Monika, the host, is just lovely and really cares about her guests. We especially enjoyed the plentiful breakfast with all the homemade cakes and the eggs in any way desired.

We spent a few days in the snow staying at the Promenade. Clean environment, nice staff. Great hearty breakfast with lots of choices. The Turkish bath and infrared cabin are exceptional in the wellness area, which are a real cure-all after a day of skiing. The ski bus stop is practically a minute's walk away.

What a fantastic treat! The service was perfectly on point. The lodging was lovely and the food was phenomenal. I recommend eating at the gourmet restaurant. The only thing we would change is the hours of the spa, not everyone skiis during the day (need to open much earlier- currently opens at 3pm) and the bed was super stiff. Outside of that our stay was brilliant.

Small hotel (about 50 rooms) with a family charm, luxury service, gourmet cuisine, pampering Spa treatments and an outdoor pool. All for skiers. The owners are constantly working on expanding the list of services, upgrading rooms, adding a new recreation. Despite the price tag definitely recommend.

We spent there 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and had an amazing stay. The facilities are incredible, the spa is probably one of the most beautiful I have seen, and the food & drinks were really delicious. On top of this, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the entire crew for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely come back :)

Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast, especially the omelette was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars us that our room faced the road, which got very noisy very early in the morning. Also our room was a bit too hot, I think this was because it was on the top floor.

Absolutely everything about this hotel is fantastic. The attention to detail is superb. Keep up the good work guys & thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Overall good. The chalet is not linked via garage so bit not convenient when it was big rain. The spa is nice and cozy. And we stay in first floor so unless you want to be spied by 100+ people, you have to close the curtain all the time. That’s the 1 star less for room.

Excellent place right in heart of Dolomites. There is no village or night life around, so it is absolutely silent and quiet at night. At the same time it has very good restaurant for dinner of those who stay there. There are very nice walks right from the hotel, and many interesting hiking trails start within 15-20 minutes drive from the resort

If you are looking for a hotel to stay in the dolomities, look no more. From the service, rooms to the location you can't ask for a better deal. By far, it is the best 4-star hotel that i stayed at in Europe. I enjoyed every minute of our vacation, and I would definitely come back with my family again. By the way, the staff is super kids friendly.

We stayed in an apartment. It was very clean and it looked good. We had two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, it was nice. There was a pool and we went once, it was clean. The only thing we didn’t like much is that the beds were not comfortable and the shower was working wrong. There was either icy cold water or burning hot water.

I do not fully agree with the 5-star reviews, I found flaws in the scalet room which has a sloping floor, the wellness area is small and you often find the owner in the sauna. The family as a whole is especially cordial to the mother, as far as the father is concerned, I don't think her behavior is consonant with such a structure.

It's hard to imagine a better place to stay. It is CHEAP standard perfect, clean, the owners will give you a piece of heaven if you want it and they are fantastically discreet. Close to both the center and most of the railways and trails. Unearthly views. Visible slopes within easy reach if you think about winter. We highly recommend it

Fantastic 3 night stay at the Hotel, room was pure luxury, spa pool one of the best we have had worldwide. It's rare to get an hotel that looks after its guests so well, the staff are a credit and the hotel is real high-end.. best in the area by far.

Luxury wellness area with 2 pools and a spa complex to match. Extensive breakfast buffet with waitress service as well. Trendy bar area with specials in mid afternoon (ice cream array or exotic drinks). Very recently refurbished so decor was contemporary and comfortable. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We had a great start of our honeymoon at Chalet Elisabeth. Everything is done with so much love and care, you feel it throughout your whole stay. And oh my gosh, that breakfast! If we will visit the Dolomites again, we will definitely stay at Chalet Elisabeth again, no doubt about it!

Their location is superb near the lifts and pists and restaurants. The rooms are modern and comfortable and have all wood panels. Breakfast with plenty of exotic and local fruits and all the rest of it. Foremost very friendly and helpful Sabine (owner manager).

Hotel Continental is a great place to stay in whilst skiing in the Dantercëpies. The owners, Stefan and Christian are very welcoming and make sure the hotel is up to a high standard. Great location by the slopes - only a few metres away. Lovely food for dinner. Game room for children.
