We had a lovely time here; the lake is beautiful, the hotel is situated perfectly by the water and the walk to Iseo town not too far for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the off. Recommended.

The hotels position and view of the lake is beautiful, the pool and outdoor facilities are great. The two restaurants in the hotel have a good offering and buffet breakfast had lots of choice. The town of Pilzone doesn't have much except a locals bar and a fantastic fruit shop. Trains to Iseo run infrequently. So a great hotel to get away from everything.

The balcony rooms have beautiful views across the lake. Service throughout our stay was excellent. We dined in the Terrazza restaurant and the food, wine and service were all excellent too! Would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Araba Finice hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Some Italian hotels can be dated even if they are 4* but this one certainly isn't. It was really nicely decorated inside, our room was beautiful- spotlessly clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the lake from the side, even though we hadn't booked a lakeview room! Very stunning location! We loved the pool area and the ability to swim in the lake. The room had a lovely view, too, and we enjoyed the balcony. The staff were all very helpful but the service did not feel very personal. It was a shame that a quick lift of about 500m to the station was charged at €20 when other similar standard hotels offer this free.

Amazing hotel, I will be back 100%!!! Restaurant cook tasty food and atmosphere was calming. We took private cottage with private pool. It's place for stay at least for 3 days. One thing it was upsetting, when we arrived house was not properly cleaned and trash bin was dirty and someone's socks was still there. But the vue and the breakfast stunning 😍 ✨️ 😋

It was such a pleasure to stay at Relais I Due Roccoli. We stayed in the cottage, which is a cabin away from the main hotel, a private location with a private pool. It was so peaceful. The reception and staff are so kind and accommodating. Breakfast has an amazing view of the lake. Lunch and Dinner is phenomenal. We were recommended the local wine which is a must try. There is only one down side...

I went for dinner with my partner, baby son and mother last night. One of the best meals any of us have had. The roof terrace has spectacular views. The dining area is lovely. The staff were fantastic and if possible, the food was better. They took extra measures to make the meal with a baby comfortable. Not cheap but not the most expensive meal we've had and for the quality I was more than happy...

During our trip to Northern Italy earlier this year, we stayed at the Hotel Relais Mirabella for several days, in the vicinity of Lake Iseo. It is truly an amazing place! You open your room balcony door to overlook Lake Iseo, with the Swiss Alps in the distance. Our viewed was tainted a day or so by rain, but often that rain was followed by beautiful rainbows over the lake. The visuals are stunning...

Relais Mirabella is a hidden gem nestled in the hill with an astonishing view of Lake Iseo. Some of the rooms are old and tired, some of the rooms are new and nice. Both of our rooms had spiders in them. Not acceptable in 2024. Shower in one room was totally clogged. Flooded the bathroom. Wound up with every towel in the place soaking wet. Car park is easy though!

The hotel is in a great location - right on the shores of Lake Iseo, right next to the great promenade. Breakfast is very good. I recommend this hotel for travelers going to the town or the lake.

Basic and dated but clean. There is no soundproofing whatsoever so getting an undisturbed nights sleep is next to impossible. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is small and family run, they don’t seem to speak much English but are helpful and kind. We had a room with panorama lake view, the view is so gorgeous and the balcony very big but they only put one small plastic table and two small plastic chairs. There would be room for sunchairs etc. Room is simple but clean and comfortable enough. Bed is very good, on the hard side but that’s how I like it...

It was family run and very friendly . The breakfasts were much more generous than I expected . There was a kettle and fridge in our room and plenty of clean towels and toilet rolls if we needed them. Great value for money

Very nice welcome and service by the staff. Nice breakfast included with fresh fruit and home-made cakes every day. Good location near the center of Iseo, the restaurants, the train station and the market, which takes place two times per week and which offers a lot of local products (fruit, cheese, salami etc). The rooms are well equipped and very clean.

fantastic hotel , we toured italy fir 2 weeks and this hotel gave us the best breakfast, parking on site , 2 minutes walk to the lakeside, staff were wonderful and so helpful, room was lovely and clean 😀

This was the third time lucky re Covid restrcitions in 2020 and 2021 and wow what an aweome hotel. The hotel, room, view and staff were all excellent. The couple of things that would make is absolteuly perfect for me would be to make the access into the lake easier as I would have loved to swim but re a knee problem the drop from the end of the steps was too much. And a step for the jacuzzi as though...

Very good lake front hotel. You can relax by the lake all day and go for the occasional dip in the lake. The restaurant is very good too - so you don’t really have to leave the hotel - but you should at least take a trip to monte isola! Breakfast was excellent! Only negatives are: * lack of hooks in the room to dry the pool towel that you only get one of for your whole stay for environmental reasons...

The place is gorgeous. Overlooking the lake with a very nice sunset. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The diner was good with very nice ingredients. Rooms maybe a bit noisy but the rest makes up for it. Also nice to take the ferry to the island opposite.

On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber...

It was a very happy anniversary! The spa amenities were very welcoming after a long day of exploring the lake area. Breakfast included a plethora of delicious choices. We also enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and sunset each day from our terrace .

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The room was spacious and the view of the lake from the balcony was stunning . Staff were helpful . The hotel is family run and the owner is very helpful and kind. It is no longer possible to have lunch / dinner on site. Excellent position to reach the station and the pier, as well as the main services such as pharmacy, supermarket ... The breakfast is a sweet and savory buffet. The rooms have a nice view of the lake; however, they would need modernization. Recommended.

This little gem of a hotel is located incredibly close to the ferry station and center of town and offers incredible views of Lago D'Iseo from the second floor. The rooms are spotless, and the linens and towels are freshly laundered. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. You won't find a better place to rest your head while in town for the price. If we get back this way, we will look to...

The staff were amazing. They spoke english very well. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of fruits meat and cereals. The beds were comfortable. Our view of the lake was stunning.

Nice location. Fair and clean rooms with lovely views, but slightly outdated. Nice balcony to sit and chat in the evening. Nice staff. Food at the restaurant is tasty, but the service is a bit slow. Internet reception in the rooms is not good to not exist

The place is stunning and the staff of the hotel always willing to help. There are several places to visit. You just need to be aware of the limited public transport when out of season.

The view form our room was perfect. The location is a very good reason to stay at this hotel.

We have had three wonderful days in Sarnico / Hotel Sebino. Its a beautiful charming hotel directly at the lake. The service is perfect and the breakfast too. We will come back!!!

Nice hotel with good location and view

Good quality rooms, though and breakfast isnt that interesting. They tried to trick us into getting worse rooms than what we booked but they gave is a proper upgrade when we told them. So its a good place to stay, but be sure they dont try tricks on you

We enjoyed a really wonderful family meal on Sunday. The lunch was fantastic together with the beautiful views from the dining room. The food was really excellent and the atmosphere of families getting together very enjoyable. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Had an amazing 6 course surprise menu it was fabulous and would recommend and go again when back there the food was really tasty the portions were good sizes and the service was above what I expected it was my first visit to italy and was not disappointed

Lovely hotel. Small room with tiny balcony and fabulous view over the lake. Restaurant over priced and nouveau cuisine style. Breakfast was great! 20 minute walk to the lake partially down a main road. Barking and winning dog when locked away but we’ll behaved when allowed out.

This was a great hotel with a nice staff and amazing view. The only thing I wish was different was the size of the room. A bit too small. But overall we were happy there.

It's already the second year that we choose this structure to spend a weekend for leisure, we slept in one of their junior suites, what can I say, excellent level in absolute tranquility, good breakfast, and very polite staff, the structure in a truly excellent location.

Tranquil Place to Rest your Head I stayed here to have access to the Franciacorta winery area of Italy. It is extremely peaceful and quiet. And everything I wanted to see was close by.

As some users have already written, a decent structure with some flaws. In fact, the lack of a lift "replaced" by a freight elevator, does not suit a 4-star hotel, as well as the intermittent Wifi. Fantastic some minor issues The stay was fantastic, the swimming pool amazing as well as the restaurant. Only negative we were told on the first day that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant. They should count people in by default. It also rained on the first morning and it the spa was not available.

We stayed there for two days with our two young daughters. Despite it being not marketed as a family-friendly location, all staff from hotel and restaurant have been super supportive and friendly. Food in restaurant is outstanding, so is the pool. Do spend some time hiking the surrounding vineyards and hills .

This is a clean, comfortable hotel. Two things really mark it out though. Firstly, excellent customer service. All the staff have such a kind and helpful attitude. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone seems genuinely glad to answer questions, research train timetables or do whatever is needed. It's nice here, right by the lake. The staff helped us get closer parking and even helped us find reservations to restaurants nearby. Very friendly. The room is very spacious. It could use a little bit more lighting and maybe a fan due to the hot summers.

Comfortable hostel located a few steps from the historic center of Lovere, enjoying a wonderful lake view...simple but very clean room with a comfortable bathroom, excellent soundproofing of the room, as it is a car passage area...very good breakfast and abundant, buffet style... on each floor there is a terrace overlooking the lake where you can relax... very kind staff.

The Continental is a business hotel, kind of, so not much charming or romantic. Yet it's quiet and clean and that was what we needed for one night: a convenient place to rest. The private parking is a plus.

I arrived at the hotel with around 20 other people after our flight got cancelled. The staff was not even properly informed about the situation but they still managed to provide us with a place to sleep, dinner, and even breakfast at 2 AM! I think they could not have reacted more professionally. Apart from that, the room was lovely with an exquisite view from the window. P.S. Lots of respect from Damian

Great location for Fiera de Brescia and in my case, the start of the Mille Miglia car race. Rooms are basic and not great, with a weird bath located behind the headboard of the bed???!?, but the location and helpful staff make up for it somewhat.

The hotel lobby, rooms and bathrooms are relatively large. I booked a duplex family room with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was good. Parking is also available. The location is a bit remote but it is suitable for self-driving

I went on a trip with the class and for the price it is very good, I read the reviews before leaving and I expected it to be worse, the reviews are excessive. It wasn't top-notch and the breakfast wasn't very plentiful but some reviews are truly excessive and very underrated, perfect for spending the night, maximum 2, with friends. The location is not the best if you don't have transport available

If you are passionate about vintage 70s furniture, you have a small or medium-sized dog, it's August 19th and the area is full or very expensive and you are able to adapt, the motel is fine. Clean sheets and a bathroom with shower (no bidet). Breakfast not included but free buffet with snacks with coffee from the machine (also branded coffee). Four stars to raise the average, because after all it does...

The hotel is ok, lobby and common areas are very elengant while our room was dated, not very appealing at all. Nevertheless the room was big and clean and we had a very good sleep (very quiet). We loved the breakfast buffet and courtesy of the staff. Free parking.

As a platinum member and born in Brescia I usually travels once a year back home, I find this hotel clean, modern and good service. The restaurant is superlative, the area instead not so great. Even the parking lot has problem of breaking into cars at night. I suggest you pay 12$ a night for the covered parking

The location is good the hotel is good but it need an update. No AC, as most hotels in Europe...which is crazy considering the wave of heat. The service is outstanding and remarkable. Everyone is extremely professional , respectful, and kind. Parking can be free if you park next to the hotel. Breakfast is good, but could be better.

The town is very cozy, the hotel is also very good, very close to the football field, and I went there to breathe the air that Roberto Baggio once breathed. The breakfast was pretty good.

Suitable for self-driving, generally quite satisfied, there is a swimming pool, cleaned every day, the water has no odor. The hotel is not far from the scenic spot. Check-in will give you small cookies🍪. There are large supermarkets and gas stations nearby.

The structure is beautiful, clean, with an international feel. The superior room is large, very clean, the beds are very comfortable, huge TV, large wardrobe with iron and ironing board, spacious safe. I liked the lighting with even a reading light. There is a kettle with a choice of coffee and tea. The bathroom has a very large shower with a rain shower head that I appreciate. There were no bathrobes...

A little outside Brescia, there is a relatively large supermarket ten minutes walk away, and there is also a sushi place ten minutes walk away, but the 28 yuan per person opened by the Chinese is still worth it. Um breakfast is right, that's it. Because it's outside, it's a little quieter.

Lovely entrance way on a quiet tree lined street. Welcomed by the manager, it was no problem to put our bikes in the internal courtyard. We were even brought a glass of water at reception. There is a free public car park near the hotel and the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the centre. The hotel, in a well-renovated period building, is quite close to the center, you can get there with a 15/20 minute walk in Piazza della Loggia. We took two Junior suite deluxe: a mini-apartment with equipped kitchen area, a living area and a double bedroom with very nice en-suite bathroom. This hotel is really worth it! Let's start with the structure: very elegant and unique, with many vintage pieces that create a magical and dreamlike atmosphere (from the Vespa to the pinball machine). The rooms are very well-kept, ours was on the top floor and seemed like a mini apartment, everything very clean and well-kept. This hotel is a great value for Lago d'Iseo. Iseo is a major attraction and many hotels are 200€ or more. For much much less we found Hotel Belvedere directly across from the lake with beautiful views rom that balcony and windows. Giuseppe handled our reservation and he was super helpful. I honestly think we got the very last room in all of Lovere for the very busy weekend. It was a pretty quick walk...

An unremarkable hotel in need of a refresh, everything feels worn and shabby. More of a two star than three star experience.

I have been in the hotel from the 8th to the 12th of August , I found the location great all around lake Iseo , the parking for motorbike inside or outside great , the room tidy and clean each day , the restaurant top breakfast and dinner as well with the top view of the lake , the service over the standard. The hotel has a great a SPA area . Great few days of Vacation 2024 , thank you .

The hotel is in a great spot and is centrally located. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel and found that convenient and enjoyable. And we enjoyed the free wellness voucher that comes with your booking! The hotel has bikes you can use to ride around but we ran out of time!

We stayed in this hotel for a week, the location of the property is convenient for visiting the village and visiting the main places of interest. Excellent and varied breakfast, helpful and attentive staff. The only flaw is the room: dark, hot and without adequate ventilation due to the underground location. The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable

A big room but it was filled with beds. So we had to tilt them to get floor space. The closets were locked and unusable. Some friends called our room the storage room. Perhaps they were right 😄

The hotel is in an excellent location behind the Brescia Castle. You can reach the castle through a 400-meter tunnel. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich. It is antique and very Italian in style. It is worth staying. It is convenient to drive. There is free parking.

On the way back to Milan by car, I heard that Brescia is a good city, so I booked this hotel. It was probably a 4-star hotel. Although it was a bit old, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was good. It's close to the attractions, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the new church, square, and temple ruins.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything in the old town center. My room had an incredible view of the church dome and the old roofs a few blocks away. Comfortable, spacious, and very nice staff. The rooftop area was closed for the winter, but I'm sure it is lovely in the warmer months. You should definitely stay here!

Location and outside ambiente shows some charme from old times. Rooms are…. outdated (friendly said) Old metal bed in a non inviting „cold“ appearing high room. It was dirty, cabinets are from 70‘s and partially broken. In the bathroom it smeels wet/like mold and the air cycling fan has not seen a cleaning for decates. Overall best place with location in Brescia. It isn’t 5 stars, which already know by price being in Italy. However, historic, location set some. For Europe, breakfast is below average is only thing. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable, one of the tips would be to walk directly to the city instead of taking the metro. The walk to the city is only around 20mins

Everything is great. Maybe they are not used to sluggish Italian service :) It is strange that you can't order an omelette for breakfast at Novotel. The restaurant administrator chased the child away from the TV when he was watching football. Some kind of wrong attitude towards children. When checking in, we waited exactly for the official check-in time, although they promised to check us in 15 minutes...

Good Place to stay and near to some fantastic restaurant's.

Just outside the city, convenient as a hotel for two nights. Family run, hearty breakfast, clean. It has only one negative, for non-smokers, the sheets and pillowcases had a strong smell of cigarettes which almost prevented me from sleeping.

A simple Hotel for travelers ... Only for this I do not give 5 stars. Exceptional courtesy and professionalism, spotless rooms, abundant and excellent breakfast, covered parking, air conditioning, absolute availability ... Perfect. Sin: if you have problems climbing stairs, get put on a low floor (there is no elevator).

We slept here after a concert at the Colony (by reservation). The hotel is very close to the club (scarcely 5 minutes by car) and opposite an excellent pizzeria. There is parking. The managers were welcoming and kind. Room and bathroom were very clean. Abundant and varied breakfast. The only flaw, the bedroom and bathroom furnishings are decidedly dated, even if in good condition, and the bed creaked...

Small hotel, small rooms but equipped with everything you need (free wifi). Great hearty breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff. Just outside the centre, convenient for one/two nights.
