We stayed here one night ecause it was cheap and not much around but it was not worth it to be honest. It felt like i was in a Silent Hill/The Shining movie. The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, in the walls. Its eerie and creepy. The breakfast was a joke. We left as early as possible.

Rooms horrible. Very dirty. Dust everywhere. Very noisy AC. If you turn AC off, it doesnt help because noise comes from AC room next to you. Breakfast the worst I ever had. Very poor.

They are really polite, they serve gluten free breakfast under request.

The structure is a bit old, need some renovation. But the atmosphere is really good. The staff is very friendly, nice🙂

Don’t let the outside appearance influence to much , the price is fair , reception service is friendly , inside the rooms are clean, everyday breakfast with enough options and location is accessible to reach Pisa, Florence in one hour by car and to do long walks in nature. Next to hotel is a restaurant with option for dinner 20euro/person 2 courses and desert .

I dont use to be hard with person who host and give me a service but this time i was disappointed. I was by bike, it was night and i was exhausted, its located on a hill so it's hard at the ending day to go there. They definitively dont use to host bikers. There is no place to park the bike. They were kind because they proposed to park it on the reserv. Personal was propably tired because they were not very welcoming. It's 60 euros for a night. It's too expensive for me... Rooms sounds like so vintage rooms and beds are tough. It's not isolated against noise. The shower iron pipe was blocked on the shower wall and you couldnt remove it so you take your shower blocked on the wall you too😅. AND they didnt warn me that the restaurant were closed, and i felt lazy by bike to back in town. But i have to say that it was very clean, the included self served breakfast was good et personal on the morning very kind. I'm mixed feeling about this place.

Terrible location, looked like an abandoned place. Didn’t stay there, got a taxi to a better hotel. Still had to pay, but wouldn’t risk this location. Do not book this hotel.

Historic hotel: You get what you pay (low price, low standard) though acceptable value: outdoor pool, breakfast and parking included. In hot days also AC (central only from 13-4am).
Facade looks horrible and the furniture gets you back to 1980 or so. They really need an investor but the whole Montecantini area seems to have over capacity as even it's high season August, all rates all over are low.

Nice place, only complaint is they should think about refrigerators for the rooms. A/C worked great, had to turn it down. This is refreshing cause I'm normally warm all the time. Super nice high end place, decent restaurant next door, it's attached to the hotel, but it closes early. Due to the excessive amount of rain they have gotten this Spring like many other places I noted a good pressure washing would do wonders. But I highly recommend this place for a nice reasonable place to stay while you vacation.
