Had a reservation booked in advanced via email for 06:30 pm at the restaurant. When we went there they said it is not open until 07:30. They weren’t really nice either. Would not recommend.

very charming hotel situated at the beach of the Garda lake. Great area with sun beds right next to the beach. Nice small pool, which we actually never used as the lake was so fantastic. Really good breakfast and nice staff. close to restaurants and the small charming town. Beautiful room. Nice bed.

The best hotel I had ever been .all the love to the staff there .🥰very recommended 👌 and I will go again to this small bueatiful city and the same hotel as well❤

Located right on the stone beach front of Lake Garda, hotel Baia dei Pin is a sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of this top tourist location. We stayed in Villa Suzy. Plenty of space, modern interior and air conditioning. The highlights included easy access to the lake for swimming, nice small pool, nicely kept gardens and a quick stroll to the local village with great markets. Our best experience was with the half board menu. Great breakfasts with a large selection including local fruits. Dinners were stunning with great attention paid to the quality and presentation, nice background music and sunsets. We were there in high season, it was a bit noisy at times and each morning we awoke to the waves hitting the shore. But this is just minor.

Wasn’t expecting so so so much poor management of hotel and lack of everything of a hotel basics. No shower curtain ,no tissue paper,no drinking water,no cattle..and lots of mosquitoes....

Terrible organization and attitude towards customer. We book 4 rooms for 3 mighs. The young boy who is in charge of restaurant is very arrogant and the owner/manager Silvia allows him to be rude to clients. They are not prepared and can not delivered service. Seafood is good, but the rest are terribile. I will never come back.

Clean and comfortable, with quirky decor. Typically smallish Italian room. Five-course meal is inexpensive. Missing one star is because the servers didn't ask if I wanted any hot food for breakfast for three mornings in a row. Otherwise, friendly and pleasant staff.
