Convenient, clean and pleasant Pleasant front desk folks. Close and easy drive to parking to access the historic areas. We thought 30 Euros per person to use the pool was excessive so we did not use those facilities.

For a European hotel, the room was gigantic! This hotel feels like a spa for locals more than for tourists. We have only seen locals in the restaurant, which is always a great sign that you are eating in the right place. The room we had was basic and comfortable. To be considered a 4 star hotel the bathrooms are in need of updating. The staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice. Had a great stay. They’ll make you fresh espresso drinks at breakfast, because no one wants to use the Nespresso instant coffee machine 🤮. You should have a car to get to the center of town. If you’re a cat person, look for the cat that sometimes hides in the bushes near the entrance of the hotel. She has to be coaxed out at first, but once she identifies you as a “friendly”, she turns out to be kind...

Dated hotel, however they are building a new wing, the rooms of the old one, at least mine was rather run down and without due maintenance. Positive to mention the kitchen, rather abundant breakfast and good dinner, in fact we repeated the experience on the second evening. The hotel has a decidedly good price, as is the location for reaching Urbino and its surroundings

We stayed 2 nights on a Smartbox package, half board. Quiet and easily accessible place, surrounded by greenery, friendly and very helpful staff. Abundant breakfast buffet with really excellent homemade desserts, dinner with 3 courses with a very good choice. The room clean and functional. I highly recommend it

Under pillow -ed old fashioned room and some odd details like a key with a plastic holder uncharacteristic of a 4* hotel, Inner vista in a congested parking lot. The location is great. The Urbino express train stop is just in front of the hotel as well as the palace and the Cathedral. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

Exemplary hospitality in this small, elegant hotel. My companion and I had trouble navigating the streets of Urbino in our rental car. Because of some nearby construction, we could not find the hotel, and had to leave our car outside the walls. I don’t disagree that the hotel could use a refresh but that being said, I found my room very clean. The location is great, just inside the walls and for 10€/day could stay parked right in front. It’s about a 5-10 minute climb straight up to be in the center of the town so not ok if you have mobility issues. A lovely traditional Italian hotel. We booked an executive room and were a bit surprised not to have a view and to find that the bathroom had no shower but spa bath. The room was small and dark and traditionally furnished but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was effective. Hotel staff were charming and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Very big. Great price. Comfortable rooms. Not very popular, perhaps because it is considered too far from the center, but the walk is pleasant and in any case there is a convenient line of city buses.

I was at the hotel for a meeting, the room was maybe a little small, and furnished it hurt a little, but overall comfortable. The property is located in a beautiful panoramic point, perhaps the building needs to be maintained better.

We stayed at Hotel Raffaello for 10 days during our visit to Urbino, for the Early Music Festival this July 2019. The quadruple room we were given on the top floor was spacious and comfortable. The room has an antique bed and wardrobe and stunning artwork in the ceiling. The view from the bedroom is also beautiful. Bathroom size is sufficient and water pressure was good. Urbino is a very substantial ancient city, with a lower degree of tourist "bustle" than we had expected in the peak of summer. Was at Tenuta Santia Giacomo e Filipo for my niece's wedding. Due to travel complications, we were there only one day, but what a day it was! The beds were good, the people very nice, the breakfast delicious, solar panels and commitment to the exceptional natural environment ..the birds, the plants and fresh air make it very special. Weather not good for use of outdoor pool but I did swim in the spa pool only problem, it isn't close to the historic sites.

Structure located on the hills not far from Urbino enjoys a magnificent view and infinite peace. Well furnished rooms and possibility to dine in the large restaurant attached to the structure, probably a former convent. Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Located in an isolated and quiet place. The owner is a special and very kind person. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is simple and genuine, the goat cheeses of own production are also served !! To try! We were on a motorbike and we left it outside the room, the place is quiet so it's also safe to leave it just outside.

A few days of relaxation in a pleasant place, in the green of the hills and in the quiet of the countryside. Breathtaking panorama. Mrs Marisa, very hospitable and easy-going, made us feel at home and delighted us with her cheeses. Cleanliness is excellent and the environment very comfortable and welcoming. This breakfast and a bed is very relatively - you will not get a food in the hotel. The host gives you a coupon worth 2.5 euros. And you should somewhere away from the hotel to get on this in cafe coupon sandwich with a lettuce leaf and a thin cheese or croissant. On Sunday, all the cafes were closed, I could not get food.
