The apartment is beautiful with stone walls and wooden ceiling. The view is spectacular - better than in the pictures, the pool is big enough and very clean with the shaded patio near it (all make it very good place for relax). Wonderful holiday in a structure located in the hills adjacent to the city of Spoleto, equipped with a beautiful garden, large gazebo area, swimming pool and small whirlpool tub with beautiful views of the Umbrian hills, there is also a washing machine. Quiet, relaxing and regenerating place.

The location is very beautiful, room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Owners went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. Dinner served on the terrace was home made and excellent value. A real farm producing their own olive oil and wine.

Wonderful experience- incredibly clean and charming rooms, and the drive up is worth it for the view. Dinner was exceptional, delicious and homey food from the garden, local cuisine and local game on a terrace with incomparable views. All done with such kind and lovely care from the hosts! Price is almost too little for the experience we enjoyed. Thank you very much!

One of the best B&B's I've visited, run by a friendly and knowledgeable couple who are always happy to recommend nearby attractions, pour you delicious wine (and grappa), and cook you amazing food. Count yourself especially lucky if truffles are in season.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are tidy, clean, neat and modern. They offered us taking our bikes inside. There is even a shared kitchen, which we appreciated. Amazing place, amazing people!

The host, Julio, and his mother, Claudia, are so kind. It is said that they started the first B&B in Spoleto 10 years ago. There is only one guest room, which makes it even more special. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The view from the dining area is wonderful. If you park near the property, we will give you a free parking pass.
