This is the best hotel I have visited so far (September) because it excelled on the all the levels. Most importantly the staff and rooms were outstanding. Besides that the brunch was absolutely delicious, and the amenities were amazing. Additionally the proximity to Villasimius is super nice. Special shoutout to the sunny group for providing excellent and kind service to our tennis bookings. If there is one piece of advice I would give is to get the road extended all the way to the entry, so the rental cars do not have to see dirt roads. We would love to come back and use our loyalty contact information we got upon checkout.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel, the beach is absolutely amazing.
The staff was very nice and helpful, the only thing I’d improve is the amount of staff that speaks English.
The rooms are really where I think the hotel could improve most, they’re not very modern.
The location is perfect if you’re going to be spending your days at the beach, but not so good if you want to see things around, transportation is very scarce around here. It would be nice to have hotel shuttles from the city after dinner.
The pool is absolutely beautiful (but might me a little complicated if you have children).
They arranged gluten free food which was also a plus.
The reception was helpful and there are many activities at the hotel!
We only stayed 3 days but had an absolute blast!

Absolute no-go:

They [correct?] started fireworks (20 minutes) over a protected lagoon with flamingos, rare birds. Hotel director's brain seems to be - empty.

Great location with its own stunning sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise water. Rooms are spacious and tasteful. And plenty of resort services such as spa and a variety of activities are offered. The staff were all friendly and helpful Some areas need to be updated including the building exterior however that does not deter from enjoying the experience.

We had an incredible holiday at the Pullman Almar Timi Ama Resort & Spa to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. Our expectations were surpassed from the moment we arrived. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We received a lovely room with a beautiful view. On our anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a sweet treat and a card.

We really enjoyed the beach, as well as the seafood restaurant 'Il Ginepri' where we received great service and recommendations from Andrea. Additionally, the main restaurant provided fantastic breakfast and dinner every day, with Alma and her team taking great care of us. The food was outstanding, and the daily themed menu offered a wide variety of options. On a few of the days during our stay, there was relaxing live music at breakfast which made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the Pullman Hotel for making our holiday truly amazing and memorable!

Location is fantastic. Both the private beach and the hotel grounds are phenomenal. Unfortunately service is not up to a 5 star resort. Most of the staff working is unexperienced and not working as a team. Some of the rooms are not renovated and in pretty rough conditions. They should not be allowed to sell them as part of a 5 star resort. Food quality is great.

We had a terrible experience at Pullman Timi Ama. On top of the appalling quality of the rooms (in the non-renovated section at least) and the bedding (I am still healing from a nasty stiff neck days after), unworthy of the price and star rating of the hotel in which every slightest additional service is to be paid extra, the staff overall behavior is unprofessional. We were woken up every morning around 8 by noisy cleaners or the lawnmower (why on earth would you do that on a Saturday early morning), and the management staff was absolutely not receptive of our complaints, rather dismissive.
Still, the beach access is wonderful, though think about it twice before booking your holiday there, especially as the island is full of charming spots.
