The hotel is quite appealing,the price quality ratio is good sin to the beach is really shallow and the beach umbrellas stacked one on top of another that you can hardly take in the sun. There is always a lot of wind and the sea, even if it is beautiful to not enjoy to the full because there are a lot of waves and strong currents.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very helpful. Franchesca was great speaking English with us. Food is included in the price of the stay and the food was a buffet with lots of choices. The pools were beautiful. Very close to the center of town for shopping and to the beach. Only a piece of advice bring your own beach towel for the pool and a swimming cap. Staff who do not want to work .. I put three stars just because the place is nice ... The building is obsolete but built in paradise..., not well maintained (just the building, the park, the swimming pool, the arena and pool bar are very nice people are nice and kind ... service is not excellent...the restaurant could be better... but as I said before is into the peaceful heart of pine forest crowded of cicada (balm cricket) which restlessly "crick" 24/7.....

I was with my family in this fantastic village in the month of June....super price for the apartment! Train very convenient for the beach, a bathing establishment equipped, clean and the water beautiful! The animation of both the sea and the village very addictive!

There is a beautiful pool with an amphitheatre to the Song where do the shows,two soccer fields,tennis, etc... great Service, good price x games children and many other things. I recommend it

I have staid in hotel Belvedere for 1 week and it was a really 100% positive experience! The structure is very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar is abundant and the service is impeccable!! And most important of all, at least for me, the staff is wonderful! Friendly, helpful and really caring! The only thing I would like is a boiler in the room and some teabags!

Incredible hospitality from Francesca and Marco at the front office. I called to book based on our group size and they were fabulous. The hotel is on the sea front with a stunning white sand stretch of beach a very short walk down stairs. This Hotel is AMAZING ! We spent 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay ! The staff is always kind and nice. The restaurant is the really best among those we have tried in the city and breakfast is nice too. The sea view from the room is really great although the room itself is a little bit small (choose the double room if you want more space). Everything is clean and the shower is nice and comfy...

One of the best Hotels I have ever been to! Everyone is really nice and you really feel that you are not just some random guest. The view of course is magnificent and the restaurant is also really great. It is a good idea too choose e.g. the half pension! We will come back, keep it up! :-)

Staff and view from the rooms are definitely strongest points of this place - both are amazing. Breakfast is just ok. Very quiet off season. Absolutely worth coming.

Stayed for about a week, really friendly and helpful staff, small room but equipped with all comforts! Super comfortable bed and air conditioner not aimed directly at the bed helped to sleep really well. Breakfast renewed every day with consistency for brioches (really good!). Convenient is the fact that you can keep your key and therefore have no time to rely on to go out and back. We also ate well...

The best thing was the beach area that they have reserved for guests, and the bathroom in the hotel was really big, in general the room was good.

Very beautiful location. Bus service available although with a walk you can easily reach the beautiful beach. Catering management can be improved. We'll be back.

Lovely place, too bad that our sweet was damp and we spent the first night with a wet mattress, the rooms overlooking the roundabout at the entrance have no privacy, the train stops there and you practically find the people in the room . Avoid the ground floor.

The location is beautiful with a super bathroom and double shower with truly wonderful color lighting, a pity however that the SPA was not yet ready and therefore we could not use it.

After a troubled start, we were able to enjoy our holiday in peace. Just back from a wonderful week of holidays, strategic point and epicenter to go to the beautiful beaches of Torre Dell'Orso ... Roca ... Grotta della Poesia ... Alimini beach ... Baia dei Turchi to get to the splendid Otranto. We were greeted with such kindness by Barbara but then we discovered that all the staff of the Costa D'Oriente are kind and caring ... perfectly clean two-room apartment equipped...

Structure in an excellent position to visit all the beaches and beautiful places in the area. The very comfortable apartment is equipped with everything, the only downside is the almost non-existent freezer which if you want to take a bottle of frozen water to the beach is not possible. The swimming pool is also very nice, a shame about the times which, especially at the end of August, being cooler...

Our apartment was a double room and it's nice, clean and quite new. Entertainment is actually missing 100% both for kids and adults. They state there is for kids but the staff this year,at least, 2022 is totally inadequate. Owners are very kind and happy to solve any issue. There is a small decent swimming pool. No bar. No restaurant. No minimarket. But we already knew that as the resort was clear...

Very nice residence, has a swimming pool, for those who go with children there is also an entertainment service, the shuttle service found it very efficient. Functional and clean rooms. The rooms offer a kitchen a living room and a bathroom. There is a very nice swimming pool, the only flaw is that it is only accessible at certain times due to safety. Very courteous and helpful staff, the owner makes you feel at home. Recommended to reach several very beautiful areas of the sea in 10 minutes. I'll be back !!

It is a family run farm, which also opens up as a B&B and restaurant, surrounded by expanses of trees and agricultural land. If you are looking for somewhere to switch off from everything whilst being immersed in nature, this is perfect! Breakfast includes their own farm produce and they also offer occasional evening meals; all food is vegetarian only, which was great for us. The nearest beach...

We chose this structure for its isolated position and for the green of the garden that surrounds it: a very happy choice.
