We booked this trip through Inghams. Having skied in France before, we wanted to try Italy—and we were not disappointed! Inghams were brilliant throughout; the entire process from flights to transfers and hotel check-in was seamless. I would highly recommend them for ski trips. The hotel had been recommended by an Inghams representative, and again, we weren’t disappointed. We travelled as a family of four with two teenage boys. Although I had requested a higher-floor room, we were allocated adjacent rooms on the first floor. This actually worked very well for us. The style was typically alpine, with lots of pine, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was large, with two sinks, a bath, and a separate shower. Being away from the lift made it very quiet, and the first-floor location was convenient for the dining room and reception/bar. The bar quickly became a favourite. It was welcoming and relaxed, and the two bartenders were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Like the rest of the hotel, it was pristine. It was lively enough without being rowdy and a great place to relax after a day of skiing. The restaurant was equally impressive, with a nice layout and modern design. The courses each evening were delicious and generous. My boys loved that you could order an extra portion of a course you particularly enjoyed. Everyone found something they liked. The food presentation was like a work of art, and everything tasted as good as it looked. The wines were excellent—fairly priced and very well paired when we asked for recommendations. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with both hot and cold options, plus the option to order from a menu, which was a lovely touch. The location was excellent—close to the main gondola and chairlift. While it’s not ski-in ski-out, that’s common in Selva. We also appreciated the ski room, with heated boot warmers and secure ski storage. The spa was a lovely added bonus. Booking time for the pool and spa (sauna and steam room) was easy, and it was a wonderful way to unwind after skiing. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel run with real care and pride. It was the perfect place to stay in Selva and truly made our trip

The hotel is very nice, the room is very well appointed and clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Great location, easy to get around in Silva and centrally located between Balzano and Cortina.

The hotel itself was nice enough although it seemed like it was trying to be of a higher caliber than it actually is. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with the staff at this hotel. When checking in, the front desk staff were not friendly and laughing with each other after questions were asked. This happened at check out as well. Additionally, when trying to clarify the confusing layout of the hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk responded sarcastically and was unhelpful. It was disappointing as I had high hopes for this stay but I will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel either.

An aswesome place to stay
Excellent location. The breakfast is much better than most paid options in other hotels. It was truly marvelous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The cozy pool is perfect for families with children. When we departed, we even received a cup as a souvenir along with a promo code for our next visit. I highly recommend this place!

The lobby and bar are verry luxurious but all the other parts of the hotel are a bit out dated.
Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with *******, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.

Excellent hotel. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains from a large balcony on the 3rd floor, slightly spoilt by cranes from local building work. Very comfortable beds. Every single member of staff was friendly and professional and all went the extra mile to look after us. Wow the food was so plentiful and so varied, loved the buffet appetisers, followed by another four courses. The hotel is a short walk to the cable car and the buses to surrounding area are plentiful. Also a free bus pass is offered for use during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we were not able to experience the hotel to its full capacity as I imagine it would have been brilliant. We were not able to make it to the hotel due to no transport available to travel from Cortina to Selva di Val Gardena. We called the hotel to update them of the situation and to cancel the booking. We were not provided with a refund, partial refund, credit or an exchange of dates which is a shame.
