This is a magic hotel to enjoy Vicenza . The location cannot be a better one !

Comfortable rooms in the heart of Vicenza. No gym but easy access to outdoor running in the city. Excellent rooftop bar.

Steps away from the beautiful piazza center. Small lively clean town. Very welcoming food choices delicious. Everything closed Mondays.

Good for summer, rooms too cold for winter. Also, even in January, the music from next door (especially the base sounds) was very evident. But proximity to attractions, restaurants and cafes helped make up for everything. Would stay again but maybe only in spring or autumn.

The only nice things I can say about this hotel are that it has good WiFi and a good location. But it fails at a basic level: to provide you with a comfortable good night's sleep. The beds squeak and sag. They actually sag, like those beds in the good bad days, remember, the ones with springs. The sheets are too narrow and keep getting undone and rumpling up. The noise from the corridor and the other rooms is just terrible, like there are people inside your room. The light from the corridor leaks in and keeps you awake. As it does me right now. This place is like a youth hostel, only those are more comfortable. To be avoided.

Super well situated hotel literally steps from the Piazza dei Signori and the Basilica. Rooms are well appointed and clean, though maybe slightly dated, but nice enough. Limited views from the rooms themselves as the building is facing a narrow street. There is a rooftop terrace that supposedly has a great view of the city, but it was closed when we were there (October 2023). Staff is great, great service in English, and you can leave your luggage with them for the day after checking out if necessary, as there is no luggage storage at the Vicenza train station.

Best location you can ask for. The service is excellent. They do everything to make your stay great. Old building with old fixtures and furniture, but well maintained. I can't say enough about the people. Great staff and they speak English.
