It was one of our best vacations. We had the pleasure of spending two very pleasant weeks at the Vivosa Hotel. All the services offered by the structure were excellent, coupled with an excellent level of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff, who were always impeccable. If I can point out an area for improvement, even if it is already at a good level, I would do so based on the restaurant...

Wonderful place..... fantastic welcome, all the staff are wonderful, very kind and very approachable... Excellent food, cleanliness but a truly exceptional atmosphere that permeates the structure..... Been here three times. Vivosa Resort has been placed first in the Italian Resort rankings in 2019. I advice you to come here without any doubt.

Great place to stay to visit Salento but also enjoy a lazy day at the beach or the pool. The place is stunning by itself but, as if the location weren't great enough, the staff only raise the level of this amazing hotel. The biggest plus (for me) is that they have amazing pillows and even provide some extra ones in the wardrobe! My only suggestion is to come by car or rent one if you want to visit...

The Castello was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The rooms were large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately as the hotel had only just opened we were unable to experience the whole offering. We were unable to do a cooking class which I'm sure would have been great. Beautiful property combined with excellent culinary experience. Attention to detail was noticeable. The restaurant, Tempo Nuovo, was to die for. Staff was attentive and friendly. Ugento is a quiet town but the Castello is 15 minutes from the beach and close to neighboring towns for day trips with the hotel's driver. Absolutely recommend - especially for couples.

We were the first guests of the season and they upgraded us to a larger suite. Absolutely beautiful and perfect. Sad for us that their restaurant wasn't open yet. Some issues with the AC, but they did their best to fix it and offer us options.

This place is exactly what you want for a relaxing and refreshing holiday 2 mins from the beach. 95% perfect. they have all you need or want and it is well organised. Friendly staff who were patient with my limited Italian language capabilities. Best choice between a camping and a hotel.

The hotel is above Italian standard, room is big, great bathroom and shower. Staff is very kind and friendly. Everything is still new. Huge parking spot for the car, free!! Close to everything you could even walk to the next beach, 20 min walk approx. It was actually all great, but I need a warmer atmosphere.

The best about Corte Mercurio is its owner Caterina! She is a lovely host. I arrived mid afternoon when Ugento is dead quiet and all shops and bars are closed. As a couple we were in this location surrounded by the nature of Salento! Wonderful structure with manicured gardens and staff attentive to customer needs! Die Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und nett. Das Zimmer im unteren Teil des Hauses und dadurch schön kühl. Das Frühstück (selbst gemachte, leckere Marmeladen und Kuchen) konnte draussen auf der schönen Terrasse genommen werden.
