The structure is a bit old, need some renovation. But the atmosphere is really good. The staff is very friendly, nice🙂

They are really polite, they serve gluten free breakfast under request. Is a little bit far from the city, I recommend you go if you have a car.

Don’t let the outside appearance influence to much , the price is fair , reception service is friendly , inside the rooms are clean, everyday breakfast with enough options and location is accessible to reach Pisa, Florence in one hour by car and to do long walks in nature. Next to hotel is a restaurant with option for dinner 20euro/person 2 courses and desert .

Basic for excellent price, good location for traveling around in Toscany

Historic hotel: You get what you pay (low price, low standard) though acceptable value: outdoor pool, breakfast and parking included. In hot days also AC (central only from 13-4am). Facade looks horrible and the furniture gets you back to 1980 or so. They really need an investor but the whole Montecantini area seems to have over capacity as even it's high season August, all rates all over are low...

We arrived the evening after 1.00 the innkeeper was a little annoyed because he had to wait until that time. In the room there was no sound pipe so no shower and no innkeeper to inform him why he had gone to sleep. The room was close to where I do not know what that produces an annoying ringing and constant

Everything is perfect. Is not a 5 star hotel, but cozy clean place with charm and warm welcome. Middle in beautiful nature. You feel there as at home. Everybody is happy and friendly in this home.

Great bed and breakfast, superior room was really well appointed and very comfy. Had lovely bathroom with great shower. Very clean and air conditioned. Coffee and cake available in communal areas all day, free of charge, and huge choice at the buffet breakfast held under cover in the garden. Fantastic.

Comfortable apartment, warm and welcoming house with two bathrooms, internal parking with porch for aperitifs outside in peace and tranquility. The only discordant note was the lack of a television. We will be back for sure !!!!!!

What a great holiday we had here. Nice apartment clean and fully equipped, extensive kitchen inventory and a washing machine and if you missed something there was a professional kitchen available to borrow. Lovely swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. Nice owner who also took us to a wine tasting. Located centrally between the sights of northern tuscany be sure to do a boat trip along cinque terra.

The room we had was really nice and clean, the bathroom also. The location was great if you had a car, there was a big parking space in front of the house. We also really liked the big pool, so all the guests could enjoy without bothering one another. The garden was wonderful, full of big trees and bushes.

For 5 days I visited towns in Tuscany : Florence, Pisa, Siena,Cinque Terre. It was five wonderful days, in which we admired the beauties, the monuments and the history of Tuscany.And the city where the hotel is located delighted us.We will definitely come back.

I had the most amazing room with a lovely balcony and the most wonderful panoramic view of the scenery. The food was delicious and the deserts were a delicious surprise every night. Just back from trip with travel department. This hotel was very disappointing. Dark reception area. Small basic rooms. Air conditioning not working properly. Extremely warm and uncomfortable. The food was really bad. First night fine and after that awful. We went out 4 of the 7 nights. Also we couldn't pay our bill for drinks and water till the end of the week.
