A great hotel in the old town of Spoleto. Close to many good cafes and restaurants. Walking distance from the alleys of the old city. Great service. Excellent breakfast. Our room was huge in size, spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely come back again on our next vacation in Spoleto.

Great hotel in Spoleto. Excellent location if you are traveling by train and walking-bus. Rooms facing valley-mountains awesome view. Love showers not the normal tiny in other Italian cities. Staff friendly and efficient.

I went there for one night stay with my wife, the rooms are clean with super comfortable bed, we were located at the first floor but had a beautiful view from our balcony. The breakfast was basic but enough to get us started. Have to say that the staff is incredible

Great location near restaurants and shops in Spoleto. Beautiful views of the roman amphitheatre and countryside from the window despite being in the heart of the city. There is a bus stop nearby if using public transit.

Comfort, design, great view from the room window, location - a few steps from centro storico. Staff attitude - no problem to leave the car in the parking lot after the checkout

Excellent location just outside the centre of Spoleto, with a carpark. Our room had a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. This is a modern hotel - everything works well. The staff were friendly and professional and quickly solved a problem with opening a suitcase. All major sites were within easy walking distance from the hotel. The continental breakfast was fine.

the Palazzo Dragoni is a splendid old building with a history. The views of Spoleto from its windows are breathtaking. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The breakfast is to die for…most of it home made, or local specialties

I enjoyed sooo much the stay at this hotel! It is in walking distance to the heart of Spoleto, Il Duomo, and my favorite restaurant in the world, the famous Tric Trac! We happened to be there while there were filming the Italian Series "Don Mateo" so we got to sit at the tric trac beautiful tables in the piazza and be extras on the show. Period residence in all respects. It needs a little refreshing and fixing here and there. But the view and the panorama pay off some flaws. The cuisine is good and you can see the search for excellent ingredients. The peace that you breathe is in keeping with the place.

Accommodation and restaurant with stunning views. Ancient home of popes and poets, with pool and wifi. There is no TV as in any self-respecting hermitage. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms and impeccable service, present and working conditioner. In the last 1000 meters do not trust the navigator but look for the signs on the yellow signs, otherwise you will not arrive at your destination. Silence...

A very nice place with a wonderful dizzying view over Spoleto but maybe it should be taken care of a little more. pool always very clean ... the road that leads to the hermitage is very narrow and unpaved. The rooms are perfectly in theme with the presence of numerous frescoes because it has a historical appeal it will find bread for its teeth ... and certainly a journey through time

In Spoleto, the most beautiful, wonderful, welcoming, rare, unique, kind staff, a pearl of Italy, anyone would envy such a place. Panorama that fills eyes and spirit. Rooms: one more beautiful than the other. dominant structure but itself dominated by peace. I will definitely be back !!!!

Only stayed here for one night, and it was magical. This place is so old and super cool. It's like staying in a museum that you can explore, definitely going to come back. We also had dinner there, and it was incredible...like Michelin star incredible. I cannot express how amazing the food and environment is. If you can, please check this place out, it is a hidden gem. :)

Recently renovated hotel 5-min drive from gate of city. Spent one night during a road trip. Free parking and good wifi. Commissioned local artists to paint murals and wall texts in halls, stairs, and rooms. Art books in lobby. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with all the basics. Only draw back was the typical Italian-hotel breakfast of pastries and other pre-packed carby, sugary stuff.

Really nice place, clean rooms, food is good but little

Location is easy to reach on SS Flaminia and rooms are clean. The hotel is 30 min walk from Spoleto historical center by a road not so busy. The restaurant offers good dishes for the level of money.

sono venuto a Spoleto per un convegno medico, struttura centrale, parcheggio esterno gratuito, ristorante e colazioni di buon livello. personale cortese e sempre pronto. sale convegni comode e modulabili. WIFI al top e molto veloce. tornerò sicuramente

Ho pernottato in questo albergo per un congresso medico. Davvero un’ottima struttura, con sale polivalenti, con attrezzature moderne per diversi tipi di evento. Ottima la cucina del ristorante per il buffet lunch ed i coffee break richiesti dalla nostra organizzazione. Camere elegantemente arredate. Mi piacerebbe tornarci d’estate per provare la piscina esterna in giardino.

Il personale di quest'hotel ha dimostrato fin da subito gentilezza e professionalità. Al ristorante si mangia molto bene e la camera in cui ho dormito era davvero molto bella e ad un ottimo prezzo. Tornerò sicuramente con degli amici per rivivere in compagnia la bella esperienza vissuta

Not bad at all. Nice family run hotel.loved the interior decor, style and food. Rooms are a little tired and old. You could have some water issues - pressure, heat etc.

Nice location, quiet and our room was nice. However, breakfast service was poor. Always running out: Ordered boiled egg that wasn’t cooked... arrived at 9.00 am each day to find no food laid out, tables not prepared, toaster and juicer not working daily. Our travel companions had to change room as there was no hot water. Then the new room had a fold out bed for one of their daughters that folded unexpectedly...

At the heart of the city of spoleto this nice hote offers really comfortable stay. Although the room is small and could use some renovation but it is the historic center of a historic town. Best thing is you get out of the hotel and you easily reachable to most of the touristic sytes.. the food is very good and fresh with a good verity every day. Staff is pleasant and friendly.

Lovely food served with a lovely style. Excellent seafood starter of smoked salmon and main course Tuna Sashimi style. Delicious!

Nonostante la prenotazione dell ultimo secondo, abbiamo trovato gentilezza inaspettata al nostro arrivo. La camera piccolina ma carina, il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato ma per una notte va bene. Il terrazzo ahimè era sporco ma un piccione aveva deciso di fare il suo uovo nel vaso, e chi siamo noi per disturbarlo? Aria condizionata funzionante e pressione dell acqua perfetta. Nota dolente è il rumore...

Great location near the centre of town and within easy walking of all the major sites. Delicious breakfast buffet served on the veranda with a good selection. The lemon tart was especially tasty and baked that morning by one of the staff. There’s a Lidl nearby if you need to stock up on picnic basics, and a couple of lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk… La Torretta and Cantina de’ Corvi… highly...

Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Charleston! Our room was a superior room that was very attractive and had a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was great! The location of the hotel was very convenient, about a 3 minute uphill walk to the main shopping street in Spoleto and in walking distance to all of the sights and restaurants. Even the train station was only a 20 minute easy walk...

Beautiful structure in the center of Spoleto, very friendly and helpful staff, possibility of garage, the only flaw is the slightly dated bathroom. The reference restaurant Barcaccia, not far from the hotel, is also very good, with typical cuisine and really excellent friendly and welcoming staff.

We chose the Hotel San Luca for its location. We toured central Italy in a rental car and tried to avoid having to drive into the town centers. Large impersonal hotel in a former tannery by the city wall. Good sized, light and airy bedroom and large well fitted bathroom. Bar in lounge serving costly drinks with at one time intrusive electronic music emanating from reception (presumably reflecting the odd personal taste of the middle/aged male custodian). Good breakfast spread, with hot eggs, wurst, croissants, various cakes and yoghurts...

We really liked the San Luca. It's classy, stylish and not very expensive. Room was comfortable, spacious and full of style and breakfast was also super. One of reception staff was a bit grumpy towards us, I'd hate to guess why, but the other one was friendly and booked us an excellent restaurant for dinner. The hotel is great and recommended and so is the town of Spoleto.

A beautiful traditional hotel in a very convenient location. We had an extremely comfortable room with a view of the garden. The staff are without exception friendly and very efficient. An excellent breakfast in a charming dining room looking onto the flower filled courtyard . We couldn’t fault this hotel and hope to return for a longer stay.

This place is not for everybody. It is pure beauty, despite the fact that it needs some renewals, it is fascinating to be in the middle of history. Here, room42 has a magic place: lovers and famous couples have been here. I adored the place, it’s a pity they don’t serve the aperitivo with a view anymore. Please, do it again!

Enchanting hotel steeped in history with breathtaking views. Rooms are huge and the inclusion of breakfast is a solid bonus. The hotel is just a few steps from town but remains super quiet. Will be back!

Arriving in La Macchia is like coming home

Nice pizza, but the mixed fried vegetables were too oily. Still a nice peculiar place to have a meal.

Very friendly and welcoming, helpful regarding places to visit, eat etc. Very pleasant atmosphere & surroundings. The walk into town was fine, about 20 mins to the centre, half of which through picturesque streets.

New Year's Eve 2022. Totally mediocre, and that's an understatement. I am referring to the really poor quality of the ingredients. Opinion shared with nearby diners. Prawns from the frozen appetizer from the time of the first ice age. At least one fresh prawn you could put it. Light green lentils (never seen before, definitely my fault). Decent frozen fish first course. Very fat low quality trotter...

Our honeymoon was made more special by our visit. Fabulous food! Beautiful accommodations! You are treated like royalty! We highly recommend! Loved everything!

We have been using it for years, once a year for a competition, as a logistical base for our association. Extremely helpful and friendly owners. B&B immersed in tranquility with a large garden and swimming pool. Rich breakfast buffet for all tastes. Highly recommended 🥂

Place found by chance is a very welcoming well-kept b&b. The owners are kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with handcrafted products and above all it is in a good position, I recommend it.

Quiet, peace and relaxation. Splendid place. The sisters who run the b and b are very kind and very helpful girls. I am celiac and they made me find lots of things for breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. It is also in an excellent position to reach Perugia, Assisi, Cascia, the Marmore waterfalls. Suitable for both families and couples.

Wonderful place, kindness and courtesy are certainly not lacking here. Breakfast more than abundant and at the end of the day, when you return, the pool is a panacea. Our room is a little gem. We will definitely be back!

All very nice, wonderful decor, too bad it was closed! We phoned to book the swimming pool & lunch, they gave us availability but on our arrival they informed us that the kitchen was closed and that for lunch only frozen sandwiches and pizzas were available, among other things passed off as pizzas made at the moment !! What a disappointment!

All perfect! Wonderful location surrounded by greenery, delicious food based on both meat and fish. The staff and the owner Vincenzo very courteous, helpful, efficient and very attentive to customer needs. I chose it as the location for my graduation and my guests and I were super satisfied. Such a beautiful place. Whilst we didn't eat there the restaurant was fully booked and we could tell it would be a lovely night. The grounds were well kept with plenty of parking and a stunning pool. A wonderful place.

An old farmhouse located in the middle of the greenery. Excellent for those who love to relax surrounded by nature. Kind and helpful owners. It is located 8 minutes by car from Spoleto, only the last stretch of road is not asphalted but it is still easily passable.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are tidy, clean, neat and modern. They offered us taking our bikes inside. There is even a shared kitchen, which we appreciated. Breakfast is a bit different: a bar nesrby ypu can get coffee/capuccino and one piece of croissant or sandwhich or.. - which isnt too much, but on the other side it was my first third wave capuccino in italy, super friendöy staff and true locals...

I stayed with my partner in this facility for a week in August. We were immediately struck by Chiara's availability, care in every detail and attention to guests. The room was cozy and comfortable, a very comfortable bed and pillow, an efficient and silent air conditioner that allowed us to sleep well on those very hot August nights. Excellent cleanliness and very useful the modern kitchen available...

I met the B&B through a friend (Chiara), I had a great time, the very spacious room, well furnished and above all clean. The bathroom has everything including a large shower. One thing that I really appreciated, and that I rarely found even in 5 * Hotels, is the memory foam mattress, FANTASTIC, assured sleep. Also air conditioning is available, but despite the 38th of the weekend, it was not necessary...

The rooms are new and very clean, very nice and not very crowded. It is located in a residential neighborhood in the center of Spoleto. Excellent welcome from the young owner who made herself available for our needs. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The only advice I can give is to put a sign outside because it is a bit difficult to find. For the rest, good price!

For a 2-star hotel the room is very nice and clean, the bathroom is for the disabled. Hearty breakfast offers excellent artisan cakes. 15 minutes walk from the center but to be done all uphill.

Very kind owners, very clean and spacious rooms, continental breakfast only but with really good homemade cakes and brioches, very convenient location to get to the Posterna car park (750mt) where you can take the famous mechanized "treadmills" to get to the center, both indoor and outdoor parking for a fee, free and convenient. Very close to supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacy. If you want advice...

For a 2 * hotel it's ok. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is basic. I don't know how it is in other rooms, but in my bathroom the toilet bowl was uncomfortable. The hotel is well positioned, from the hotel to the center it takes 10 minutes and up to the fortress 20 minutes.

We very much enjoyed the welcome at hotel Boni Cerri and the warm conversation with the owner. The swimming pool was something we much appreciated after a hot day in Spoleto. The distance from the city center is comfortable by car. Some might find the decoration a little outdated but we found it quite charming. The breakfast was lovely!

People who work there are very nice and out-going , the place is nice and quiet, I do really enjoyed being there. Breakfast you'll have the basic breakfast , which is good.
