Very nice, cozy place to explore northern Italy (namely the Sacro Monte di Varese - which is very beautiful) + Lugano. I rented a car and found it very convenient to visit Varese and Lake Como area (short stay), though there are a few other places worth visiting here. The hosts were nice and accommodated a special breakfast request. Would go again and recommend.

I can only recommend this friendly family-run BnB. Diana and here family are very friendly people and will do everything to make you feel at home. The whole villa is a beautiful building located in a spacious garden. Calm and friendly dogs (large) will make you a company. The breakfast was delicious and i really appreciated the fresh fruits.

A quiet, cheap, minimal hotel. You get what you pay for. The room was clean, there was a bathroom with a shower, there were towels and toiletries. The breakfast was a normal minimalist breakfast of coffee and pastries. I felt we had good value for our money.

Basic hotel - very reasonable price. Great staff - on site 24 hrs a day. Rooms really clean and functional. The courtyard is quiet at night. Great location on the north east side of the centre.

Good free parking to place my jet! I really liked the special service ending (extra ++ ask for it ;)) Good rooms if you don't sleep in them.

Good morning. I consider "le tre b" a very interesting and elegant b & b, in a quiet area not far from the city center. The lady is welcoming, nice, comprehensive in information but not intrusive: the right mix for a serene welcome. Very clean and fragrant environments, excellent breakfast to be able to face a busy day. Why book elsewhere? I will stay there again, hoping to always find a free room...

Fabio is a very dedicated host and loves what he does. This has an effect on everything the guest experiences in his home: starting from the lovely served breakfast and continuing with all the tipps and tricks shared with guest about eventual trips in the area. We would love to return back to Fabio's home some time again in the future and be his guests!

Nice rooms, every day they bring fresh towels and clean everything. Kitchen is a bit on the small side with very basic content in terms of cutlery. But that won't stop you from having a great holiday here. Very friendly staff, the girl at the desk speaks very good english. Worth to stay!

Amazing quiet place to stay. Apparently, the best neighbourhood in entire Varese. If you want to relax, to forget about cities, recharge observing the nature and mountain view, then it is the right place to go. Varese itself is more a village than a city. Both the villa and the apartment in Varese are favors suitable for relaxation and a peaceful stay. Maximum cleanliness and interior care. Comfortable beds for restful sleep. I met this beautiful structure thanks to a specialized site and I must say that it was really a very pleasant surprise, really a fortune to be here again ... I was able to stay in Villa Patrizia only for one night unfortunately, since I had to move from area to work but it was still a nice experience in an elegant, well-furnished, comfortable and very warm establishment. Super quiet places, new, beautiful walks all around and close to everything, I highly recommend

We have not entered, but seen from the outside it is not bad! The context is excellent, immersed in the woods on the military road that from Bregazzana goes up to Chiusarella and then to Martica. A good starting point for the outward and return journeys.

Surrounded by nature and mountains, with access to many walking and mountain biking trails. Very beautifull!

De vriendelijkheid en de ontvangt van de mevrouw des huizes. We zijn later aangekomen dan voorzien door vertraging van de veerdienst in Livorno en hebben gebebeld om ons latere tijdstip door te geven, was rond middernacht! Geen probleem, ze ging wel op ons wachten én met de glimlach erbij! Privé parking en een goed ontbijt zijn pluspunten.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, echt een mooie plek en heel lekker eten. Ook lekker een flesje water op de kamer. We hadden een mooie badkamer en een heel mooi huis.
