Really cozy hotel. Good food, spacious rooms. Very good service. One thing to notice is that the pool/spa area is open only in the afternoon, so plan accordingly.

My Partner and i were on a motorcycle tour, we planned on only staying 1 night, we loved it so much we asked if we could stay a further 3 nights ! Luckily as they were very close to closing for the summer season they happily accomodated us. All the staff were very helpfull, and the restaurant and staff excellent and attentive, as was the food ! we had an amazing stay ! Thank you to all the staff, we will certainly be back ! Well done ! Oh and having a secure underground car park to park our motorcycle was an added bonus for a small fee and peace of mind.

My second time here, and I stayed over a month. Every experience was delightful! First the property: well-appointed rooms, and a big terrace with lounge chairs to enjoy panoramic views of the lake and mountains in peace. The wellness centre has everything to pamper yourself with -- I love the sauna, and there's also a hot jaccuzi, a pool carved out of natural rock, and steam room. About the staff: everyone is super friendly, genuine, and warm. Breakfast is a dazzling smorgasbord and the dinners are always divine with delicious and creative dishes every day. Perfect hotel for athletes and nature-lovers. I'm a cyclist and super happy I found this home for my altitude training, with facilities to store and wash bikes. Also -- beautiful hikes starting right outside the hotel. Can't recommend this place enough!

We did not stay at this hotel, but ended up spending some time there as our car broke down nearby.
We found Simone and his assistant very friendly and helpful. They allowed my family of 6 to wait in the hotel lobby and arranged a taxi for our onward journey. All in all the personal level of care and attention we received in a time of trouble suggests that this is a warm and hospitable place.

Very friendly staff and fantastic breakfast like for a queen with plenty of all kind of delicatesses you can even think about - juices, home made lemonades, muesli, dried fruit, honey even in the honeycomb, several kinds of salami, eggs prepared on different ways, a lot of cheeses, etc. etc.

amazing place, best place I've ever been for altitude training. the food's amazing so you spend all day waiting to see what surprise you'll get for dinner. the staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful, the place is beautiful and clean and the location is incredible for cycling. Thank you Simone and all the staff for such a wonderful stay.

Outstanding! Magical experience: stunning lake/mountain views from the room, delicious breakfast buffet and 4-course dinners, great service, a range of wellness facilities including sauna and jacuzzi. Excellent, friendly staff.

Actually i would like to give 1Star, so nobody comes and i keep the hotel for myself :)
Seriously, everything was amazing (view, location if you are into mountains, friendliness of the staff, food (vegetarion option was very good, maybe they can offer a vegan option too, but i didnt ask), or good (rooms, general condition/ renovation status, Spa).
Of course not everything perfect, but for the price (70Euro including Dinner) i give easily 5 stars and will definetly come again

Do not pass up the chance to stay at this hotel, we had an amazing experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-we are a family of 4, with 2 small children under 3 and we all were comfortable with our room and enjoyed our meals. The room has modern conveniences and all rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was the best we’ve experienced in all of Italy (we Americans enjoy large breakfasts) and included fresh honey scooped straight from the comb in front of us and freshly made bread. Dinner was a pleasant surprise as well and reasonably priced! There is a wellness center (pool, hot tub, sauna, and aromatic steam room) that is easy to access from your room and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and fun for kids to play on…rocks to climb and a few blue water ponds right across from the hotel. The staff was kind and courteous to us and our children and very responsive when we made our booking. The hotel is located in the ideal spot to easily access Bormio and Livigno and there are many nice trails for hiking and trekking right outside the front door of the hotel.

This is a nice place that offers excellent views. The hotel has a spa and restaurant/bar and was clean and we'll maintained. The breakfast along with the service was very good. The dinner was decent. The staff were very helpful, they recommend places for us all of which were successful. I stayed here in the winter and skied in Livigno. It is about a 20-30 minute drive depending on the roads. This hotel is quite isolated and has nothing close by. Make sure you have proper snow tires or chains in the winter. Overall good experience and pleasant place.
