BlueBay Residence Resort

The hotel is really nice from the outside, but inside it is dirty and unattractive. You need to pay for additional services. There is a separate story about nutrition in general. We went to the hotel restaurant (since there is no one else nearby), where we were given a choice of a couple of dishes, we ordered and were told to come in 35 minutes. After 50 minutes, we finally sat down at the table. The first course was brought only after 30 (!!!!!) minutes, and the other two only after 45. We ordered two dishes consisting of grilled sawfish. One of the dishes was completely raw, the salad was not brought at all, the wine was served in bakals instead of a bottle. However, it is a pity for the girl who had to run to the tables and to the kitchen alone and at the same time work at the reception. Please do something about it and feed the two cats that spent the whole evening in the restaurant with us.

Good afternoon! Booked a hotel for 2 January for 7 people at the bluebay Rezidence Resort in Taranto. Made a full prepayment of 68€. He noted the arrival time at 22.00, but with a delay in the port on January 2, he changed the booking time to the interval of 23.00-00.00. Booking confirmed the change. At 23.30 we arrived at this hotel. For more than an hour we tried to call the reception to open the gate for us, but it was unsuccessful. As a result, my friends and I had to spend the night in a car with 3 small children. In the morning, I got to the reception, with a request to return my money for accommodation, to which I received a positive response. but 9 days have passed and the money has not been credited to the card. The hotel does not answer my calls. What should I do? How to return money? My review was not posted. Why?
