Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici. Si tratta di un buon hotel ma alcune cose sono da migliorare. Quando siamo arrivati la receptionist ci parlava al di la del vetro mentre la signora delle pulizie passava l'aspirapolvere proprio li vicino. Nessuna delle due si è interrotta. Hotel ad un paio di chilometri dal Centro Storico di Urbino in una zona ben servita dai servizi pubblici. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Camera ampia e spaziosa con grande e comodo letto. Bagno con kit di cortesia. A disposizione Spa. Colazione continentale abbondante. Personale molto disponibile. Consigliato. Grazie, a presto !

A circa 2,5 km dal centro questo hotel offre dei servizi efficienti anche se la struttura nella parte camere è un po’ datata. I materassi sono comodi. Pulito ed ordinato. Colazione internazionale buona. Servizio SPA, a pagamento, merita una visita: per 2 ore il pacchetto è 30€, ovviamente esistono altre forme per usufruire i servizi di benessere

Devo dare due giudizi : Hotel : camere ben arredate .. spaziose .. letto king size ( unico neo F vetri non oscurati e alzando una tendina oscurante sei alla vista delle case davanti ..!!) .. location a 6 minuti di auto Dal centro .. reception professionale ma cordialità e serenità soprattutto nella signora bionda che ci ha accolto e nella ragazza delle colazioni ( nella media i pezzi dolci ..) Sono stato presso questo hotel in compagnia di mia moglie, nostra figlia e la nostra cagnolina di piccola taglia. L'esperienza nel totale non è stata del tutto entusiasmante, ci sono stati degli aspetti ampiamente graditi, altri decisamente meno. Preferisco partire dai pro: avevamo un matrimoniale king size ed un letto aggiuntivo, essendo il matrimoniale veramente grande e largo abbiamo dormito in...

Stanza....discreta per ambienti (un po freddini niente quadri e simili ) e accostamenti colori....tenda camera in plastica che riprende monumenti (un po old) Spa.... personale FAVOLOSO per gentilezza ma.... SALE in bagno turco posizione PESSIMA...crea depositi e rende una seduta inutile... Il resto della spa piscine sauna ecc...davvero ottimo ambiente veramente org al meglio . Ma in alta stagione...

I spent one night at the hotel. The location is 5minuye by car from Urbino. Rooms and services are good and there is a good pool.

Friendly staff but not very professional. The hotel needs remodeling. Breakfast quality seems to be dependent on the amount of guest at the hotel, few = bad. Pool area is nice but can be quite packed in the afternoon, especially when the hotel owners family with kids are there.

10 minutes walking to porta Santa Lucia, near the city center of Urbino. Clean and decent room with air conditioning and TV. Good breakfast.

The location is great. The Urbino express train stop is just in front of the hotel as well as the palace and the Cathedral. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

I enjoyed my stay very much, especially the size and comfort of the room. The location of the hotel is excellent, directly opposite the major attractions in this wonderful, historic small city. I did not have breakfast.

The Cloister was a part of a church dedicated to St. Domenico, now an 4 stars italian Hotel!

Beautiful hotel located right in the historic centre, convenient for exploring the wonderful city two steps from the square and from the University.

It is a hotel suitable for short stays, being a little far from the center should be in possession of a car. Quite comfortable, all the staff were polite and professional.

Very big. Great price. Comfortable rooms. Not very popular, perhaps because it is considered too far from the center, but the walk is pleasant and in any case there is a convenient line of city buses.

I was at the hotel for a meeting, the room was maybe a little small, and furnished it hurt a little, but overall comfortable. The property is located in a beautiful panoramic point, perhaps the building needs to be maintained better.

Amazing views combined with a family run, accommodating atmosphere! Marco and Andrea are very kind and helpful. The dinners they organized and made for our group were stellar and for an amazingly affordable price. I highly recommend this place.

Good accommodation. Large and very clean rooms. Location away from built-up areas. There is no breakfast service or bar open this season inside the residence. Normal price.

Very quiet place, with a stop in front of the structure. Private indoor parking and laundry located in it. The only flaw is the 'small damage' inside the apartments probably done by under-aged people.

We stayed at Hotel Raffaello for 10 days during our visit to Urbino, for the Early Music Festival this July 2019. The quadruple room we were given on the top floor was spacious and comfortable. The room has an antique bed and wardrobe and stunning artwork in the ceiling. The view from the bedroom is also beautiful. Bathroom size is sufficient and water pressure was good. Urbino is a very substantial ancient city, with a lower degree of tourist "bustle" than we had expected in the peak of summer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the room but only if you lean out the window. The wall between the room I was in and the next room was very thin and you could easily hear the conversations of the other guests. Good location, good breakfast. Enjoyed the stay.

Clean and comfortable with good access to the old town

This breakfast and a bed is very relatively - you will not get a food in the hotel. The host gives you a coupon worth 2.5 euros. And you should somewhere away from the hotel to get on this in cafe coupon sandwich with a lettuce leaf and a thin cheese or croissant. On Sunday, all the cafes were closed, I could not get food. Villa Liberty is close to the historic centre and the central bus depot. The accommodation was very clean . Matteo and his father were genuinely helpful , meeting me at the bus, providing valuable advice for sightseeing and public transport. They were always available and took an interest in providing a pleasant stay in Urbino

Optimal location: very close to the center and all the main attractions, a stone's throw from the car park, pharmacy, gastronomy and supermarket. Added to this are organization, excellent courtesy and cleanliness. To go back!

Excellent value for money as well as the location. It is not possible to have breakfast in the structure but they issue vouchers that can be used in some partner bars. The owner is very helpful in giving explanations and advice on what to see in Urbino
