I didn’t stay in this hotel, but visited their spa and it was one of the best spas I visited! Probably the best in Dolomites in terms of service, facilities, design, quality, views and overall feeling. I was also able to use the gym, which was included in the spa fee, so I was beyond happy! Would love to come back.

Great location with spa pool facing mountains. Pool was open for most of the day. Very large spa, but note that you are required to be naked in saunas which may come as a shock for some cultures. Room standard was OK (stayed in the annex) but not more. Food was nice, and staff were generally attentive. Would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for relaxing stay.

The location, atmosphere, decoration, personnel and especially wellness area are really exceptional. I'd maybe prefer a bit bigger choice of vegetables at breakfast and not so "fancy" dinner menus. But I think that's just my personal preference 😉

We have stayed at the "Berghotel" several times- over a period of 28 years and always enjoyed our days in Sexten tremendously! The food has always been excellent - in particular the breakfast is a treat! This time we invited kids and grandkids over Xmas 2021 and enjoyed great skiing and Holzer's "treats" . I came back to Hotel Royal after the 3years covid-break hoping that everything will be as I remembered. And it was! They managed very well and I enjoyed a perfect week in Sesto-Moso. Stayed 1 night in early July 2018 (although my receipt shows August for some reason). Room was clean and quiet. Meals I ate were good. Wifi not included. Other places where I've stayed that were similar or better were not as expensive as Mooserhof, thus only 3 stars.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my family, we had a great time: the location is probably the best in San Candido because you have the tranquility but also the convenience of the center (only 5 minutes on foot). Spotless and renovated. Our two-year-old was welcomed sweetly and everything we asked for was always given to us. What about Barbara, an exceptional person! We will definitely be back ❤️
