For the location near the sea I give 4 stars. One star less for the hotel and the rooms. Older hotel with little maintenance, so-so bathroom.

Fantastic Accomodation We booked into Residence Pietre Bianche for 4 nights and so glad we did. Our apartment was on the top floor (2nd floor) and had amazing views over the water especially the magnificent sunsets. Very nice property with spacious, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The wifi is also quite good. It's a little out of the way but great if your looking for something near the ocean and with outdoor space.

Donatella was awesome! The place was very nice, and the food was pretty good as well. The couple making the food were very kind and eager to please. We would stay there again in a heart beat! The only down side is that it was a challenge to get there from the highway (our GPS and the road system did not see eye to eye).

Clean and nice. There is a parking space in front. It’s a few meter to the sea and a few minutes walk up to the old city center.

Very confortable and good size room with kitchenette. Squeaky clean. Friendly staff. Excellent pastries and croissants at breakfast. We would definitely book there again. One minor criticism, check out at 10:00 is in our opinion a bit early.

A great place to stay. The apartment is super clean, spacious and close to both the town centre (via the stairway) and the beach (via the road). Very welcoming host, who was happy to recommend restaurants. Breakfast was way above the normal packaged breakfast, with a great selection of fresh croissants, cakes, cereal, and more, plus freshly made coffee. Secure parking is a bonus. Highly recommended

A weekend stay with a large group of friends, Tommaso was fantastic in satisfying our every need and need right from the time of booking. Our balcony room looked right out to sea and it was just a magical and romantic view. You could hear the gentle sound of the water as it met the shore. We loved watching the birds darting all around. I have been at the Di Francia B&B two times, once in May of 2010 and then, with my wife, in September 2013. On both occasions my stay was a very pleasant, enjoyable one. I needed a last-minute room in Pizzo for four nights. This hotel was lovely. The management and staff were so helpful. I loved the shuttle to Piccolo BBB beach club. Delicious food at the beach club. My junior suite was perfect. Small balcony, lots of sunlight. Very quiet when sleeping and the windows shut. Air-conditioning was divine. Rooftop Breakfast on point.

This place was quite frankly amazing. Our room (Palazzo Suite) was incredible, with stunning views. I could happily have moved in. The staff really went the extra mile - organising shuttles to the beach and station and really happy to chat and make suggestions about the local area. Rated the stay Excellent because there was not a choice for OMG. Hotel was spotless, the room was beyond comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Perfect location with an unbelievable view on the breakfast terrace. Stayed with a bicycle tour group hosted by Tourissimo. Pizzo is a great place to visit. The beach was pleasant and the hotel had beach umbrellas to borrow.

We only spent one night here after our travel from the US, but it was fabulous. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our bags were lost in transit and they walked us into town to show the best shop to pick up a few clothing items as well as recommended which restaurant would have the best pizza for the night. Domenico also transported us to the train station the next day in their super cool golf cart

I stayed in both the Pizzo central location as well as the beach apartment. Both were outstanding. The shuttle picked me up and the train station and took me to my beach apartment when it was time for me to move there. Great service and absolutely spotless rooms- modern and well equipped.
