🏠 Room: the room was small. We has a reservation for 4 people in total, 3 adults and 1 2 year old. There was one bedroom and the other bed was the couch. It was small and I wish it was a bit bigger. 🔪 Kitchen: the kitchen was basically in the living room, as I said the rooms are small. They had simple dishes, cups with forks and knives. It was fine, it could have been a little cleaner. The worst part...

Great Holiday vilage.

For being "only" a 2 * compliments for everything. Friendly staff and clean premises; only note ... maybe modernizing the bathroom fixtures and revising the curtain speech in the shower stall wouldn't be a bad idea.

We stayed for a weekend and found everything we needed. Cleanliness, simplicity and courtesy. Close to the sea, but having a small dog we had to walk 40 minutes round trip to reach the beach equipped for dogs in Cogoleto. But that obviously doesn't depend on the hotel 😉

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Kids loved the pool, rooms were clean, staff helpful. We even got washing machine in our apartment. Yes, it is a bit old and it is further away from the beach with no see view, but the poorer reviews from other sources did not seem to be really true. Do not expect a new shiny hotel, but it is a bit underrated.

We loved the position of the Hotel, in a quiet residential area but still close to the cebtre and sea front.

We had a great time in this hotel, recommended by friends who fully met expectations. Central location, close to bars, restaurants and a stone's throw from the sea. Clean room with tv, bathroom with shower, hot water and linen changed daily. The price does not include breakfast. With € 8 per day you can book parking on site. Very nice and helpful staff. Recommended.

From the outside it is not great, but then you immediately feel at home, friendly courteous and helpful staff the room found welcoming and above all well kept and clean, the location is very convenient a few steps from the center and the beach I advise

Excellent location in front of the promenade, the bathrooms in the center, very kind owners, not many bookable parking spaces, but unfortunately this is the case in Liguria!

Beautiful structure, new and well cared for. Isolated, with a somewhat narrow and inaccessible road to get there, but it's worth it. The apartments are really spacious, clean, tidy and furnished in a modern and elegant way. The TV has almost only foreign channels, and therefore not very useful, but in fact when you are there you enjoy the peace. The view towards the sea from the apartment is splendid...

Super accommodation which is only located 5 minutes from the city center while being completely out of place when you arrive in this green setting!! A nugget of gold! The accommodation is immaculately clean as well as everything around. Thank you very much to Alessia who was lovely with us and really caring. To come without hesitation and especially with your eyes closed.

Beautiful place. I came back after the first time because I had a great time. This time a few small problems (TV, washing machine cover, additional pillows without pillowcases) largely compensated by the courtesy and availability of the talented Alessia always attentive, efficient and discreet. I'll be back again - I'm already planning

I was with my husband and our two beloved dogs. The location is excellent, just very close to the Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague, there in Arenzano. The owner, Mrs. Patrizia was very helpful and friendly with us. We will definitely be back, as soon as possible

We had a great time! Rossella very kind and helpful. Spacious, clean and modern room with all comforts. Bathroom with very large walk-in shower. Everything looks as if it has just been renovated. Centralized air conditioning with perfect temperature, and the room was perfectly dark at night (which is not to be taken for granted, in many places there are lights everywhere that prevent you from sleeping...

Recommended for short and long stays. Excellent location very close to the sea and the center where you will find excellent places for aperitifs, lunches and dinners. The lady who takes care of the guests is very kind and made herself immediately available for any problem

What a faboulous place with splendid staff! I spent 3 days with my family in this very elegant hotel right in front of the sea, or "pieds dans l'eau" as they say in french. We have a 1 year old boy and everything was perfect: the crib in the room, the kids swimming pool, the great welcome we got from everybody from staff. A nice hotel at the center of the city. Room doors need to be fixed. Elevator is very old. After taking shower, bathroom gets wet.

Too may hotels describe themselves as "Grand" but are anything but. This hotel definitely deserves this accolade. It is immaculate. Lovely staff. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Everything works as expected. Parking on site. Delicious food. Easy to use WiFi. International TV channels for most of Europe. We really enjoyed our one night stay and are minded to return should we be back in that direction

Ideally situated on the sea front, very nice room with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom complete with power shower. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very large choice.

A big hotel from the old times. As usual in Italy the people are extra nice. The breakfast is really copious. The seafront location is its main advantage ; be sure to order a room with view on the sea so you can see the sunrise on Genoa. Only drawback, depending on the room, the bathroom can be small so if you're big call them in advance to avoid any surprise. Good value for the money.

Fantastic hotel located in the very center of Arenzano. Affordable and spacious, the staff is friendly and it offers a great breakfast!

Spacious room, nice historical building, smelly in the room, bathroom was cleaned with some foul smelling cleanser that it stunk up the place. Clean, nice view, worn out, free WiFi? That's a joke! I had to get out into the hallway to get some WiFi connection. If you're lucky you even find a parking. If not, 5 euro per day.

The rooms are spacious ,extremely helpful for a family ! They had been cleaning the rooms every day! Extremely nice feeling! The staff was amazingly friendly 🙌🏽 Breakfast was tip top on the top floor -with amazing view! It was a pity that the pools weren’t ready and the kids club as well! A wonderfully invividualistic hotel. It was a bit of a trek to get our heavy suitcases to the room from the car park. The room was basic but comfortable. It was nice to overlook the sea. A lovely breakfast restaurant in the morning sun. The large pool at the top has a super view, a bar, and a funicular (lift) down to the rocky beach. A happy experience.

Beautiful location, friendly people, and i would definitely come back. The only thing i didnt like is ìts restaurant closes at 21:30 and its bar closes at 22:00. So you cant come back late to the hotel and still get a meal, drink or a snack before you go to bed. I prefer hotels where the bar is open till midnight, for that reason. But the location is great, It has lift access to the beach, and plenty...

Amazing view from the room and free parking are the huge advantages! Very polite and available receptionist. Highly recommend to avoid weekends that could be very crowded in Arenzano during summer ☺️ If you are planning to travel with little baby and stroller, this hotel might not be the best option due to many stairs.

Decor in rooms is quite dated but quaint. Has everything you need in a good location. Parking, minibar, bath and shower, TV, balcony.

It's really nice, only the TV in the room is missing, but perhaps it's a choice for relaxation, in return there are many books to read.

Four people stayed at this B&B this weekend and it was a great experience. The location is beautiful. The wonderful view. Excellent welcome from Francesca and her mother. Impeccable cleaning. Excellent and abundant breakfast. To repeat and recommend

Well im staying here Now. And b4 arriving to camping i had read previous reviews and as always i like to make my own opinions based on what ive received. 1st Wonderful reception on arrival and was shown a choice of 3 pitchs. I went for a swim and yes the beach is Rock but this is the case on alot of places on Mediterranean. Me personally the Water is way to warm. Wifi is ok in morning but not working...

This camping was fine for our trip. There was not much to do on the camping but the beach was close by. The beach was very nice. The personel was friendly and willing to help us. The location was not that great because of traffic you can hear. The camping was also placed near a railroad. Every 15 minutes, a train drove by.
