We enjoyed our stay a lot. Kids loved the pool, rooms were clean, staff helpful. We even got washing machine in our apartment. Yes, it is a bit old and it is further away from the beach with no see view, but the poorer reviews from other sources did not seem to be really true. Do not expect a new shiny hotel, but it is a bit underrated.

For being "only" a 2 * compliments for everything. Friendly staff and clean premises; only note ... maybe modernizing the bathroom fixtures and revising the curtain speech in the shower stall wouldn't be a bad idea.

We stayed for a weekend and found everything we needed. Cleanliness, simplicity and courtesy. Close to the sea, but having a small dog we had to walk 40 minutes round trip to reach the beach equipped for dogs in Cogoleto. But that obviously doesn't depend on the hotel 😉

Good located, 1 minute to the sea. Friendly staff, private parking offered. Can recommend for a short trip.

We loved the position of the Hotel, in a quiet residential area but still close to the cebtre and sea front.

We had a great time in this hotel, recommended by friends who fully met expectations. Central location, close to bars, restaurants and a stone's throw from the sea. Clean room with tv, bathroom with shower, hot water and linen changed daily. The price does not include breakfast. With € 8 per day you can book parking on site. Very nice and helpful staff. Recommended.

From the outside it is not great, but then you immediately feel at home, friendly courteous and helpful staff the room found welcoming and above all well kept and clean, the location is very convenient a few steps from the center and the beach I advise

Excellent location in front of the promenade, the bathrooms in the center, very kind owners, not many bookable parking spaces, but unfortunately this is the case in Liguria!

The room was very spacious and clean. Large shower. The bed however is too short for me (i'm 1.90m). Would stay here again

I was with my husband and our two beloved dogs. The location is excellent, just very close to the Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague, there in Arenzano. The owner, Mrs. Patrizia was very helpful and friendly with us. We will definitely be back, as soon as possible

2 star pension simple and aesthetically very pleasant and quiet and clean rooms. Super friendly but professional service. Excellent breakfast. Location not central but very convenient.

B&B right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Supermarket directly opposite. Dozens of restaurants within walking distance. 150m to the waterfront. Weekly market (Fridays) next door.

Recommended for short and long stays. Excellent location very close to the sea and the center where you will find excellent places for aperitifs, lunches and dinners. The lady who takes care of the guests is very kind and made herself immediately available for any problem

Lovely view from balcony! Helpful staff! They got us an early morning hotel and a bagged breakfast because we were missing our complimentary meal. Hotel is regal and clean, loved the terrace up top and the meal with had at the restaurant. It’s a great place to stay outside of Genova to soak up the Italian Riviera

Location on a beautiful beach, the building is quite old typical of Italian countries but well maintained. The condition of the canar is clean but the air conditioning, exaust fan bathroom facilities do not work properly including wifi in the room is slow.

What a faboulous place with splendid staff! I spent 3 days with my family in this very elegant hotel right in front of the sea, or "pieds dans l'eau" as they say in french. We have a 1 year old boy and everything was perfect: the crib in the room, the kids swimming pool, the great welcome we got from everybody from staff. Too may hotels describe themselves as "Grand" but are anything but. This hotel definitely deserves this accolade. It is immaculate. Lovely staff. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Everything works as expected. Parking on site. Delicious food. Easy to use WiFi. International TV channels for most of Europe. We really enjoyed our one night stay and are minded to return should we be back in that direction

Fantastic hotel located in the very center of Arenzano. Affordable and spacious, the staff is friendly and it offers a great breakfast!

Spacious room, nice historical building, smelly in the room, bathroom was cleaned with some foul smelling cleanser that it stunk up the place. Clean, nice view, worn out, free WiFi? That's a joke! I had to get out into the hallway to get some WiFi connection. If you're lucky you even find a parking. If not, 5 euro per day.

The hotel is located in a nice little town on the top of a hill by the sea. Very nice views and good food served at the hotel restaurant. It even has a cable car that takes you down to the seaside walk.

For me it is not comprehensible as a 4 star hotel, I would give it 3 stars at most. The two swimming pools were unkempt, paint peeling everywhere. Also the corridors and the very slow elevator are not convincing at all, as well as the emotionless dining room. A wonderfully invividualistic hotel. It was a bit of a trek to get our heavy suitcases to the room from the car park. The room was basic but comfortable. It was nice to overlook the sea. A lovely breakfast restaurant in the morning sun. The large pool at the top has a super view, a bar, and a funicular (lift) down to the rocky beach. A happy experience.

Beautiful location, friendly people, and i would definitely come back. The only thing i didnt like is ìts restaurant closes at 21:30 and its bar closes at 22:00. So you cant come back late to the hotel and still get a meal, drink or a snack before you go to bed. I prefer hotels where the bar is open till midnight, for that reason. It's really nice, only the TV in the room is missing, but perhaps it's a choice for relaxation, in return there are many books to read.

Well im staying here Now. And b4 arriving to camping i had read previous reviews and as always i like to make my own opinions based on what ive received. 1st Wonderful reception on arrival and was shown a choice of 3 pitchs. I went for a swim and yes the beach is Rock but this is the case on alot of places on Mediterranean. Me personally the Water is way to warm. Wifi is ok in morning but not working...

Great little camp for a couple of nights stay, toilet facility's clean and tidy, great restaurant over the beach, nice little shop and cafe on site, 45 min bus ride to Genova,

This camping was fine for our trip. There was not much to do on the camping but the beach was close by. The beach was very nice. The personel was friendly and willing to help us. The location was not that great because of traffic you can hear. The camping was also placed near a railroad. Every 15 minutes, a train drove by. We were placed right next to the railroad so it was disturbing. During the...
