Staff were extremely helpful. Swimming pool was great. Very well located for us to attend a family wedding in Tivoli. We would stay again. Thank you for your warm welcome.

Near the Capital ( Rome ) sboit 10 km. If you came with a care , you could parking in park of Hotel , Spa perfect nice atmosphere.

Room was very bad. There was only one working power plug, one of the extra bed was broken and one of the wall lamp was falling down. We said it at the reception and they told us that there’s no one to repair it now. There was also a smell coming from the AC. Swimming pool was nice and the breakfast was tasty.

Rooms are clean, quiet and confortable. Parking is free. There are enough restaurant and grocery store nearby on foot. Staffs are nice. If you leave the hotel before 6AM, you can even ask for a breakfast to go.

Only at the hotel for a few nights. Rooms are clean and big for Europe. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The room for the price is good value for money. Enough parking space. Neat rooms, good restaurants, good selection of breakfast items. Overall a good one.

A very good place to stay. The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast is very good. I was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t even filled or ready to open by June 1. Otherwise, a good location for day tripping to Tivoli with friendly and helpful staff.

This is the perfect place to start a holiday in Tivoli. Within a few minutes by car you can reach top places such as Villa Adriana or Villa d´Este, or you can spend a lazy day in the hotel’s thermal baths.

Right next to the spa park so an extremely good location if you are going to the spa. Also, it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station so it is easy to visit Tivoli or Rome.

Good hearty breakfast, but on the second day there was no juice and coffee machine, excellent friendly staff, especially the manager in the restaurant hall. Getting from Rome by train is a little stressful, but it was worth it.

Room was very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was wonderful, folding some clothes that I'd set out to wear again, as well as fully restocking everything within the room. The Jacuzzi bath was a little outdated and showed signs of age with discoloration around the jets, so I elected to not use. I had a suite and the air conditioning was not active when I arrived so the room was quite stuffy...

Beautiful place: cozy and homey. The rooms are large, have air conditioning and WI-FI. Breakfast is plentiful. The only lack is the elevator to go up to the floors.

Enjoyable holiday at the Tivoli with my girlfriend, between the ancient roman villas and the flavor of the pork. The sacred and the profane are mixed in perfectly. Antonella and Fabio welcomed us in their b&b in Tivoli with extreme kindness. The room was well decorated and above all, you are in a place surrounded by nature, great for relaxing. I highly recommend it.

Very nice, large room with a mezzanine. Good appetizer and first courses too. It is a bit hidden at night but you can get there by following the signs.

It was OK. It's tucked away in a suburban area, quite quiet. In summer, post-Covid, it will probably be pleasant.

The location in winter is not the best as there are a few things to do but the hotel offers a very good ratio of price and quality of the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, towels and sheets of excellent quality, helpful staff and all in all not too far from the centre of Rome can be reached by car in 15/20 min

Looking for a accommodation for a few days at Tivoli, having only found the B&B (rooms in private apartments, most with shared bathroom and without balcony), I decided to go (by bus) nearby in Tivoli Terme (6 km away). Book hotel in Maximo, where the staff was offering me the availability of a room above my expectations (after what I had seen in Tivoli). Reception 24 hours, room with every comfort...

The room was compact to our liking, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was well lit and ventilated. The room had a nice window for some air. The breakfast provided was very sufficient. The staff were friendly.

We book this hotel through Booking. Booking has a bug, when setting 2 adults and 2 babies, the hotel gets info that client needs stay for 4 people. Since we had twins with twin stroller I wrote the hotel to get an accessible room. The guy at reception was amazing, when we arrived he showed me all possibilities and explain they got asked for 4 people. He cancelled the booking without fees and charged...

I stayed in the Grand Duca Dest instead. Upgrade a lovely surprise. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Simple yet very tasty. The pool was fab.

Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was ok but consisting mostly in cakes, very bad coffee! The outside swimming pool was open only until 6pm and the indoor swimming pool was available for 15 euros

The room was very clean and had a good terrace, where you could enjoy your afternoon or evening.

Our stay at the Hotel Aurora was brief but enjoyable. It took us a moment to figure out how to turn the lights on, and the air conditioning could have been better, but the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The following morning they had a lot of great breakfast pastries and made some great coffee! Not a bad place to stay if you're visiting Rome!

Service was amazing. Staff picked us up from Auto problem @ 23:00. Amazing! Lunch was amazing. These folks understand customer service! Hotel is small and a little dated, but for the price...it was great.

Let me start with all the things I loved about this place: - the price. You can not beat €100 a night in august in Rome. -the location. In the heart of the Spanish steps. -it was quirky and rustic (old elevator etc) -the room we had (which we were told was the largest) was large, the shower was large (even by American standards) and the best was king size and comfortable. -clean -great soundproofing...
