's the best pool to relax, and a horse trough with mountain spring water to soak your feet. Staff are beautiful and friendly. Food is exceptional. We'll definitely come back.

Honestly, photos don't do Villa Aurora justice! My in-laws hosted our Italian wedding reception there and it was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing, the decor and lighting was beautiful, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. I was nervous for my family and friends who came from the States and don't speak Italian, but we never had any issues and our rooms in the Villa were clean and comfortable...

Supposedly a four star hotel but feels like an aged three star at best. Rooms are functional, but bathrooms quite old and nothing fancy. Whole thing needs a makeover, as the last was certainly more than 30-35 years ago.

Stayed for one night. Rooms are ok, however not much soundproofing, you can hear what neighbors are talking or what’s on TV. Breakfast is basic.

Many five star hotels would have sent someone out to locate it. Never offered. Simply said to drive 10 minutes into to town and locate the items myself.

Great old palace, nice surroundings, wonderful design everywhere. Shows lack of maintenance (see photos), which is the only reason why this is not a 5* experience one would expect from a 5* hotel. Food is good but relatively expensive.

The most wonderful experience and fantastic stay was the verdict from the entire family . Villa Campestri is a unique blend of elegance and informality. The Villa itself is beautiful. The decor is chic, yet comfy and welcoming. The views from all aspects are simply breathtaking. As for the food it is delicious. The service is excellent and the staff cannot be more helpful and accommodating.

A splendid villa in the midst of a superb landscape in a rather unknown corner of Toscana. The lady who owns the domain was very nice and helpful in giving advices on the trips we could do in the neighboorhood. I visited here with my parents. Great rooms and amazing location. Giuseppe from the front desk is particularly helpful and polite, but pretty much the whole staff is nice. Be advised that there is infrequent bus connectivity to the main city, so make plans accordingly. Overall worth a revisit.

It’s a bit away from city centre but very nice rooms with kitchen. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool and the heating system will be installed soon. Good public transportation to Florence. Very nice people. Please make sure to book the table for dinner to avoid disappointment since there is no other restaurant nearby in the walking distance.

The hotel is small but beautiful, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is very large, with a living room and bedroom, and the breakfast food is cold, which may not be suitable for Chinese stomachs. Warm reminder, if you drive, the hotel entrance is at the entrance of the parking lot, please pay attention to the road signs.

I was here for a conference. The place was once very grand, but looks like it's fallen from grace somewhat, probably because it's not in a great part of town, and because it's under the flight path for Florence airport! Am sure it was stunning once, but now only stay if you needa cheap airport hotel or you're on a budget.

Photos really don’t do this amazing hotel justice. Linen sheets, gorgeous views, amazing service, this hotel provides car/van service to the heart of Florence, which is just minutes away. If you can’t stay here do yourself a favor and have dinner on the loggia. Get there in time to see the sunset. Make reservations. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been in FH for lunch. The price is quite reasonable. I recommend not skipping the antepasto. It is delicious and well served.

We've got a pretty bad room... The aircon is as weak as toddler blowing unenthusiastically on a birthday cake. The good side is that they have a SMALL swimming pool to cool off in this Lucifer heat wave, but the room is somewhat crappy. Haven't tried the restaurant yet, which is supposed to be the redeeming feature, we will see. If it is I'll change my 3 star review to 4.

it is around 6 minutes walk from the tram station. around the property there is nothing much to do. the room is spacious but quite old. for how expensive accommodation in Italy. You had to trade convenient with cost. it is still a decent stay.

The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.

Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.

It's a bit far from the city center, but still quite convenient and offers excellent value for money. We stayed for two nights, and the staff were very friendly. Free luggage storage was also available.

One of the main highlights of our honeymoon, and by far the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed at. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, as are the rooms. The views of the city and the gardens are some of the best we've seen. The staff was outstanding, food was excellent, our room with a view of the Duomo was beautiful, and the spa and massages were top notch. We can't wait to get back

Beautiful grounds, friendly and extremely accommodating staff. Large rooms with AC. Shuttle is provided every hour, all day that takes you to the Florence center and back. Pool area is beautiful, has 3 different pool areas with a bar that serves drinks and lunch. The grounds are gorgeous, can’t say that enough. Incredible value with exceptional staff, especially Abdel at the front desk. The rooms are simple but practical with comfortable beds and A/C that can overpower the 35 degree heat. You may think the location isn’t ideal, but you will soon learn walking the streets of Florence is a reward, not an inconvenience. Don’t miss the pizza place next door either! A very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very stylish and there is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room has air conditioning as well as large windows that can be opened. The breakfast was lovely especially the honeycomb. There were yogurts. Fruit pastries and eggs/ toast and beans(Florence style). A little out of the main city centre but on a bus route(10 mins) or a 20 min walk.

The most luxurious and spacious hotel in the whole of our Italy trip. There were buses around the hotel that takes you to the centre of Florence. Daily cleaning was provided too which we appreciated! Room is wonderful and service is amazing. Just little bit further to center Florence. But overall is great experience, will recommend to everyone.

Bed is super comfortable. nice staff and facility. We love the sauna room very much. It would be even greater if it opens early in the morning. free parking makes it a good choice for people who drive by themselves.

Very nice place with elegant rooms and a good restaurant. It's not in the centre but the garden is nice with swimming pool. It would be fantastic for the summer.
