I stayed here for five days in a triple room. The room was very clean and new. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel is clean , with nice common areas and big rooms . But the location is far from the center with very scarce public transport. You should choose it only if you have business in the area (like wedid) .

This was a very modern hotel. However the key to the room was extremely not common and ancient. It was just the simplest key with the heaviest cone shaped key chain. Kind and welcoming staff, comfortable and quiet rooms as the structure is far from busy roads. Good quality breakfast with a wide variety of cakes. Ideal for those attending trade fairs as they do not need to use the car, plus not least given the morning traffic

I was looking for a comfortable hotel for a stop over during a road trip and was super happy to have selected this hotel as an option. Great hotel! clean room and helpful staff. also 20 min walk to town center but sound was an issue in the rooms as you could hear the room next door or people walking down the corridor. another plus was the supermarket downstairs was very handy

It's a bit out of the way. I didn't see where the door was. I had to take the elevator to get upstairs. The place is not big. The restaurant next to it is good. It also belongs to their hotel. It's a highlight. The room is very old. The bed is not comfortable. It's a bit dirty. There is no quilt. I will be frozen to death. The blanket is not clean.

Great hotel to stay at in Vicenza. The seafood is great and super cheap. They serve big portions and the hotel is right next to the bus stop so you can take the bus to the train station and then take the train to other places nearby. Overall good food and good place

We were travelling for work and with the reviews mentioned in Booking.com we were expecting a nice room. We booked superior rooms which looked nice and spacious at first glance but than we realized the shower area which was next to bed had a transparent glass with no curtain or.covering. This is my second time staying here. The first time, I was in an old room that was very outdated. This time around, I'm in a more updated room with a more modern feel. There is a mall next door and restaurants are within walking distance. This hotel is great for the price.

Nice comfy beds but church bell kept me up early

The staff at the counter and restaurant were very attentive and kind. When I wanted to borrow a kettle, they bought me a new one.

The shower is very tiny. But hotel is lovely, clean and the staff is wonderful. Excellent location. A short walk to the lovely downtown area and a little grocery right around the corner. Highly recommend.

Amazing service always a pleasure staying there, the commute downtown is great also you can take the #1 bus which comes every 15 minutes. It's not a luxury place but if your looking for a night or two then this is the place. Staff is fantastic and always have a smile. Not bad with English either. Very convenient. Although I recommend a better breakfast setup.

The hotel has seen better days. The elevators are slow, packed, and don't always work. The parking garage has lights most of the time, but not always at night which makes you feel like you are in a horror film. The exit gate isn't automatic. You have to stop on the ramp run and type in the code, and then scurry back to your car to drive out. The street it is on is extremely loud at night, but...

Nice room with a balcony which was a bonus! There was cold air conditioning and helpful staff. Food was pretty good though we did have a large group so I was not able to order off the menu. The beds were a bit hard.

Pretty modern hotel in the Vicenza area. Being a business hotel, can’t expect much in terms of service. You do everything on your own like bring your luggage to your room. At least parking was free. Room is okay, but A/C wasn’t cooling. Had to open the window but bugs kept coming in so had to close it later on and sleep in a warm room.

Run off the mill pass-through hotel. But it has all you needs and the rooms are comfortable. Practical and modern. Very food value for your money.

It meets the mark for a safe, clean, and comfortable stay if you are making a pit-stop for 1 night. Great when you're driving a car. Parking is right out front and quick access to the motorway. It is about 20-minute drive from the historic part of Vicenza. Otherwise, it's not like a "destination" hotel. The staff is professional but introverted, which is fine.

This hotel is not a 4 starsi It is a standard 3 stars. Breakfast standard good room but not very friendly staff (in particular at the restaurant) and for breakfast you have to make your own milk at the machine because they don't do IT. Located far away from the center and not so many restaurants because it is all most outside Vicenza.

A little dated hotel in need of maintenance. The room had walls full of cracks and in need of a good whitewash. Same thing in the bathroom. The very scruffy curtains. The cleaning is not exactly at the top. Not very comfortable bed. You don't expect everything in a 4-star hotel. Spending a weekend at the Tiepolo Hotel in Vicenza is like living a fairytale. Every type of comfort, both for overnight stays and for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I stayed on probably one of the hottest days in early May of the last 150 years, but ... I found that the air conditioner was out of order (and would only be repaired after two weeks according to the receptionist). My daughter and I were here through the Medical Tourism Italy. Our room was always clean thanks to the incredible cleaning staff and the rest of the hotel was spotless. The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly i felt like i was at some friends house. It is very well placed at around 1,5 km from the train station and 1km from the old town.The rooms are large and bright and it is very clean. I would stay there again if i had the chance.

A beautiful little place with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The ambient is modern and the rooms are spacious. The city center is only a 10 min walk and from the train station Verona and Venice can be reached for small money in comfortable trains. Can recommend this place without hesitation.

The staff was VERY friendly and knowledgeable about the area, most popular places to eat and see. There was an Italian restaurant right behind the hotel they recommend which was a BIG hit!! I ate and wasn't even hungry!! #Delish

The friendliest and most helpful staff, keeps me coming back

Being American, the senior suite was small, but accommodating. (we were full with us two, two dogs, and kitty, but we managed!) Staff was incredibly helpful with transition to our new home. Highly recommend staying here as it's a very close walk to base and some amazing restaurants. Oh, and Gelato is right across the street 😂👌

The beds where hard, the food wasn't good (the bread a little bit cold, the food really greasy and salty) the attention at first was great but at the end they tried to charge us some things that we didn't wanted.
