Berghotel in Sesto

The location, atmosphere, decoration, personnel and especially wellness area are really exceptional. I'd maybe prefer a bit bigger choice of vegetables at breakfast and not so "fancy" dinner menus. But I think that's just my personal preference 😉

We have stayed at the "Berghotel" several times- over a period of 28 years and always enjoyed our days in Sexten tremendously! The food has always been excellent - in particular the breakfast is a treat! This time we invited kids and grandkids over Xmas 2021 and enjoyed great skiing and Holzer's "treats" . Service is excellent and - while for protection against Covid we did not use the saunas and pools - all facilities are second to none!

Rooms are very clean and cozy with a nice view of mountains,
But guys the swimming pool and the jacuzzi..... just run out of words, you must to see it .
Staff is very friendly and helpful with everything, food is amazing.... Italy is the best when about food .

Located in a beautiful area of SudTirol with 360 degree views, we enjoyed the luxury and comfort of BergHotel for 3 nights. Location was great (45 minute drive to Tres Cimi trailhead but Tres Cimi is also accessible directly from the hotel if you want to hike an additional 3 hours), food was terrific, and hospitality even better. The waitstaff did an incredible job serving the 5- course meals in the evening and breakfast was spectacular as well. I would be remiss not to mention Mauro, the handsome and skilled bartender who always remembered our drink order. We spent some time reading in the main lobby and many hours on the deck admiring the view. It was hard to leave after 3 nights there and I hope we can return again soon, maybe for ski season.

We have stayed at Berghotel in the end of July, as we travelled across Italian Alps with my partner. I have to say, that this was our favorite Hotel we have stayed in during our travel! The service, the location, the room, SPA and restaurant - everything was on the highest level. We rarely come back to the same places, but Berghotel is already in our wishlist for the next vacation. Thank you for the quality time you gave us!

I can´t say any bad word, everything was perfect, superfriendly staff, rooms, wellness and SPA, food and of course skiing, one of the best hotels when I have ever been, I can only suggest, everything was great to last detail :), if I could give 6 stars, give them 6...

A chic and cozy hotel with delicious food and gorgeous views nestled in the mountains. They have a fantastic spa and sauna area that is perfect after a hike, bike ride or a day of skiing!

Our family of 5 loved the Berghotel. We are hoping we get a chance to return sometime. In the words of my 9 year old son, "Simply splendid." We enjoyed the perfect location for a variety of mountain hikes, the amazing breakfast buffet, the incredible 5 course dinners, the pools and hot tub, the kids' play area, and the mountains. I am sure that the Berghotel will be the new standard by which all of our vacations are judged. Highly recommended.

The rooms were cozy, the food was just amazing and the place was beautiful! I was there for a week, and were on amazing walkingtrips in the area. I would recommend this, if you like to be surrounded by mountains, love to eat good food, and walking! Thanks
