I stayed at Victoria Terme do I could visit Villa Este and Villa Adriana both very easy to get to from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside Ty e hotel and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop. There is a Terme right next to the hotel that I accessed twice during the stay. It was a real relief after walking around Tivoli as very hot in July. The staff at the hotel were ever helpful and provided everything I needed. There was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide range of sweet breakfast choices. The coffee was excellent. I would definitely return at the good value price I got on this occasion. There were trips offered but unfortunately I could not do those as I was checking out. Great stay for Tivoli

The pictures on the website do not match the hotel! The hotel is far more run down than the website shows. That being said, the hotel was clean. The surrounding neighborhood appears run down and is about 20 minute bus ride to the center of Tivoli. Would not stay again.

A bad experience, a 2-star breakfast. Only one kind of cheap cheese. Only one kind of tea. Not a single vegetable. I will never return to this hotel even though at first impression it seemed interesting.

Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient.

The breakfast provide very limited choice and few varieties, bread, cakes bacon and egg

A very good place to stay. The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast is very good. I was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t even filled or ready to open by June 1. Otherwise, a good location for day tripping to Tivoli with friendly and helpful staff.

Shamefully disappointing. We arrived today with still full summer temperatures (almost 30 degrees C) to discover that all the outdoor pools had been emptied while all the structures in Italy have since prolonged their opening calendar to adjust to this long heat wave. Still, to only access the spa, we were asked for 45€ per person. A spa which is not only small, but coming directly from the sixties (very poor maintenance). If you come while the outdoor pools are still open you are going to have a nice experience. If not, you will be ripped off for a stay of a little longer than one hour. Cannot recommend.

This is the perfect place to start a holiday in Tivoli. Within a few minutes by car you can reach top places such as Villa Adriana or Villa d´Este, or you can spend a lazy day in the hotel’s thermal baths.
