The parking looks very very bad, the water kept dripping on our car and it was very dirty,though the room was nice

The deluxe room was spacious but poorly planned. The shower cabinet was very given how large the bathroom is. The shower door was broken. The breakfast buffet was terrible. They seems to have two different breakfast spread. The one used for our group tour was quite disappointing with very limited options and awful coffee.

The hotel has seen better days. The elevators are slow, packed, and don't always work. The parking garage has lights most of the time, but not always at night which makes you feel like you are in a horror film. The exit gate isn't automatic. You have to stop on the ramp run and type in the code, and then scurry back to your car to drive out. The street it is on is extremely loud at night, but...

Hotel in an excellent position to reach the centre, the station and the main services of the city.

It is convenient to go to the client's company from the hotel. The aunt at the front desk is very nice. The way to open the door with the room card is different from that of regular hotels. There is a small sign at the front desk that explains it, which you can take a picture of in advance.

Hotel a bit dated that deserves a renovation. Check in not very friendly. Room very large but very sparse. Bed not overly comfortable. Very noisy at night especially from the upper floor. Decent breakfast with extremely friendly staff.

Pretty modern hotel in the Vicenza area. Being a business hotel, can’t expect much in terms of service. You do everything on your own like bring your luggage to your room. At least parking was free. Room is okay, but A/C wasn’t cooling. Had to open the window but bugs kept coming in so had to close it later on and sleep in a warm room.

Run off the mill pass-through hotel. But it has all you needs and the rooms are comfortable. Practical and modern. Very food value for your money.

It meets the mark for a safe, clean, and comfortable stay if you are making a pit-stop for 1 night. Great when you're driving a car. Parking is right out front and quick access to the motorway. It is about 20-minute drive from the historic part of Vicenza. Otherwise, it's not like a "destination" hotel. The staff is professional but introverted, which is fine.

The outside looks mid and it's right next to the highway. But other than that, it's good.

We were travelling for work and with the reviews mentioned in Booking.com we were expecting a nice room. We booked superior rooms which looked nice and spacious at first glance but than we realized the shower area which was next to bed had a transparent glass with no curtain or.covering. This is my second time staying here. The first time, I was in an old room that was very outdated. This time around, I'm in a more updated room with a more modern feel. There is a mall next door and restaurants are within walking distance. This hotel is great for the price.

Nice comfy beds but church bell kept me up early

This hotel is not a 4 starsi It is a standard 3 stars. Breakfast standard good room but not very friendly staff (in particular at the restaurant) and for breakfast you have to make your own milk at the machine because they don't do IT. Located far away from the center and not so many restaurants because it is all most outside Vicenza.

A little dated hotel in need of maintenance. The room had walls full of cracks and in need of a good whitewash. Same thing in the bathroom. The very scruffy curtains. The cleaning is not exactly at the top. Not very comfortable bed. You don't expect everything in a 4-star hotel. Spending a weekend at the Tiepolo Hotel in Vicenza is like living a fairytale. Every type of comfort, both for overnight stays and for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I stayed on probably one of the hottest days in early May of the last 150 years, but ... I found that the air conditioner was out of order (and would only be repaired after two weeks according to the receptionist). Nice stay at this hotel : clean ,comfortable and good value for money considering the prices in northern Italy.

The location is very close to the train station and a little far from the main tourist spots in the city, but fortunately not too far. The room is small and clean. I don't know why there is always a smell of fried potatoes in the room and the hotel... The breakfast price is not low, but the cooked ham has not been replaced after it is finished. Fortunately, there is enough bread.

Great hotel to stay at in Vicenza. The seafood is great and super cheap. They serve big portions and the hotel is right next to the bus stop so you can take the bus to the train station and then take the train to other places nearby. Overall good food and good place

This was a very modern hotel. However the key to the room was extremely not common and ancient. It was just the simplest key with the heaviest cone shaped key chain. We stayed here as part of a bike tour. The room was small, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was okay, not great. This was an average 3 star hotel. Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. They were eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is a 30-minute walk from the train station. It is not very convenient for first timers who don't know how to take the bus. It was noisy when a group of young people checked in at night, but the front desk was very welcoming.

It doesn't get more central than Hotel Antico. I was astounded to walk out, turn right and find myself immediately in the main piazza. This meant I was incredibly close to everything, especially places to dine. The staff are really lovely and breakfast was great. The rooms are maybe slightly tired but this didnt affect my stay.

Being American, the senior suite was small, but accommodating. (we were full with us two, two dogs, and kitty, but we managed!) Staff was incredibly helpful with transition to our new home. Highly recommend staying here as it's a very close walk to base and some amazing restaurants. Oh, and Gelato is right across the street 😂👌

The beds where hard, the food wasn't good (the bread a little bit cold, the food really greasy and salty) the attention at first was great but at the end they tried to charge us some things that we didn't wanted.

The owner was present and actively involved in managing the hotel. Desk personnel were multi-lingual and very helpful. The buffet breakfast included eggs, bacon, assorted breads, rolls, and cereals. Great! Vicenza is now one of my favorite towns in Italy! Hotel is just outside of the Old Town area and they were very helpful. There's even a pastry shop across the street where I had wonderful coffee and a fabulous croissant.... both mornings!

The room is relatively small. It is in the city. Vehicles cannot reach directly. It takes five or six minutes to walk from the drop-off point. It is located in an older building. The restaurant is also relatively small and the breakfast is average.

On the outskirts is this renovated farmhouse that is worth a visit: good local dishes such as sarde in saor, or sfogliata di cod. Attentive and fast service. Adequate wine list with good local proposals with low markups. Unusual choice to charge for the basket of freshly baked bread instead of the service. Overall favorable quality/price ratio.
