Hotel in the center of Varazze very convenient for its location. The furnishings are very dated, but all in all for the asking price it's just fine. A sore point is the parking unfortunately they have little space and the covered garage is impossible to enter if you have a larger car

Very close to sea (2 minutes walking), the rooms upstairs even have a little sea view. The staff is nice, rooms are ok.

I was there over the weekend and I can only speak well of it. Persomale available, professional attentive to customer needs. The property is located a few meters from the sea, has a private beach and a panoramic terrace. If you have to spend a few days in Varazze I recommend this hotel.

Old building, old wide rooms. Very gently staff, great restaurant (take the menu!). Direct access to the shore. Absolutely worth the money. At the very beginning of Varazze when arriving from Milan. Take a walk along the Lungomare Europa, juat few minutes from yhe hotel. I was here with wife, 9yo daughter and friends

Highly recommend Villa Elena. Great staff, beautiful building with the added benefit of some new rooms located in an adjacent building. Onsite parking, fantastic breakfast and perfect location.

Excellent food, very well prepared, maximum availability even for those who have particular dietary needs. Perfect service. Availability and kindness on the part of the owners and all the staff. Rooms and common areas very clean and well kept. I recommend it.

Great location, free parking (a plus for Varazze!). The rooms are a little dated, but clean and quiet, as well as large and equipped with a spacious balcony. My bathroom was blind, but clean, and the linen is changed daily. Perhaps the carpet should be removed, the sea is difficult to keep clean. Upgrade to the deluxe rooms . The beds and decor are great and the bathrooms are bigger in the upgraded rooms. Bath robes are a plus too. The breakfast is amazing, great selection of fruits and pastries. The pool is a plus for a dip when it's hot. the pool was very nice and not too many people were using it. We had two families (4 adults and 5 kids). We stayed for three nights during the winter. It snowed and rained, but we had a lot of fun! There are play rooms and playground on the property and close by. The staff was very kind. The food was better than average. The price wasn’t bad either. There is a great running/walking trail along the beach that starts at the bottom of the road. Very nice!

I stay there for only one night. The hotel is very near to the centre and to the sea. Our room was big and confortable, the bathroom was very big. Good also the breakfast, the staff is kind.

Advantages: good location not far from the city center. Disadvantages: parking costs 10 euro, poor noise protection (roads with intensive traffic, basketball playground are quite close).

The access to the room only by stairs as there are not elevator. I stayed here on business, and we had a great time. Air conditioning, small balcony, breakfast and dinner in a very well organized room (COVID reason). The only drawbacks are the nearby station which does not make you sleep a lot and the lack of parking spaces. Cozy hotel. The animals are welcome. Me and my yathzee had a great time. Clean and spacious rooms equipped with all comforts. The owner very helpful and with a small surcharge kept me the dog. We will definitely return in the summer

We arrived last week in this splendid place the hotel is in a position that allows you to relax not being right on the seafront but about fifty meters from it, and the panorama visible from the rooms is really beautiful ... the rooms are comfortable comfortable and very clean, the cuisine is very good and the courses are rich, and finally, very importantly, the staff and the manager are wonderful people...

Old but clean structure, with renovated bathrooms and in an excellent location, convenient for the beach and the restaurants. For two adults and a 4-year-old child we paid € 88 which is, compared to some comparisons made online, an excellent value for money. It is not the luxury hotel but since we found it clean and comfortable, the marbles, crystals, etc. take a back seat.

I stayed at the San Paolo hotel in June. A discovery from all points of view !!! Excellent location, in the center a stone's throw from the sea but away from the road and the evening "casino". Beyond courtesy and kindness make this hotel a place to come back definitely! Excellent cuisine is available to satisfy every request, and the waiters come to ask if you want to do the bis of each course. Hotel with no more stars I have filmed several, but I have to say that this is because cleaning is impeccable, much better than the ones with more stars. GOOD keep it up!

The rooms of the hotel are nice but the bathroom is very narrow. You eat very well, the breakfast varies every morning and are served with cakes and pastries. The hotel location is quite convenient and close to the beaches. The staff is really friendly and very helpful.
