Nice hotel, lovely staff, terrible WiFi! Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho

Lovely stay on the outskirts of Rome The hotel is elegant, the food superb, and the staff lovely and helpful. My only concern was that our room was in a dead zone and e needed a bit of wifi as we are from out of country. Other than that it was 5 stars all around

A group of us stayed four nights here. It was breakfast and evenings meal included and the food was very good and generous portions. Wine choice was very good and good value People working here are very helpful and bedroom was made up to a very high standard. I used public transport a bit and from Rome. A very good place to stay. The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast is very good. I was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t even filled or ready to open by June 1. Otherwise, a good location for day tripping to Tivoli with friendly and helpful staff.

This is the perfect place to start a holiday in Tivoli. Within a few minutes by car you can reach top places such as Villa Adriana or Villa d´Este, or you can spend a lazy day in the hotel’s thermal baths.

Right next to the spa park so an extremely good location if you are going to the spa. Also, it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station so it is easy to visit Tivoli or Rome.

Good hearty breakfast, but on the second day there was no juice and coffee machine, excellent friendly staff, especially the manager in the restaurant hall. Getting from Rome by train is a little stressful, but it was worth it.

Room was very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was wonderful, folding some clothes that I'd set out to wear again, as well as fully restocking everything within the room. The Jacuzzi bath was a little outdated and showed signs of age with discoloration around the jets, so I elected to not use. I had a suite and the air conditioning was not active when I arrived so the room was quite stuffy...

I stayed at Victoria Terme do I could visit Villa Este and Villa Adriana both very easy to get to from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside Ty e hotel and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop. There is a Terme right next to the hotel that I accessed twice during the stay. Disappointed trip Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants

The bath alone is worth every bit. People with many ailments come to the baths for relief.

Very comfortable hotel and dining was very good. The room had lovely views and was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful but some more information about access to facilities would have been helpful.

Our stay at the Hotel Aurora was brief but enjoyable. It took us a moment to figure out how to turn the lights on, and the air conditioning could have been better, but the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The following morning they had a lot of great breakfast pastries and made some great coffee! Not a bad place to stay if you're visiting Rome!

It was OK. It's tucked away in a suburban area, quite quiet. In summer, post-Covid, it will probably be pleasant.

The location in winter is not the best as there are a few things to do but the hotel offers a very good ratio of price and quality of the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, towels and sheets of excellent quality, helpful staff and all in all not too far from the centre of Rome can be reached by car in 15/20 min

We book this hotel through Booking. Booking has a bug, when setting 2 adults and 2 babies, the hotel gets info that client needs stay for 4 people. Since we had twins with twin stroller I wrote the hotel to get an accessible room. The guy at reception was amazing, when we arrived he showed me all possibilities and explain they got asked for 4 people. He cancelled the booking without fees and charged...

Nice and clean place for tourists. There is large car parking, free WiFi and entertainment for the children & adult.

Ratio quality price very good, some small detail can be improved but all in all, the final judgement is very good. Certainly stay there again.

Enjoyable holiday at the Tivoli with my girlfriend, between the ancient roman villas and the flavor of the pork. The sacred and the profane are mixed in perfectly. Antonella and Fabio welcomed us in their b&b in Tivoli with extreme kindness. The room was well decorated and above all, you are in a place surrounded by nature, great for relaxing. I highly recommend it.

Service was amazing. Staff picked us up from Auto problem @ 23:00. Amazing! Lunch was amazing. These folks understand customer service! Hotel is small and a little dated, but for the price...it was great.
