Very nice hotel.

The hotel is family run and the owner is very helpful and kind. It is no longer possible to have lunch / dinner on site. Excellent position to reach the station and the pier, as well as the main services such as pharmacy, supermarket ... The breakfast is a sweet and savory buffet. The rooms have a nice view of the lake; however, they would need modernization. Recommended.

This little gem of a hotel is located incredibly close to the ferry station and center of town and offers incredible views of Lago D'Iseo from the second floor. The rooms are spotless, and the linens and towels are freshly laundered. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. You won't find a better place to rest your head while in town for the price. If we get back this way, we will look to...

This was the third time lucky re Covid restrcitions in 2020 and 2021 and wow what an aweome hotel. The hotel, room, view and staff were all excellent. The couple of things that would make is absolteuly perfect for me would be to make the access into the lake easier as I would have loved to swim but re a knee problem the drop from the end of the steps was too much. And a step for the jacuzzi as though...

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting with excellent food and service!

Very good lake front hotel. You can relax by the lake all day and go for the occasional dip in the lake. The restaurant is very good too - so you don’t really have to leave the hotel - but you should at least take a trip to monte isola! Breakfast was excellent! Only negatives are: * lack of hooks in the room to dry the pool towel that you only get one of for your whole stay for environmental reasons...

The place is gorgeous. Overlooking the lake with a very nice sunset. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The diner was good with very nice ingredients. Rooms maybe a bit noisy but the rest makes up for it. Also nice to take the ferry to the island opposite.

Great location, great breakfast, first line on the lake! Highly recommended to all discerning travelers.

A real paradise. You arrive and you are totally relaxed. The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and make the holiday a feel-good program. Lake, pool, lake, pool - something for every taste. Dogs are very welcome. The view and the good recommendations for excursions and restaurants round off the experience. A dream.

Simply spectacular. There is nothing more to add. The location is enchanting by the lake ... But not several meters away ... You are literally on the lake. The rooms are functional, essential and overall appreciable

Spacious apartment. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Great location for boat across to island and short walk to lovely restaurant up the hill (Trattoria Cacciatore). Great to have facilities of a flat (washing machine, cooking stuff etc.)

Owner very hard-working, is right on the thoroughfare. Especially on weekends very busy, in the evening a little quieter. Right next to the pier for the ferry.

Clean rooms, furnished in Ikea style. not happy Sleeping position, the house is 2 meters from a busy street at night and the windows are not acoustically isolated. We tried also with earplugs but it wasn't enough. Breakfast mediocre: a cappuccino and a croissant at the next bar, everything else is paid. Certainly to be improved considering that the price is not very low.

We had a lovely time at wake surf house! The outside area has a beautiful view, the room was perfect and the owners are very friendly and helpful!

The owners are very friendly, the b&b was just great. Lots of room, all nice and clean. We did like this village and Monte Isola in particular. First we visited places like Venice, Florence and Lake Garda and the Italians were not very happy. They seemed not very fond of tourists. In this lovely village however, people are really friendly. Top Location in the center of Sulzano, 3 min to Ferry, so a bunch of bars and restaurants in Sulzano and Monte Isola easily reachable. 1 min footpath to the lake! Free parking (10 min walk uphill, because parking in the towncenter is highly restricted). Very friendly and helpful owner and stuff, really supporting, absolutely welcoming. Fully staffed kitchen with breakfast goodies. Funny decorations...

Great host. Excellent communication and support. Appreciated the breakfast basket! Apartment is charming, spacious and full of character, really close to everything. Sulzano and Lago Iseo are very special.

The apartment that I stayed at, Giulia, was very clean, beautifully decorated and so very cosy. Everything of basic need was already offered. The place was close to the "boat station" and basically in the city center. The owner was very friendly and kind, he gave us a whole list of things to do and see around the lake. Stunning place, 20/10 would definitely recommend. 👍👍

Casa del Comandante, one can only agree with the "positive" comments. Davide is a great host and his wife is very welcoming. From the reception to the farewell, everything was perfect! I especially want to mention the cleanliness of the accommodation! The accommodation is in the historic part of Sulzano and very centrally located, no motorized through traffic. We would also give 10 stars if there was a chance. Davide is the perfect host and the Casa del Comandante is the best place to feel at home. The accomodation is very well positioned near ferry, bars and attractions It is very clean and maintained. It has every thing you need in an apartament. The owner, Davide, is very friendly and gives you good recommendations of places to eat, visit etc He looks after its clients and makes you feel very welcomed.

Unique location upon the lake with a great view, relaxing terrace, calm. Comfy bed, bathroom with all needed, clean, secure parking, was provided with information of the aera and of the excursion, easy communication with the host

Good restaurant, with the usual Italian suspects. Pizza's were delicious and a great variety. While eating you're spoiled with a great panoramic view over the lake.

It is our favourite restaurant for many years. I love it. Now it is situated in a new modern building with a great panoramic views of the lake ISEO & mountains. The dishes are very delicious! Last time I had lunch there a few days ago. In the evening I couldn't eat anything. I was really full. EVERYONE WILL BE SATISFIED! IT IS WORTH VISITING! 👍👍👍

Visited twice. The staff are friendly, the pizza is excellent, with extremely good dough. Most of the staff speak some English, I also heard reasonable German spoken. On 25 June 2016 (in the middle of Christo's bridge) we got married and chose Villa Bredina as the location of the celebrations. Perfect choice !! In fact Claudia and Arturo with their perfect organization have satisfied us in EVERYTHING we have requested (and we have made requests, we are very picky), the menu and its variations, the aperitif outdoors, the accommodation of friends at 4-legged, tables...

We stopped with the whole family for a fixed menu lunch € 15. There are buffet side dishes and the choice between three first courses and three second courses. The food is good and the staff nice.

Housed on the occasion of Floating Pierc's visit, I found a splendid room with a lake view, with staff available to my every need, friendly and caring. Priceless outdoor breakfast set in a beautiful park. Hotel to recommend in all seasons.

Without infamy and without praise. We stopped for fixed price lunch. The room was not conditioned and the loud radio not very pleasant, but other than that the food was quick and of good quality.

Hotel 3 stars, no one knows why, from the outside the structure looks good but is not very accurate. Simple rooms with old-fashioned decor, poor breakfast, but it's clean and the price is affordable.

This place has an amazing view of Lake Iseo and Monte Isola. The rooms are perfect and really comfortable. The hosts were really helpful and caring. Highly recommended for relaxing vacation time in this region.

Lovely B&B very near Lago d'Iseo. Spacious rooms and bathroom, very clean, great breakfast. We enjoyed to use the barbecue in the garden which was nicely prepared for us. Depending on your normal environment and what your looking for in your holiday, you may find this a quiet place, or not. First holiday in Italy as a couple and I was not expecting to literally have the best time ever. The hotel, the food, the service and the staff was beyond amazing! The little town itself and it surrounding towns beautiful. We would have loved to extend our stay but will certainly go back! Thank you guys for this wonderful stay!

The staff were amazing. They spoke english very well. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of fruits meat and cereals. The beds were comfortable. Our view of the lake was stunning.

Nice location. Fair and clean rooms with lovely views, but slightly outdated. Nice balcony to sit and chat in the evening. Nice staff. Food at the restaurant is tasty, but the service is a bit slow. Internet reception in the rooms is not good to not exist

Great food with large portions! The view is really nice even though it can get a bit loud because the terrace is right next to the street. The waitresses were nice and even though they didn't speak English they tried their best to accommodate us! It was a delicious meal and for a fair price!

If you are riding along Iseo lake it's a good spot to grab some good food while staring at the lake

The guesthouse is located halfway into the mountains, so the location is great for nature lovers and hikers. The rooms are fine, nothing special but clean and the bed is comfy. Staff was nice too and from the looks of it (the restaurant was packed) they do great food. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try ourselves.
