When I had originally read the reviews for this hotel I was nervous that I had chosen badly but, to my very pleasant surprise, this hotel is a hidden gem! The location, city and sea are nice. The hotel might be nice also if not one thing: flies. The lunch is horrible because of them and stuff don't do anything. Im giving it 5 stars because the staff was incredible. Your literally steps away from the ocean. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but its ok. The view makes up for it.

Super hotel, we were here end of May, prior to the official season opening. The owners work with staff from breakfast to cleaning the beach in the evening. Had an amazing room with a terrace and view directly over the beach. Great team and would definetly come again. Only downside, no bottle opener or glasses in our room.

A lovely hotel. Our room for 2 had a balcony with beautiful flowers blooming. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and at least one of the desk staff speaks and understands English. (I only dealt with one.) The town is picturesque and all of the shop owners helped me find what I needed, in their shop or down the street. I would love to return.

Simple hotel, has everything you need without the frills that add cost. Rooms are modern and very clean. Family operated, and the staff (especially Marco) is very helpful and try hard to speak English. Beach amenities are included, unlike some other hotels in the area.

The staff was amazing. Our flight was canselled at the time we where leaving Norway. We didn`t get a new ticket before in three days later, so we would had lost a lot of days in Sperlonga. But the staff at Florenza Residenze managed to postpone our stay by three days, and saved our entire holiday. Florenza Residenze gave us the best service I have experienced in a long time.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service was prompt, the rooms were kept amazingly clean, and the terrace was an awesome place to enjoy the sunset. Very cozy hotel suitated between the northern and southern bay area close to the older part of town. The staff is super friendly and the prices were low.
