Wonderful!!! Ugo and Natalia saved us the mini-holidays we had, at the last moment they hosted us with a smile, a lot of availability and kindness, then Ugo is a hoot, we loved him so much !!!!!! The rooms are beautiful, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms a show, this accommodation has been renovated with a delicately country and antique taste, simple and classy: the exposed and polished wooden...

La location ha superato le nostre aspettative per bellezza, posizione, unicità del mobilio e della struttura che ci ha ospitati. Un pezzo unico nel suo genere. Un soggiorno che ripeterò più che volentieri anche con un gruppo numeroso come è stato in questa occasione, grazie alle attività che offre la struttura e le cittadine stupende raggiungibili in auto comodamente.

We stayed with Fabio for 14 days. Everything was fine. Fabio is the best host we have ever had. We had a flat tire on the very first day and the tire service would not have been possible without the help of Fabio (without Italian from us). He tries very hard for me. The house has everything you need and is very clean

A wonderful quiet place in the country to have some relaxing time near the small town of Todi. We lived there with our dog for 8 days during Ralph Shaw's hot air balloon event 'Sagrantinocup'. Our small apartment 'Pozzo' was very clean and very cozy, the pool with loungers and umbrellas or the garden with hammock and small seating areas invites you to linger outdoors, parking in the shade, tasty products...

Very beautiful rooms, fully equipped and, not just, in this period, perfectly sanitized according to protocol. Beautiful, quiet place, a step away from Todi, but immersed in the nature of the Umbrian hills !!! The swimming pool overlooks the fields and the beautiful ancient village of Sismano, to visit! Ideal place for those who want to stay well, relax, but visit the surroundings. Gabriele is an exceptional...

Relaxing place in the middle of the green. The house is nice and comfortable, all in wood. The view is beautiful: as soon as you leave the house you can see the swimming pool with hydromassage next to it for 6 people and the countryside. Dear owners, who also take care of preparing homemade food for breakfast and organic food. The funniest thing is the kittens, who follow you everywhere ...
