We arrived the evening after 1.00 the innkeeper was a little annoyed because he had to wait until that time. In the room there was no sound pipe so no shower and no innkeeper to inform him why he had gone to sleep. The room was close to where I do not know what that produces an annoying ringing and constant

The structure is a bit old, need some renovation. But the atmosphere is really good. The staff is very friendly, nice🙂

They are really polite, they serve gluten free breakfast under request. Is a little bit far from the city, I recommend you go if you have a car.

Don’t let the outside appearance influence to much , the price is fair , reception service is friendly , inside the rooms are clean, everyday breakfast with enough options and location is accessible to reach Pisa, Florence in one hour by car and to do long walks in nature. Next to hotel is a restaurant with option for dinner 20euro/person 2 courses and desert .

Basic for excellent price, good location for traveling around in Toscany

Historic hotel: You get what you pay (low price, low standard) though acceptable value: outdoor pool, breakfast and parking included. In hot days also AC (central only from 13-4am). Facade looks horrible and the furniture gets you back to 1980 or so. They really need an investor but the whole Montecantini area seems to have over capacity as even it's high season August, all rates all over are low...

Excellent welcome from the owner who manages to create a very familiar atmosphere, there is also a garden to enjoy evenings in the open air. The breakfast is varied and above all abundant. The villa is located in a strategic point, an excellent starting point for reaching Florence, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Livorno ... absolutely to be recommended.

The room we had was really nice and clean, the bathroom also. The location was great if you had a car, there was a big parking space in front of the house. We also really liked the big pool, so all the guests could enjoy without bothering one another. The garden was wonderful, full of big trees and bushes.

This is a "wonder" of the BnB world. Wonderfully prepared, relaxing, intimate location. I want to move here! The host, room, restaurant, location on the mountain top and 360 degree VIEWS have made us feel that a "Heaven on Earth" could be right here. This accommodation is genuinely charming. The room was immaculately maintained and clean, and the breakfast was exceptionally diverse, featuring an array of pastries, bread, milk, cheese, ham, and more. Furthermore, the hospitality was very welcoming.

Very good value for money. Very quiet at night, surprisingly heavy traffic during the day. A bit remote. There is a restaurant a few hundred meters away and another 1.5km away. Nice innkeeper. Free choice of time for breakfast. Fully equipped kitchen can be used.

We went as 2 friends and had such a wonderful time away. The hotel is so clean! The staff were attentive. But the star of the show is the unbelievable treatments at the spa. We had a facial, massage and experienced the steam cave, all were excellent. I will definitely be returning, many times. Wonderful place surrounded by the olive trees of the Monsummano hills, we were three families with 8 children who had fun outdoors while each of us had a space to chat, read or work. A very pleasant discovery a few steps from the Grotta Giusti. A completely refurbished structure with lots of charm. All Tuscan cordiality and sympathy of the owners who surprisingly prepared an informal and typical dinner in the garden, under the pergola, with crostini, pappa al pomodoro and amazing beans all'uccelletto! The house in the farmyard is a very nice place, simple, clean rooms, the host Mrs. Lucia is friendly and helpful. She prepares breakfast at home and serves it in this period on the veranda overlooking the Apennines. Strategic point for the surrounding villages such as Lucca and Vinci but also for the largest cities in Tuscany. Highly recommended

We found a refurbished traditional house with spacious rooms and modern amenities and comforts. The abundant breakfast and all the services Located in a central area but in a quiet time. This is a lovely holiday let, set in the Truscan countryside. Pisa to the Wet, and Florence to the East are under an hour's drive away.

Excellent location in the heart of Tuscany, peaceful and very nice surroundings, beautiful garden. The swimming pool with a view to olive orchard.
