This was the third time lucky re Covid restrcitions in 2020 and 2021 and wow what an aweome hotel. The hotel, room, view and staff were all excellent. The couple of things that would make is absolteuly perfect for me would be to make the access into the lake easier as I would have loved to swim but re a knee problem the drop from the end of the steps was too much. A beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting with excellent food and service!

Very good lake front hotel. You can relax by the lake all day and go for the occasional dip in the lake. The restaurant is very good too - so you don’t really have to leave the hotel - but you should at least take a trip to monte isola! Breakfast was excellent! Only negatives are: * lack of hooks in the room to dry the pool towel that you only get one of for your whole stay for environmental reasons...

The place is gorgeous. Overlooking the lake with a very nice sunset. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The diner was good with very nice ingredients. Rooms maybe a bit noisy but the rest makes up for it. Also nice to take the ferry to the island opposite.

The hotel is family run and the owner is very helpful and kind. It is no longer possible to have lunch / dinner on site. Excellent position to reach the station and the pier, as well as the main services such as pharmacy, supermarket ... The breakfast is a sweet and savory buffet. The rooms have a nice view of the lake; however, they would need modernization. Recommended.

This little gem of a hotel is located incredibly close to the ferry station and center of town and offers incredible views of Lago D'Iseo from the second floor. The rooms are spotless, and the linens and towels are freshly laundered. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. You won't find a better place to rest your head while in town for the price. Spacious apartment. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Great location for boat across to island and short walk to lovely restaurant up the hill (Trattoria Cacciatore). Great to have facilities of a flat (washing machine, cooking stuff etc.)

Owner very hard-working, is right on the thoroughfare. Especially on weekends very busy, in the evening a little quieter. Right next to the pier for the ferry.

Clean rooms, furnished in Ikea style. not happy Sleeping position, the house is 2 meters from a busy street at night and the windows are not acoustically isolated. We tried also with earplugs but it wasn't enough. Breakfast mediocre: a cappuccino and a croissant at the next bar, everything else is paid. Certainly to be improved considering that the price is not very low.

Good restaurant, with the usual Italian suspects. Pizza's were delicious and a great variety. While eating you're spoiled with a great panoramic view over the lake.

It is our favourite restaurant for many years. I love it. Now it is situated in a new modern building with a great panoramic views of the lake ISEO & mountains. The dishes are very delicious! On 25 June 2016 (in the middle of Christo's bridge) we got married and chose Villa Bredina as the location of the celebrations. Perfect choice !! In fact Claudia and Arturo with their perfect organization have satisfied us in EVERYTHING we have requested (and we have made requests, we are very picky), the menu and its variations, the aperitif outdoors, the accommodation of friends at 4-legged, tables...

We stopped with the whole family for a fixed menu lunch € 15. There are buffet side dishes and the choice between three first courses and three second courses. The food is good and the staff nice.

Housed on the occasion of Floating Pierc's visit, I found a splendid room with a lake view, with staff available to my every need, friendly and caring. Priceless outdoor breakfast set in a beautiful park. Hotel to recommend in all seasons.

First holiday in Italy as a couple and I was not expecting to literally have the best time ever. The hotel, the food, the service and the staff was beyond amazing! The little town itself and it surrounding towns beautiful. We would have loved to extend our stay but will certainly go back! Thank you guys for this wonderful stay!

Nice location. Fair and clean rooms with lovely views, but slightly outdated. Nice balcony to sit and chat in the evening. Nice staff. Food at the restaurant is tasty, but the service is a bit slow. Internet reception in the rooms is not good to not exist

Really beautiful place, hard working service minded staff, fantastic location. Make sure you book a premium room with view towards the lake, otherwise your room will face towards the street as well as the railroad with passing trains.

Amazing hotel, I will be back 100%!!! Restaurant cook tasty food and atmosphere was calming. We took private cottage with private pool. It's place for stay at least for 3 days. One thing it was upsetting, when we arrived house was not properly cleaned and trash bin was dirty and someone's socks was still there. But the vue and the breakfast stunning 😍 ✨️ 😋

It was such a pleasure to stay at Relais I Due Roccoli. We stayed in the cottage, which is a cabin away from the main hotel, a private location with a private pool. It was so peaceful. The reception and staff are so kind and accommodating. Breakfast has an amazing view of the lake. Lunch and Dinner is phenomenal. We were recommended the local wine which is a must try. I went for dinner with my partner, baby son and mother last night. One of the best meals any of us have had. The roof terrace has spectacular views. The dining area is lovely. The staff were fantastic and if possible, the food was better. They took extra measures to make the meal with a baby comfortable. Great food with large portions! The view is really nice even though it can get a bit loud because the terrace is right next to the street. The waitresses were nice and even though they didn't speak English they tried their best to accommodate us! It was a delicious meal and for a fair price!

Inside space was beautiful and the terrace outside was a lovely space to spend time relaxing. Centre was a 10 minute walk through some shortcuts which was great and saved taking the car. There was plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely stay again.

One word to encompass the time spent in this corner of Italy .. "PERFECT". Availability, professionalism and courtesy make this a gracious host. Too expensive for what it is and the rooms are too too small. However, staff is great, really kind and available for any requests. Btw booking clearly says that a cot is available for request (my daugher is 20months not 14 years old..). Changed the stars as I did not notice that gave one star instead of three, which it was what I was meant to give, but that's it cannot give more than that. And anyway...

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful decorated and the rooms are nicely furnished. Fresh flower, fruits and some personal touches make it really feel like a home not a hotelroom. Even the smallest details are thoughtfully prepared. We noticed and appreciated that. Nevertheless there is everything you will expect and find in a good Hotel, so you get both, a perfect accommodation like a hotel...

It was family run and very friendly . The breakfasts were much more generous than I expected . There was a kettle and fridge in our room and plenty of clean towels and toilet rolls if we needed them. Great value for money

Very nice welcome and service by the staff. Nice breakfast included with fresh fruit and home-made cakes every day. Good location near the center of Iseo, the restaurants, the train station and the market, which takes place two times per week and which offers a lot of local products (fruit, cheese, salami etc). The rooms are well equipped and very clean.

fantastic hotel , we toured italy fir 2 weeks and this hotel gave us the best breakfast, parking on site , 2 minutes walk to the lakeside, staff were wonderful and so helpful, room was lovely and clean 😀

We did not plan to stay in Iseo. But, due to a transit strike we could not get back to our original hotel. The manager/owner Alessandro helped us find transportation back to our hotel but there was nothing he could do. We even asked the police for help but nothing could be done. Charming hotel with 5* service. Gorgeous views of the lake and spotlessly clean. It was like stepping back in time but in a cool way.

Interesting experience; we stayed 5 nights. Comfortable, clean, reasonably friendly staff but service at breakfast left something to be desired, food at breakfast was just about acceptable and decor was decidedly tired. Price was reasonable; we'd go there again on the basis of better the devil you know.
