The hotel is very bad. The rooms were cold, there was no remote for the air conditioning. When we asked for a remote at the front desk, the manager refused, saying our room was warm enough. And he didn't even come to check. And it wasn't just our room, it was every room in our group (we were 40 people). After freezing all night, breakfast was bad. The scrambled eggs were cold and strange looking, and the tea water was not clear.
One bed sheet had a big dirty stain on it. The shower door was broken.

The food was the only nice thing about this place, since the rooms are very old and need remodelling. The heating didn’t work and the awkward placement of the shower caused a flood in the room.

I don't like it very cold at night, the staff is not helpful, I feel like they recycle the food. The dishes were dirty.

I spent one night at the hotel. The location is 5minuye by car from Urbino. Rooms and services are good and there is a good pool.

Friendly staff but not very professional. The hotel needs remodeling. Breakfast quality seems to be dependent on the amount of guest at the hotel, few = bad. Pool area is nice but can be quite packed in the afternoon, especially when the hotel owners family with kids are there.
