The hotel is managed by the Longari family with care and attention for guests; the standard room is almost a mini apartment, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The service in the room is professional and the menu, while winking at Umbrian specialities, satisfies...

Very large hotel, not in the historic center but about 1 kilometer (uphill) from it. Spacious and clean rooms. Accessible. Free parking and garage. Breakfast varied although not exaggerated. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good quality/price ratio.

The soom is clean, flat screen very small, quite Hotel, people very friendly, breakfast limited option, good for families and business only.

A nice hotel, very quiet, clean room. I couldn't eat at the restaurant because I had the dog. Very friendly staff, they even served me breakfast outside because of the dog but it was very pleasant. Convenient for the car because there is internal parking. If I were to return to Todi I would stay in this hotel again.

We spent a few days in Umbria, visiting Todi first and foremost, with its typical beauties of medieval cities, and then moving towards Orvieto, Assisi, Foligno, Lake Trasimeno, etc. The Tuder hotel was our point of reference... We immediately felt at ease. Welcoming staff, nice environment, delicious cuisine. What more can I say...we highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was amazing with a lovely balcony and view. It was definitly the most beautiful apartment we had during our trip in Italy. Very peaceful area. We can recommend this place!

A wonderful quiet place in the country to have some relaxing time near the small town of Todi. We lived there with our dog for 8 days during Ralph Shaw's hot air balloon event 'Sagrantinocup'. Our small apartment 'Pozzo' was very clean and very cozy, the pool with loungers and umbrellas or the garden with hammock and small seating areas invites you to linger outdoors, parking in the shade, tasty products...

Relaxing place in the middle of the green. The house is nice and comfortable, all in wood. The view is beautiful: as soon as you leave the house you can see the swimming pool with hydromassage next to it for 6 people and the countryside. Dear owners, who also take care of preparing homemade food for breakfast and organic food. The funniest thing is the kittens, who follow you everywhere ...

Trully amazing place! Beautiful nature, great food, nice people! The whole villa looks amazing from both inside and outside. Room was super cozy and they provided an extra baby bed. Tenuta Di Canonica is placed on the top of the hill, with a big and well maintained garden, a swimming pool, and a terrace from where you can enjoy amazing sunsets and a spectacular night sky.

Spectacular perch atop a beautiful town. Our HiTech AlkCarb geological research group lead by University of Chieti-Pescara was welcomed by the San Venanzo mayor and the hospitality was fantastic. The food at the hotel was lacklustre.

The team at Relais Villa Valentina were fantastic. Alesandra, Nadia and co were superb hosts.

The structure is very welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is very young and available, the only flaw in my opinion is serious enough that they do not have a catering service suitable for the hotel, the food is poorly cooked, the portions are very scarce and desserts are de-frozen at the moment in the oven and served often burnt and still frozen inside. Mine is not meant to be...

Beautiful and evocative place, with a breathtaking view, the welcome from Mrs. Nadia was fantastic, not to mention the apartment, very clean and fully equipped, and the presence of the two swimming pools is the icing on the cake. Experience that I recommend to those who want to enjoy a bit of tranquility and visit Spoleto and other beautiful neighboring places.

The castle is located on top of a hill, which offers a beautiful 360 degree panorama as well as a breezy climate. Although there are several apartments and common areas, the spaces are large and organized so that everyone has the privacy they want, moreover some services for collective use have been temporarily suspended due to the COVID emergency. All very nice, wonderful decor, too bad it was closed! We phoned to book the swimming pool & lunch, they gave us availability but on our arrival they informed us that the kitchen was closed and that for lunch only frozen sandwiches and pizzas were available, among other things passed off as pizzas made at the moment !! What a disappointment!

All perfect! Wonderful location surrounded by greenery, delicious food based on both meat and fish. The staff and the owner Vincenzo very courteous, helpful, efficient and very attentive to customer needs. I chose it as the location for my graduation and my guests and I were super satisfied. Such a beautiful place. Whilst we didn't eat there the restaurant was fully booked and we could tell it would be a lovely night. The grounds were well kept with plenty of parking and a stunning pool. A wonderful place.

We stayed here while on a Rick Steve's Villages of Italy tour. The hotel is an old house converted to lodging and run by the owner (who inherited it from her family) and her husband. It is just outside the walled town (in walking distance - 5 minutes). All of the rooms were different. Ours was quite large and had the largest shower we had in the 2-week tour. A unique, special place run and owned by kind-hearted Alessandra and Mauro. You feel more like a house guest at their Villa than a regular hotel guest. This restored villa is adjacent to parkland, just outside the Montefalco town walls. The hosts are delightful, providing a great breakfast, in a room just off the terrace. The rooms vary in configuration and view, with some suites in the "party" house, a short walk through the park. We have now visited Villa Pambufetti 2 times, and we have recieved great service and treatment. Alessandra is very helpfull and staff are smiling and kind. We will for sure visit again.

Unprepossessing big building with many levels and stairs, but the spacious and decoratively painted (frescoed?) breakfast room reveals its former grandeur. Small bedroom like a monk’s cell: wrought iron bedstead with hard mattress; badly sited loo; sink with no plug. St Frances would have felt very much at home. Very modest...

This place is absolutely stunning, not rooms are built very well and cured absolutely every detail. The hotel/rooms are very clean and spacious. Lovely historic building, rooms were clean and the hotel was centrally located - walking distance to the piazza and many restaurants. The owners didnt speak English but were very hospitable and made an effort to communicate with us via Google Translate.

A wonderful and luxurious little hotel in a beautiful city. We had an incredible experience both times that we visited - the hotel has great interior design, a magnificent private spa and is located in the centre of beautiful medieval Montefalco. The service was outstanding - special thanks to Silvia! I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The town is one of my favorite towns on the trip and the hotel is perfect location for exploring .My room overlook the town piazza and it was great to see everyday going on. Excellent stores ,wine tasting and restaurants .We also enjoyed the spa at the hotel.

This art hotel is located on the main plaza of Montefalco, within 3 minutes easy walk to some of the best restaurants in Umbria. Everything was great at this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast did not have a huge variety and mountains of food like other hotels but it had exactly the amount and variety needed - from cold cuts to cakes to bread to yogurt and fruit - and everything was fresh and of high quality. Quiet environment, young and kind staff, very attentive to the customer. It is not the first time we go there but it is always a pleasure. We ate appetizers (delicious supplì), pizza and pinsa .. Delicious home cooking, you feel at home. Even the dessert, English soup as tradition dictates. Keep it up!

I didn't have a chance to stay overnight because it was fully booked. But I got to dine on site. Good dishes of Umbrian cuisine, the owner and the restaurant guys were able to advise me on the best choice of their specialties. The result was a great dinner! I recommend it, rely on their kindness and you will not regret it.

Three-star hotel so obviously it is not a luxury but very kind staff, excellent and abundant dishes as requested. Super affordable price in true Umbrian style. There were three of us passing through on a bike ride and we took a triple room (last available ....) with bed and breakfast (excellent) + dinner (if you dine there with accommodation you have a% discount ...) In short, we spent 106 euros all...

Suite: very spacious and equipped with a working kitchen. Sofa bed not very comfortable and poor lighting in the rooms. The hairdryer did not work as did one of the two TVs provided in the evening upon arrival (but it must also be said that they arranged everything the following day). This is a quaint family villagio close to the hill-top Town of Montefalco in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are super clean and each have a little ground floor terrace. The family owners are very friendly and can't do enough to help - nothing is hassle! This is a great base to visit other beautiful towns like Trevi, Assisi, Spello etc, but a car is required. Would happily stay here...

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool situated in a great location between Assisi and Spoleto. Friendly staff and tasty local wine which is a mixture of Merlot, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Really good for families with kids. In the restaurant you can eat many local dishes and the quantity is more than enough.

I love this hotel. My husband has come here with students for 8 years. I have accompanied him twice. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent. Breakfasts superb. We spent 2 weeks there and I miss it already. It feels like home.

Helpful, friendly and English-speaking staff. Tiny rooms with wonderful views of the Duomo. You're not supposed to take your room key with you, which I find very odd but isn't a problem. Rooms have stocked mini fridges; no prices are posted but I'm pretty sure those aren't complimentary so know what you're getting into.

Good room size, good WiFi, nice location near quiet cycle routes and centrally located for pretty Umbrian towns The bad; no restaurant on site (they had closed it for no apparent reason even though it’s advertised !). If you want any food you have to drive 15 minutes one-way. Nothing in the minibar, no on-site shop. Poor/average breakfast selection...

The property was beautiful, but in a very, very small village, so nothing to do here except a country road walk. The town of Trevi was a very close drive and a much nicer town than the super touristy ones nearby like Spello. I guess my big disappointment was that the hotel was almost empty. It is as most of the reviewers state, a lovely, peaceful hotel which is perfectly located among wines and countryside for daily touring. The staff are friendly and helpful (Luca is terrific) and the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The pool is beautiful and gardens attractive and fragrant. Our only small suggestion would be to provide in the room glasses for water and cups for hot drinks rather...

This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone...

We loved staying at Grand Hotel Italia. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was large with a great balcony with views over both the city and countryside. The breakfast was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights.

I stayed here with my study abroad group and was impressed with the beauty of the hotel. The breakfast was lovely, there's a more romantic front dining room and study/meeting room, plus a sitting area with fireplace. They have a bar inside, where you can get coffee and drinks. The rooms were nice, and ours had a tiny balcony which was sweet. Location is great, everything is nearby.

Attention!!! Pool working hours till 7 pm. When you come back from a hot day and you expect to use the swimming pool, the staff comes and says will be close to the pool… But the receptionist's service was great. I can give you more than 4 stars, everything is great except the swimming pool working hours. This is sad By the way, I missed the recycling trash box..

The hotel is located in a rather desolate village where there is nothing. So you have to rely on their restaurant for dinner and that was very disappointing. Not refined and often cold when served. We had a unique experience, room 210 from 20 to 23 May, a historic Relais with truly unique rooms in a medieval but modern style, clean, friendly, simple staff available for all your requests, spacious and clean room, good shower. The waiter on Thursday morning was really kind like the waitress the days before. Excellent welcome. The dinner lived up to expectations, the view and location were breathtaking...

The breakfast is sumptuous, especially the range of baked products. Sprkling clean! Staff were great, friendly and happy to oblige. They provided many extras like finding a yoga mat.

Great location near the centre of town and within easy walking of all the major sites. Delicious breakfast buffet served on the veranda with a good selection. The lemon tart was especially tasty and baked that morning by one of the staff. There’s a Lidl nearby if you need to stock up on picnic basics, and a couple of lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk… La Torretta and Cantina de’ Corvi… highly...

Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, about a 3 minute uphill walk to the main shopping street in Spoleto and in walking distance to all of the sights and restaurants. Beautiful structure in the center of Spoleto, very friendly and helpful staff, possibility of garage, the only flaw is the slightly dated bathroom. The reference restaurant Barcaccia, not far from the hotel, is also very good, with typical cuisine and really excellent friendly and welcoming staff.

Beautiful and spacious room, we also made use of the garage, the location in the center was convenient, it allowed us to get around the city with the stroller, the treadmills were also nearby and the operators were very kind, it is the second time we have stayed here and not it will be the last.
