The hotel has an old time feel to it which we really enjoyed. Worth noting are the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the convenience of the lakefront just a few minutes' walk away. It has a private parking that can be reached by lift, so very useful for those who have problems walking. Excellent breakfast buffet and super good brioches from the bakery, I haven't eaten such genuine brioches in a hotel for years. I recommend it to those who appreciate essences and not appearances. Excellent location for those who want to visit the Vittoriale.

The hotel has an older, totally loving equipment. I have rarely seen such a clean hotel room. The owner is super nice and the breakfast buffet had everything you need.
The lake promenade can be reached in a few meters and you can park comfortably in the inner courtyard.
Anyone who still finds something to complain about with all the aspects and this price is probably not satisfied with anything.

Excellent solution for a short holiday on Lake Garda. The hotel's location allows you to reach the lakefront in just a few minutes, convenient guarded parking, large room equipped with all comforts, abundant and varied breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savoury. Super fair prices. Advised.

The room is super clean, the hotel is located in very central and free parking is available.

The staff was very kind and sympathetic waiting for us to check-in despite the fact that we arrived here very late, partly due to congestion. We got the right treatment from the staff and that made we felt relieved.

Clean and in a good location. The service is really nice and helpful. The standard may seem off but you can feel the taste of traditional Italy there.

An atmospheric hotel, pleasantly styled to reflect an earlier era. Two steps to the center of characteristic Italian streets. Very tasty and plentiful breakfasts. Discreet and very pleasant service.

Excellent location a short distance from the lake in the historic part of Maderno. The clean scent that welcomes you to your room is already the scent of a holiday. Spacious and comfortable rooms. My friendly owners, not least the breakfast: plentiful, diverse and very ... very good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the excellent value for money

Very clean and simple rooms, however as described at the time of booking. Good and assorted breakfast, kind and helpful owners. The only thing to strongly recommend is that, given climate change, with the heat, they should invest in air conditioning both in the rooms and in the common areas. One fan per room, at least for me, is not enough.

We stayed for three nights. It is very close to the lake, and the owners are very kind. Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes, one evening we had dinner in the hotel and the courses as well as being abundant were really good. Too bad for the lack of air conditioning but thanks to a fan and a breeze that came from the balcony it wasn't a big problem
