Perfect location, wonderful view from the terrace, very very clean beach with not more than 25% occupy during working week. I havent got anything to complain about. Maybe dog in the neighbors garden didnt let me sleep well :-) Good and stable wifi, nice staff, good price vs accommodation quality.

My family and I stayed at this resort for two weeks, and for a 3-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were simply furnished, but had everything you need. Plus, every Wednesday they bring you a change of clean towels and toilet paper. On Sundays, for those who stay longer than a week, they also provide a change of sheets.
Each room has chandeliers (there were three of us in a two-room apartment), giving you the option of spending a few extra euros on air conditioning or not. Near the resort, you'll find everything: from shops and restaurants to a market for grocery shopping.
The beach is literally a minute from the resort, and the price includes an umbrella, deckchairs, and a sun lounger. The staff at the beach, which has an agreement with them, and the resort staff are super friendly and clean.
The parking lot is just over 5 minutes from the resort and is paid, but for €35 a week, you don't have the stress of having to find a parking spot. If the weather is bad, you know it's sheltered and therefore won't be subject to summer storms, and the parking lot is manned 24/7. I think it's a more than fair price.
The resort is also always manned, so you can bring your furry friends, borrow bicycles with locks, and enjoy a sea-view terrace with a solarium where you can relax or bring something to eat while enjoying the view.
The terrace is equipped with a trash can and a bathroom, so you don't even have the hassle of having to return to your room and stay there as long as you like.
Regarding waste sorting, there are bins next to the resort, so you can get rid of your trash whenever you want.
Truly a super organized, clean place managed by staff who make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Clean residence and very kind and welcoming staff, nearby beach and happy to have had the second row (excellent) I chose the largest apartment despite being two and we were fine with linen change every 3 days. The only negative was the wifi was not working.

Cozy resort with well-organized spaces, we stayed for 15 days and there were 6 of us and we had a great time. The owners and the staff both service and reception are really friendly and kind.Apartment spotless as well as the whole residence.Service much appreciated was the weekly change of bed linen and towels.Excellent location both for the proximity to the sea ( practically opposite) and because it is located in the center of Silvi marina right on the seafront. Positive experience. Highly recommended.
