We enjoyed our stay a lot. Kids loved the pool, rooms were clean, staff helpful. We even got washing machine in our apartment. Yes, it is a bit old and it is further away from the beach with no see view, but the poorer reviews from other sources did not seem to be really true. Do not expect a new shiny hotel, but it is a bit underrated.

For being "only" a 2 * compliments for everything. Friendly staff and clean premises; only note ... maybe modernizing the bathroom fixtures and revising the curtain speech in the shower stall wouldn't be a bad idea.

We stayed for a weekend and found everything we needed. Cleanliness, simplicity and courtesy. Close to the sea, but having a small dog we had to walk 40 minutes round trip to reach the beach equipped for dogs in Cogoleto. But that obviously doesn't depend on the hotel 😉

🏠 Room: the room was small. We has a reservation for 4 people in total, 3 adults and 1 2 year old. There was one bedroom and the other bed was the couch. It was small and I wish it was a bit bigger. 🔪 Kitchen: the kitchen was basically in the living room, as I said the rooms are small. They had simple dishes, cups with forks and knives. It was fine, it could have been a little cleaner. The worst part...

It's beautiful and well kept, everything is clean....very kind staff, friendly people, and in front of you you have the most beautiful sea, medium-high cost...it's true you're in Arenzano, but when I go to Arenzano I always go there..Then beautiful, clean, comfortable, more than that....

Strategic position, as it is located right next to the motorway exit, the rooms are very large and absolutely well soundproofed, the environment is very clean, and a welcoming, plentiful breakfast, the staff are very helpful.

Hotel located very close to the roundabout leading to the motorway entrance, spacious rooms, livable balcony, equipped with armchairs and table. The courtesy kit for the bathroom was missing, such as hair caps, make-up remover wipes, cotton buds for the ears; slippers were missing; for my taste, the mattress was very hard and the pillow too high and firm. Due to health problems it was not possible for me to show up with my family at check-in and despite this and my late notice, the structure accepted the cancellation request, appearing truly friendly and understandable, meeting the customers' difficulties. Clean, elegant hotel and really friendly staff. Fair price for the period in which we stayed and for the room, which was really well kept. I advise. Top position because it is practically 300 meters from the motorway toll booth and not even twenty minutes from the sea on foot.

We stayed in three different room types, with a variety of room options, adequate air conditioning, and a very good breakfast. The hotel's exterior is charming, and the facilities are relatively new. The best part is the location and view, with the mountains behind and the sea in front. There's a bay just outside, and plenty of restaurants.

Beautiful place by ocean The view of the sunrise over the ocean was gorgeous from my room! The breakfast was so delicious- the apricot tart-wow! The bed was comfy, lots of pillows, black out curtains, very friendly desk personnel- free shuttle to train in morning. Only wish I had gotten a train from the train to the hotel the night before. But beware, it is an hour from Genoa by train and over two...

What a beautiful hotel and location. Center to everything and with a gorgeous view. I highly recommend it. If you stay here, I recommend for dinning option Mustafa restaurant right next to the hotel.

This is a decent place to stay, check in was reasonably quick, room was clean, seemed a bit old but still good. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel located in the very center of Arenzano. Affordable and spacious, the staff is friendly and it offers a great breakfast!

Spacious room, nice historical building, smelly in the room, bathroom was cleaned with some foul smelling cleanser that it stunk up the place. Clean, nice view, worn out, free WiFi? That's a joke! I had to get out into the hallway to get some WiFi connection. If you're lucky you even find a parking. If not, 5 euro per day.

The air-conditioner didnt work and was not fixed until we complained. The instructions for parking was not provided which caused confusion and delay in check-in.

The hotel is located in a nice little town on the top of a hill by the sea. Very nice views and good food served at the hotel restaurant. It even has a cable car that takes you down to the seaside walk.

For me it is not comprehensible as a 4 star hotel, I would give it 3 stars at most. The two swimming pools were unkempt, paint peeling everywhere. Also the corridors and the very slow elevator are not convincing at all, as well as the emotionless dining room. Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. We came back because we are bound by memories to reunite the family after 3 years of being apart. Unfortunately the structure is a bit neglected, but the pleasure of getting back together makes the rest overcome.

Upgrade to the deluxe rooms . The beds and decor are great and the bathrooms are bigger in the upgraded rooms. Bath robes are a plus too. The breakfast is amazing, great selection of fruits and pastries. The pool is a plus for a dip when it's hot. the pool was very nice and not too many people were using it. We had two families (4 adults and 5 kids). We stayed for three nights during the winter. It snowed and rained, but we had a lot of fun! There are play rooms and playground on the property and close by. The staff was very kind. The food was better than average. The price wasn’t bad either. There is a great running/walking trail along the beach that starts at the bottom of the road. Very nice!

I was there over the weekend and I can only speak well of it. Persomale available, professional attentive to customer needs. The property is located a few meters from the sea, has a private beach and a panoramic terrace. If you have to spend a few days in Varazze I recommend this hotel.

We arrived last week in this splendid place the hotel is in a position that allows you to relax not being right on the seafront but about fifty meters from it, and the panorama visible from the rooms is really beautiful ... the rooms are comfortable comfortable and very clean, the cuisine is very good and the courses are rich, and finally, very importantly, the staff and the manager are wonderful people...

The access to the room only by stairs as there are not elevator. We had a n attic room was dark, with old furniture and overlooking the adjacent hotel which was so close that tourists from that hotel could see directly into our room. Big bathroom with a window.. Beyond courtesy and kindness make this hotel a place to come back definitely! Excellent cuisine is available to satisfy every request, and the waiters come to ask if you want to do the bis of each course.
