Tivoli Terme, Via Tiburtina Valeria, Km 22,700 🧭 Map
I stayed at Victoria Terme do I could visit Villa Este and Villa Adriana both very easy to get to from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside Ty e hotel and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop. There is a Terme right next to the hotel that I accessed twice during the stay. It was a real relief after walking around Tivoli as very hot in July. The staff at the hotel were ever...
Staff very helpful….delicious breakfast
The pictures on the website do not match the hotel! The hotel is far more run down than the website shows. That being said, the hotel was clean. The surrounding neighborhood appears run down and is about 20 minute bus ride to the center of Tivoli. Would not stay again.
Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient.
Very basic facilities and services
No box tissue, no tea or coffee no toothpaste set and no kettle
The breakfast provide very limited choice and few varieties, bread, cakes bacon and egg
The only good one is the coffee is outstanding
A very good place to stay. The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast is very good. I was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t even filled or ready to open by June 1. Otherwise, a good location for day tripping to Tivoli with friendly and helpful staff.

It was OK. It's tucked away in a suburban area, quite quiet. In summer, post-Covid, it will probably be pleasant.
Friendly woorkers.
The room was clean,bath clean
The quality of the equipment is middle class and the price/night very cheep comparing with what they offer!!! Very nice:)
And breakfast included...55 euro/night
Nice place that offers shuttle services as well.
The location in winter is not the best as there are a few things to do but the hotel offers a very good ratio of price and quality of the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, towels and sheets of excellent quality, helpful staff and all in all not too far from the centre of Rome can be reached by car in 15/20 min
Hotel clean, friendly and quiet. We needed a hotel for a night to do the check-in 24h. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good home-made cakes at breakfast. Excellent price-quality ratio.
The room was very clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices, only flaw, does not have a private parking

Good and fast reception. Room was clean but little bit cold. Bathroom was clean as well. Breakfast was ok. will return in the future if needed
Looking for a accommodation for a few days at Tivoli, having only found the B&B (rooms in private apartments, most with shared bathroom and without balcony), I decided to go (by bus) nearby in Tivoli Terme (6 km away). I stayed in the Grand Duca Dest instead. Upgrade a lovely surprise. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Simple yet very tasty. The pool was fab.
Great food, nice pool, friendly staff
Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was ok but consisting mostly in cakes, very bad coffee! The outside swimming pool was open only until 6pm and the indoor swimming pool was available for 15 euros
Good place to stay several nights. Meany palaces to visit.
Room is ok. We stayed in the 3star hotel. There's two hotels next to eachother and regardless of wich one is your residence, you can use all the facilities according to payment or availability. Great for the thermal bathes and our meeting with Notary, also found a great bar nearby (Craft)
Pleasant stay in comfortable rooms. Good breakfast a nice employees
Our stay at the Hotel Aurora was brief but enjoyable. It took us a moment to figure out how to turn the lights on, and the air conditioning could have been better, but the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The following morning they had a lot of great breakfast pastries and made some great coffee! Not a bad place to stay if you're visiting Rome!

Very nice breakfast served on the roof terrace. Very dog friendly - my Labrador was treated like a king 😀. Pleasant helpful staff, quiet room.
Breakfast was fantastic! the overall surrounding and cleanlines was excellent! a little too noisy as there doesn't seem to be a soundproof area. But overall great stay! thank you
Good to stay if you're visiting Tivoli gardens or villa Adriano.
Exceptionally clean rooms, with plenty of good quality towels.
Extra pillows & toilet rolls would be an idea.
A warm and friendly welcome from the lady of the house.
There's a really good restaurant about 300 mts walk away called Nobel, set in lovely gardens, tasty home cooked food ,good value for money .
The perfect affordable place to stay in tivoli
Good hotel with private parking. Although there is no restaurant they recommend one at only 0.5 miles distant with good food which additionally gives a discount. Only 2 miles from downtown and near the magnificent Villa Adriana.

Very pleasant traditional style hotel with spectacular views. A good 20 minute tricky walk into Tivoli & longer on the return as there are steep hills to negotiate. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were also well-maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable with good food, and the staff were okay. The hotel is also within walking distance to the train station, which is very convenient.
Oh and they provide trolley to carry our luggage.
Our stay at Novotel Roma Est was overall pleasant, with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel itself looks modern and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth.
The location is a bit outside the city center, which is something to keep in mind if you're planning to explore Rome. They have parking on site (we used the outdoor one)...
Novotel Rome Est does not offer services of 4 starts as you pay for. The pool and location are nice, but the rest of it: staff, food, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The rooms are old and we had to change 2 rooms until we god a reasonable one. The smell from the room is very suspicious.... We came from Novotel Genova to Rome Est Novotel and we had a big disappointment. The reason we booked...
Not a bad hotel but really poorly located, especially if you don’t have a car. Food is decent, although they don’t change up their breakfast at all. But yes pool area is quite nice and they have plenty entertainment. Rooms are outdated and no new tech TV’s so you’re forced to watch Italian TV.
La Rústica station is out of commission so you need to pay to get a taxi to get to the Metro station and honestly...
We had the very nice and spacious Junior Suite with a large terrace. Perfect for a family with two children.
The outdoor pool is well maintained and a very pleasant change in the heat.
The breakfast has a good selection with something for everyone.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The distance to the main sights by car is about 20 minutes.
We will book there again on our next trip to Rome.

Our stay here was not that comfortable. Rooms were OK in the sense, it was neat but not a luxury. Far off from the airport location and it takes nearly one and half-hour to 🚗 during peak hours. Complimentary breakfast was 👎.

The woman at the front desk was not good at English during my stay, but she tried her best to explain things to me and was very nice. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, with some ups and downs.

Unfortunately our booking was somehow made for 1 person even though we always book for 2 adults. When we got there they charged us 25 euros per night for my wife. Otherwise the staff were nice. Breakfast is disappointing.
The location of the Hotel Vitti is a ten minute walk from the Metro that takes you directly into the city The hotel's baked goods are excellent. The staff was very helpful and tolerated my attempts to speak Italian.
My experience in Vitti hotel
It is not a bad place to stay, if you want to spend more time in Rome, you will need to take into consideration that is far, around ~45 minutes. If your flight back is too early you will need to arrange a taxi which will cost you around 60€, otherwise, you will need to take a couple on buses during a night before to be closer to the airport. Outside room is very noisy...
Staff comes only at 2PM, so you cannot come earlier to leave your luggage and potentially walk/tour around.
It seems the checking in system is slow. Lastly, when it says sleeps 4, it is regardless of the age.
Thankfully, the staff can speak and understand English even not fluent but good to communicate. She is really lovely and will go above and beyond.

The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The hotel provides breakfast and there are many choices. The room was clean, tidy and big enough. The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is not good and it takes a little longer to get there by car.
Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Very basic facilities, poor maintenance, poor breakfast.
Absolutely amazing hotel, we loved this four star hotel. So cute and well decorated inside.we were given a code for the gate for if we arrived late, we never locked out since we listened and wrote the code down :)
my husband and parents & myself stayed here for 9 days, Their rooms are perfectly clean, and we had housekeeping everyday, the lady who does the house keeping is very informative and is great...
Good experience, everyone is very friendly, and despite the fact that it was a bit far from the center, it had very good communication. A bus passes at the door that takes you to the train.

Everything is very good except the location. It's quite outside in the city but anything else very good.
Breakfast was quite limited in hot food with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage available. The eggs were rubbery because they were on a buffet style breakfast so understandably so.
Plenty of other choices including cheese, ham, croissants, cereals, tea, coffee, fruit juices, toast, jams and honey along with continental style sweet items eg. Biscuits, buns etc.
All the staff were extremely helpful,...
The room is simply decorated and practical, the front desk service is friendly, and the breakfast coffee is great. Free parking is available and it is a 20-minute drive from the city center, which is suitable for self-driving travel.
This was a 10/10 stay! The rooms are clean, modern, spacious, and overall amazing. But what we REALLY liked was the service and staff! Very friendly and welcoming, and super helpful. I would definitely love to come again! Thank you so much!
I unconditionally recommend this hotel. Not only were the accommodations excellent, but the customer service was the best we experienced in all of Europe over 2 years. All staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The manager himself gave us his personal attention in resolving a room issue. The breakfast and restaurant staff exceeded our expectations - very personable, cheerful, and helpful.
We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Hotel Domidea. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, the convenient shuttle service made it easy and comfortable to get around and explore the city.

Hotel Alba Roma
Rome, Viale Di Torre Maura 81 🧭 Map
I am very satisfied with the room type and the parking space is okay.
The hotel service is good! And the room is very big, I have ordered a double room, and the room given is enough for 3 people! The location is a bit far away from city center, but it is close to the maestro station. The price is reasonable too!
Nice hotel situated outsise the centre of Rome and relatively near to the Ciampino airport. The hotel is pretty ok and the breakfast is good. Via the bus and subway you can reach the centre of Rome in 20/30 min. The staff is excellent end very helpfull! Nothing fancy but just a good and simple hotel if you are visiting Rome for a citytrip.
I stayed this hotel three weeks ago. Rooms are clean and warm. But breakfast isn't enough. Rooms windows are opening to a beautiful smelling garden. There is a circus near the hotel's main entrance. There is a market and a restaurant in a walking distance.
I loved the Alba hotel. The rooms were very large and spacious. The breakfast was really good. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There were also good restaurants surrounding it and not too far of a walk. There was a subway stop that was nearby which made it easy to get to downtown Rome.
Bar staff and receptionist exceptionally helpful. Bar staff even bought us a drink on our final night. I wouldn't say it's a 4 star hotel as the room was smaller than expected and two beds were pushed together which left an awkward ridge between me and my other half. Over all, pleasent by stay, be aware of city tax per person per night €6. Would happily return

The hotel is located in the service area, the sanitary environment is very good, but the facilities are relatively simple. The scenery of the highway is very good. It is very convenient for business trips by car.
Good hotel with cleanliness, free car parking, comfortable and well-equipped rooms
Nice and clean hotel on the outskirts of Rome just on the GRA circular motorway. Perfect and cheap if you have car, but if you don’t you get stuck here, as there is no walkway and no Uber to/ from location.
Rooms are nice and tidy, basic but comfortable, with small desk, safe. There is a gym onsite, small breakfast restaurant. It seems to be very popular amongst bus tours, so it can get very busy during...
Rooms were great and the front desk staff were so helpful for booking cabs. Appreciate that
On a business trip, I leave early and come back late, no problem, but the breakfast is too sweet
It was clean and comfortable. I wanted to brush my teeth because I couldn't get on a plane with Rosbake, but unfortunately they didn't have it.

It's ok. Location is quite remote, you only take a taxi which is expensive. I didn't really have warm water. AC is nice, beds are good and breakfast is ok.
Was really impressed with the room we got. Our own private balcony.a very beautiful area to walk around. We really enjoyed our nightly stroll after dinner. The restaurant was superb. Really friendly staff and tried to speak English which was much appreciated. we did have to use Google translate but we got exactly what we needed. Di chianti wine at the restaurant was really good. Highly recommend the...
Superb hospitality and spotless. Breakfast hostess was grumpy though!
Amazing Suite with fantastic views, friendly staff and lovely surroundings. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.

I got married in June 2012 in Monte Porzio Catone and having family and friends scattered around Italy, I chose the Poggio Regillo hotel as a base for them to stay in there during the week-end double.
The organization was complicated of course, because of the high number of relatives and invited friends, in spite of this the hotel staff proved to be perfect: always available, very organized, friendly...

Quality Hotel Rouge et Noir
Rome, Via Cosimo De' Giorgi 8 🧭 Map
I was there a few days ago and I was very satisfied with Services which are available in this place. Altough I was only for one night, I noticed that room was very neat and tidy. Bed was really comfortable, and bedding was fresh. the receptionist (Woman with dark hair) was really nice and friendly). Breakfast was delicious. That's a pity that I didn't have any chance to use the swimming pool outdoors...
Staff at this hotel were really great, always with a smile on and ready to help. This made our holiday, we love the shuttle service to the near by station. Only they could put more timings as sometimes not only us but people want to leave a bit later in the morning especially on holiday. My babies love the reception area to use the computer.
It was OK. By no where near a 4 star hotel. The rooms was comfy but cold. The hot water was not that hot at times. The catering staff and bar staff are all very nice. The receptionist could smile a bit more. But out of all the hotel was just OK and we enjoyed our stay
In General, a good hotel. Good Breakfast. But far from the subway. Saves the Shuttle from the hotel. But if you come back later. will have 15-20 minutes to stomp on the most enjoyable area.
I went for a professional event. Very quiet atmosphere, free parking available outside. Location is not convenient if you are a tourist coming to visit Rome, but for meetings and job related events is fine
Staff very friendly and helpful, were two hours earlier there, they let us have our room, no problem at all. WiFi rather poor and breakfast below average. Rooms were clean, but the safety deposit box was too small to fit iPad, Laptop etc. The beds were comfortable but the „king sized bed“ consisted out of 2 single beds pushed together. This wasn’t a major issue though, and for a busy sightseeing day...
