Sensoria Dolomites Mini-hotel

Where do I start? Sensoria has clearly been carefully crafted by the owners, we met Leo one of the owners who was delightful.

The staff? There was nothing too much to ask, a special mention to Monica who served us for dinner who was attentive and kind, Luciano, on the bar was excellent, Mike la was lovely arranging the spa treatments & Miaka was nothing short of going the extra mile in everything that she did.

The facilities were fantastic, the sauna area is one of the most fabulous I have visited & experienced, and we have been to a few! The view from the pool is stunning.

No detail was not thought of, incredibly comfortable bed, beautiful scents throughout the hotel, beautiful wine glasses, a selection of board games and a library of loads of books for guests to choose from.

Finally, the food, drinks & all inclusivity that was offered, you couldn’t ask for more! Whilst expensive, we feel you do get what you pay for, and what a lovely cherish-able experience sensoria has been.

Sensoria is without doubt one of the most wonderful places we've ever stayed. It was the true highlight of our honeymoon. We couldn't arrive until past midnight, so Ravi was there to let us in with a charcuterie plate ready to go. Each day, we relaxed to the fullest at the spa, and enjoyed the serenity of the river, forest and indoor-outdoor pool. We thoroughly enjoyed Antonio's sauna performance. Every meal was satiating, with top-notch food that spanned a wide variety of cuisine, not to mention the cocktail service. By staying in The Suite, we enjoyed the incredible Dolomite views from our own hot tub at sunset. Above all, the customer service of the owners and every staff member made us feel that we were truly at home the entire stay. When we left, I asked my husband if it were humanly possible to feel any more relaxed or fulfilled than we did there- he said no. Sensoria is a haven not to miss.

What a great place!
Small, Family owned place which delivers exceptional experiences. Starting from the warm welcome, to an exceptional all inclusive model which makes your stay truly worry less.

Great food with plenty of choices, awesome coffee and overall a nice location which is very very close to your ski location of dreams.

The place is freshly renovated in a very unique concept featuring wood everywhere. It's cozy, modern and absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the great sauna, the sauna events a great pool and some live music in the bar.

If I have to find improvement points, there are not a lot, the service was quite attentive but during the afternoon somehow little stressed ... But this is complaint on very high level.

Hello dear Ritterhof team, we felt we were in very good hands with you. The food was excellent. The room is perfect, the distance to the ski lift is only 150 m.
