The outside looks mid and it's right next to the highway. But other than that, it's good.

Great hotel just of the motorway. Ideal stopover on business.

We were travelling for work and with the reviews mentioned in Booking.com we were expecting a nice room. We booked superior rooms which looked nice and spacious at first glance but than we realized the shower area which was next to bed had a transparent glass with no curtain or.covering. Initially hotel was reluctant to do anything about that but after insisting they agreed to put paper covering but...

A good place to stay for a couple of nights. Very good staff, kind and polite. Nice swimming pool.

This is my second time staying here. The first time, I was in an old room that was very outdated. This time around, I'm in a more updated room with a more modern feel. There is a mall next door and restaurants are within walking distance. This hotel is great for the price.

Nice comfy beds but church bell kept me up early

I stayed here for five days in a triple room. The room was very clean and new. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel is clean , with nice common areas and big rooms . But the location is far from the center with very scarce public transport. You should choose it only if you have business in the area (like wedid) .

This was a very modern hotel. However the key to the room was extremely not common and ancient. It was just the simplest key with the heaviest cone shaped key chain. This key chain weighed approximately 1KG. After all my world trotting days, this was the first time I encountered such funny key chain. Overall, I was quite happy with the hotel. If I must complain, then the bath tub was way too high...

Kind and welcoming staff, comfortable and quiet rooms as the structure is far from busy roads. Good quality breakfast with a wide variety of cakes. Ideal for those attending trade fairs as they do not need to use the car, plus not least given the morning traffic

I was looking for a comfortable hotel for a stop over during a road trip and was super happy to have selected this hotel as an option. Parking is included and on the premises, the room was spacious, but the highlight was the breakfast the next morning, with a lot of options!! Great hotel! clean room and helpful staff. also 20 min walk to town center but sound was an issue in the rooms as you could hear the room next door or people walking down the corridor. another plus was the supermarket downstairs was very handy

The lady from the restaurant is always nice, the room is very neat and clean thanks to Mariana from cleaning. It is cleaned daily.

It's a bit out of the way. I didn't see where the door was. I had to take the elevator to get upstairs. The place is not big. The restaurant next to it is good. It also belongs to their hotel. It's a highlight. The room is very old. The bed is not comfortable. It's a bit dirty. There is no quilt. I will be frozen to death. The blanket is not clean.

The hotel is convenient and I have stayed there many times. The breakfast buffet is very good the rooms are comfortable

Great hotel to stay at in Vicenza. The seafood is great and super cheap. They serve big portions and the hotel is right next to the bus stop so you can take the bus to the train station and then take the train to other places nearby. Overall good food and good place

The staff at the counter and restaurant were very attentive and kind. When I wanted to borrow a kettle, they bought me a new one.

The shower is very tiny. But hotel is lovely, clean and the staff is wonderful. Excellent location. A short walk to the lovely downtown area and a little grocery right around the corner. Highly recommend.

This is a magic hotel to enjoy Vicenza . The location cannot be a better one ! The hotel has character and personality Air conditioning, refrigerator in room work perfectly . Staff is super helpful patient and accommodating .

Comfortable rooms in the heart of Vicenza. No gym but easy access to outdoor running in the city. Excellent rooftop bar.

Steps away from the beautiful piazza center. Small lively clean town. Very welcoming food choices delicious. Everything closed Mondays.

The cost performance is very good while the shower booth is very small. far from relax

Amazing service always a pleasure staying there, the commute downtown is great also you can take the #1 bus which comes every 15 minutes. It's not a luxury place but if your looking for a night or two then this is the place. Staff is fantastic and always have a smile. Not bad with English either. Very convenient. Although I recommend a better breakfast setup.

The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly i felt like i was at some friends house. It is very well placed at around 1,5 km from the train station and 1km from the old town.The rooms are large and bright and it is very clean. I would stay there again if i had the chance.

A beautiful little place with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The ambient is modern and the rooms are spacious. The city center is only a 10 min walk and from the train station Verona and Venice can be reached for small money in comfortable trains. Can recommend this place without hesitation.

Nice, clean room with a little balcony and a huge bathroom for Italy and one of the best hotel showers I've been in since I arrived in Italy. Good continental breakfast.

The deluxe room was spacious but poorly planned. The shower cabinet was very given how large the bathroom is. The shower door was broken. The breakfast buffet was terrible. They seems to have two different breakfast spread. The one used for our group tour was quite disappointing with very limited options and awful coffee.

The hotel has seen better days. The elevators are slow, packed, and don't always work. The parking garage has lights most of the time, but not always at night which makes you feel like you are in a horror film. The exit gate isn't automatic. You have to stop on the ramp run and type in the code, and then scurry back to your car to drive out. The street it is on is extremely loud at night, but...

Really nice and friendly staff. Crazy hot dining room, it reached 29.5C at the night we went, we had to pack our stuff and leave soon cuz it’s too hot for us.The bathroom in our room has mold in the seals.

Nice room with a balcony which was a bonus! There was cold air conditioning and helpful staff. Food was pretty good though we did have a large group so I was not able to order off the menu. The beds were a bit hard.

I visit Vicenza quite often so I am well aware of the town, but their staff are so friendly to provide me with maps and where to visit if I don't have any specific plans. Best coffee I have ever had there

Great location. Room was neat and tidy. Special mention to Narcisse, he is by far the best barman I have ever met. An exceptionally charismatic man that makes you want to spend time at the bar and chat the night away.

The people who work here are amazing. Always willing to help and provide information. Hotel itself is in a great location and very nice inside. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The most elegant, cozy, staff friendly place in Vicenza

Great staff that are welcoming and so helpful. They give the best recommendations for meals!! Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The shower is great but just a bit awkward that it is in the middle of the room. I only wish for better night side lamps to read by and a place within the hotel to sit outside (I hear that may be coming in the future!). I didn't have their breakfast but it looks amazing...
