The hotel has seen better days. The elevators are slow, packed, and don't always work. The parking garage has lights most of the time, but not always at night which makes you feel like you are in a horror film. The exit gate isn't automatic. You have to stop on the ramp run and type in the code, and then scurry back to your car to drive out. The street it is on is extremely loud at night, but...

Really nice and friendly staff. Crazy hot dining room, it reached 29.5C at the night we went, we had to pack our stuff and leave soon cuz it’s too hot for us.The bathroom in our room has mold in the seals.

Nice room with a balcony which was a bonus! There was cold air conditioning and helpful staff. Food was pretty good though we did have a large group so I was not able to order off the menu. The beds were a bit hard.

I stayed here for five days in a triple room. The room was very clean and new. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel is clean , with nice common areas and big rooms . But the location is far from the center with very scarce public transport. You should choose it only if you have business in the area (like wedid) .

This was a very modern hotel. However the key to the room was extremely not common and ancient. It was just the simplest key with the heaviest cone shaped key chain. This key chain weighed approximately 1KG. After all my world trotting days, this was the first time I encountered such funny key chain. Overall, I was quite happy with the hotel. If I must complain, then the bath tub was way too high...

I am happy with my room and hotel generally. It is very clean and quiet. Wardrobe is open type, but for me is good. Bed is nice to sleep at :) breakfast is also nice, there is big choice - there is something for everyone. Nature juice from orange is great. I will come again definitely.

Very nice hotel, with plenty of parking and a good location (15 mins walk to town and on the ring road). The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had a really good night's sleep. Breakfast is good. Views aren't spectacular (train line/car park) but you can't have everything. Well worth it for a business trip or short trip.

Pretty modern hotel in the Vicenza area. Being a business hotel, can’t expect much in terms of service. You do everything on your own like bring your luggage to your room. At least parking was free. Room is okay, but A/C wasn’t cooling. Had to open the window but bugs kept coming in so had to close it later on and sleep in a warm room.

Rooms are ok for a 4 ⭐standard hotel . Run off the mill pass-through hotel. But it has all you needs and the rooms are comfortable. Practical and modern. Very food value for your money.

It meets the mark for a safe, clean, and comfortable stay if you are making a pit-stop for 1 night. Great when you're driving a car. Parking is right out front and quick access to the motorway. It is about 20-minute drive from the historic part of Vicenza. Otherwise, it's not like a "destination" hotel. The staff is professional but introverted, which is fine.

They have pretty lavish breakfast but wish they could offer some more vegetarian options. Maintenance is a bit weak it takes them a long time to fix something.

My daughter and I were here through the Medical Tourism Italy. Our room was always clean thanks to the incredible cleaning staff and the rest of the hotel was spotless. You cannot beat the prices and service in the wellness center. This is such a nice place to unwind after a long week, and they can almost always fit you in for services within a day or so. I also love the tisanes they serve on the patio!

Requested a pic of John Travolta on my pillow (huuuuuuge fan) and they happily fulfilled my request. Happy hour at the bar was legit. 5 euro for fried food buffet and a beer isn't bad at all. Dinner was great. The entire staff was very accomodating for my wife and I who are American and I'm sure at times looked lost. We would definitely come back

The Spa here is absolutely amazing! We booked a couples massage and it was great! They use a good amount of pressure and you get full access to the spa, which is a nice plus. The prices are very fair!

The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly i felt like i was at some friends house. It is very well placed at around 1,5 km from the train station and 1km from the old town.The rooms are large and bright and it is very clean. I would stay there again if i had the chance.

A beautiful little place with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The ambient is modern and the rooms are spacious. The city center is only a 10 min walk and from the train station Verona and Venice can be reached for small money in comfortable trains. Can recommend this place without hesitation.

this is a very simple and pragmatic hotel. you get a bed and breakfast. there is no gym or restaurant for your evening meal. in fact there is nothing else to do after you visted the local shops. which shut 730pm. but it worth the stay. for the peace and quite.

We were travelling for work and with the reviews mentioned in Booking.com we were expecting a nice room. We booked superior rooms which looked nice and spacious at first glance but than we realized the shower area which was next to bed had a transparent glass with no curtain or.covering. Initially hotel was reluctant to do anything about that but after insisting they agreed to put paper covering but...

This is my second time staying here. The first time, I was in an old room that was very outdated. This time around, I'm in a more updated room with a more modern feel. There is a mall next door and restaurants are within walking distance. This hotel is great for the price.

The hotel is clean and the staff here are friendly and speak English, the breakfast is good, the hotel's parking near a very useful shopping centre in addition to its proximity to the highway between Milan and Venice. You can visit some cities and return to the hotel easily.

Very convenient hotel between Venice and Garda. Close to the motorway. An excellent breakfast, lunch and safe. Grab modern refurbished room. A little bit smaller but much nicer. WiFi is OK but location of access points facing to the front cause issues with range.

Lovely basic hotel! Receptionist guy received us 3am, very welcoming and helpful! Explained all facilities and waited at 3am for us to settle in before he goes!

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and...We have been satisfied with the quality, service and price. The hotel is on the outskirts, but the foot way in 40 minutes worthy. The most taxi drivers in Vicenza cheat, they show you the price on the km counter and then just double it...They will find any excuse or explain away - Sunday or any feast in the town. Believe me, you are never qualified enough...

Staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean. However the parking outside was crowded and night staff were rude and was not given an ashtray instead I was told to use a plastic cup with water in it. Also there was extra fees when paying which I was not made aware of when booking. Overall the hotel was a comfortable nights sleep

Great location. Room was neat and tidy. Special mention to Narcisse, he is by far the best barman I have ever met. An exceptionally charismatic man that makes you want to spend time at the bar and chat the night away.

Very nicely decorated small contemporary boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Reasonably priced but best part is the staff. Incredibly warm and accommodating throughout our stay. Oh, and the best coffee we've had on our Italian trip thus far. Hands down.

Hotel is very nice for what you pay, the apartments and long term stay rooms are great! But what really tops off the hotel, is the amazing staff! Super helpful and attentive.

Being American, the senior suite was small, but accommodating. (we were full with us two, two dogs, and kitty, but we managed!) Staff was incredibly helpful with transition to our new home. The beds where hard, the food wasn't good (the bread a little bit cold, the food really greasy and salty) the attention at first was great but at the end they tried to charge us some things that we didn't wanted.

Great place to stay that is walking distance to post. English speaking receptionist. Rooms are small compared to state side rooms, but have all the basics you need. Breakfast is served til 10am. However, no fresh fruits. Great coffee.

Steps away from the beautiful piazza center. Small lively clean town. Very welcoming food choices delicious. Everything closed Mondays.

Good for summer, rooms too cold for winter. Also, even in January, the music from next door (especially the base sounds) was very evident. But proximity to attractions, restaurants and cafes helped make up for everything. Would stay again but maybe only in spring or autumn.
