For a European hotel, the room was gigantic! This hotel feels like a spa for locals more than for tourists. We have only seen locals in the restaurant, which is always a great sign that you are eating in the right place. The room we had was basic and comfortable. To be considered a 4 star hotel the bathrooms are in need of updating. The staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice. Nice place where to stay in the neighbourhood of Urbino, nice staff, good food at the restaurant and a really rich buffet for breakfast

The location is great. The Urbino express train stop is just in front of the hotel as well as the palace and the Cathedral. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

I enjoyed my stay very much, especially the size and comfort of the room. The location of the hotel is excellent, directly opposite the major attractions in this wonderful, historic small city. I did not have breakfast.

Beautiful hotel located right in the historic centre, convenient for exploring the wonderful city two steps from the square and from the University.

It's not too close to the town, but it's well connected with the bus. The room is ok. The staff is very kind and helpful.

It is a hotel suitable for short stays, being a little far from the center should be in possession of a car. Quite comfortable, all the staff were polite and professional.

Ideal Hotel for a visit to Urbino, very friendly staff, clean, discreet, and breakfast is abundant and good, less so for dinner. Unfortunately, the Hotel is a little dated, I would suggest a restoration to make it more modern and current.

I spent one night at the hotel. The location is 5minuye by car from Urbino. Rooms and services are good and there is a good pool.

Friendly staff but not very professional. The hotel needs remodeling. Breakfast quality seems to be dependent on the amount of guest at the hotel, few = bad. Pool area is nice but can be quite packed in the afternoon, especially when the hotel owners family with kids are there.

Very big. Great price. Comfortable rooms. Not very popular, perhaps because it is considered too far from the center, but the walk is pleasant and in any case there is a convenient line of city buses.

I was at the hotel for a meeting, the room was maybe a little small, and furnished it hurt a little, but overall comfortable. The property is located in a beautiful panoramic point, perhaps the building needs to be maintained better.

Structure located on the hills not far from Urbino enjoys a magnificent view and infinite peace. Well furnished rooms and possibility to dine in the large restaurant attached to the structure, probably a former convent. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff, excellent location to relieve everyday stress. Recommended.

Excellent welcome from the owner and a very abundant breakfast full of sweets. Relaxing and quiet place, also excellent for small children.

Good accommodation. Large and very clean rooms. Location away from built-up areas. There is no breakfast service or bar open this season inside the residence. Normal price.

Very quiet place, with a stop in front of the structure. Private indoor parking and laundry located in it. The only flaw is the 'small damage' inside the apartments probably done by under-aged people.

We stayed at Hotel Raffaello for 10 days during our visit to Urbino, for the Early Music Festival this July 2019. The quadruple room we were given on the top floor was spacious and comfortable. The room has an antique bed and wardrobe and stunning artwork in the ceiling. The view from the bedroom is also beautiful. Bathroom size is sufficient and water pressure was good. Housekeeping was a bit mixed...

Urbino is a very substantial ancient city, with a lower degree of tourist "bustle" than we had expected in the peak of summer. We had three superior suite rooms on the top floor, all with excellent views of the walled city. The hotel Raffaello is accessible by car only for dropping off luggage, and then cars must be parked outside the wall of the old city, but the proprietor was able to direct us...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the room but only if you lean out the window. The wall between the room I was in and the next room was very thin and you could easily hear the conversations of the other guests. Good location, good breakfast. Enjoyed the stay.

Very beautiful structure, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the city of Urbino, a jewel. Laura welcomed us with kindness together with her parents. The breakfast was very good with delicious homemade products.
