Unfortunately there are some negative things: the cleaning of the rooms was not perfect; the cost for a week in this village is very high and despite this, you have to pay for everything: all the services are paid for, from the beach umbrella and sunbeds (not even the tenth row was included in the stay) as well as the fitness area which had a cost of 5

Great place,the beach,the sea is gorgeous, absolutely normal rooms, super food,the option of Turkey but in Italy and with good service and attitude

The structure is very large and well equipped. It offers many services and all of good quality. As a strong point is the position, directly on the sea. And the sea is exceptional, among the most beautiful you can find

The piano bar lets you emerge in an atmosphere of relaxation. And I don't even mention the private beach and beatiful Sardinian sea. Take a book and sip your incnusa!

The beach and the water are spectacular. The only negative is a lot of kids. We went as a couple as our kids are grown. Next time we will go when the kids are in school

Lovely place (nice layout, architecture and green spaces), great services and professional/friendly staff. A special mention to the SPA - personnel is superb and the venue is extremely well organized/maintained.

We recently traveled to Sardinia and stayed at the property. The rooms were beautiful and the staff made the trip very enjoyable. Mauro the manager for the outdoor bar made us the best cocktails every day

Location, hotel, food and staff were top notch. The hotel is set in a spectacular part of the coastline with mountains behind you and a stunning view of the bay. The grounds are immaculate and framed by lovely palm trees

The check in was very fast: in two minutes we got a room cards. The beach and the water was good too. Our resume: this hotel is real 5 stars

The location is great - in front of a nice beach. We stayed there only 1 night and didn’t have to pay for the beds on the beach although it seems that during the summer they have the extra cost

First time in Sardinia for our honeymoon. Absolutely love Hotel Simius Playa and the town of Villisimius! Can't wait to return next year!

We only had one night and we wanted to use the beach after we had to leave the room, so the hotel let us store our luggage. They also have a shower for you to use, with guest towels and shampoo

The beach has very clean white sand and perfect clean water without plastic or something else. We are now since 4 days at home but we miss the atmosphere of the hotel. I think we will come back soon

Comfortable rooms but not modern. Average breakfast with few options and mostly processed food. Convenient beach - 4 min walking distance. Close to other great beaches and Villasimius village

We were offered flexibility with the timing and also given access to a separate shower and bathroom so that we could use the pool for a few hours after checkout which was really kind

The only downsides were the breakfast which is included in the price but very very simple and a bit disappointing, and secondly, a 10am checkout

You can drive if you want, with free parking. The resort provided sunbeds and umbrella. It was supposed to be 2 sunbeds per room but as there weren’t many people, we were allowed four

We walked the length of the beach from end to end, the other end near Simius was more beautiful - clear, emerald waters with fish swimming near the shore

Comfortable apart-hotel type rooms with kitchenette, crockery and dining/living area, large balcony with a nice large table where, in our case, potentially 8 of us can eat comfortably (!!) overlooking the pool and garden

Beautiful and functional structure. Staff very helpful and attentive to our needs. A special note to a special person: the lifeguard Marcello supported us throughout the holiday

You can have breakfast and fresh food in front of the pool, access to the beach, sunbed with shadow, private garden surrounded by Bougainville and Oleandri

the pool area is open 9-7, it’s pretty much empty, gets little busy with kids by the end of the day. There is restaurant on site opened whole day, for reasonable prices. It is 5 mins walk to the beach

Cons Rooms are cleaned 1x per week with change of towels and bedding, which in my opinion is not enough for what you pay. you change the bed, you get clean bedding on the day only

Very clean apartments and pool area. Very child friendly, kids were allowed to jump in pools, or have lilos. People are not allowed to reserve sun lounger with towel!!

Cala sizia or tamatete is a must!! Amazing beach. Simmius beach is amazing too with 2 restaurants and gelatto/ clothes/ beach toys vendors walking up and down

BOOK this hotel DIRECTLY with them and sun loungers on the beach are FREE, otherwise you pay €25/day. There is laundry room which we did not know about

Very kind and helpful staff that did all they could to make our stay as good as it could be. If the sea on one side is rough, it is quiet on the other side. Nice heated swimming pool and beach installations

The property is very well kept, the gardens surrounding it are very beautiful and we found the staff very nice and friendly

All small apartments enjoy sea views and come with terrace (like ours) or patio, and are perfect for a relaxing vacation

This isnt what i expect from a 4 star hotel. The villas are rather small but the cleaners are efficient and changed our towels made thr beds and cleaned room daily

Rooms were nice, although our Aircon didn't work, was told system was changing over from 23rd May but nothing changed, it was blowing out air which I'm fairly confident was hotter than the outside temp, was always colder outside the room than inside

Showers were extremely powerful, great water pressure. Pool is very nice and hotel in general is lovely. Was very quiet when we went, never saw more than 3 or 4 groups of people around the main pool at any one time

One minute there was loads of choice for evening meal in buffet restaurant then hardly anything another night and this wasnt anything to do with what time you chose to go it was just what was being offered

The food at the hotel was inconsistent quality wise especially breakfast

I recommend anyone to simply hire a car, as getting to and from the airport by public means is double the cost or more than just hiring a car for the duration of most trips

The sea is just a few meters from the hotel and the walk to it will be pleasant and short. The beach is clean, with two lifeguards always present and capable

To say the hotel is close to the beach is an understatement. The beach itself is as picturesque as any in Sardinia and for some obscure reason less crowded than the others around it

Add to that a very friendly and helpful staff and you can't recommend the hotel highly enough

First you arrived and the staff take care of your bags and tell you that they upgrade you ! Perfect ! Then the weather goes bad and during the night a wall start to be humid, you don't even notice as you are not really awake

But at the end of your magnificent breakfast, the staff tell you what happen and give another great room ! Perfect ! And then no water in all the city for two days ! The staff gives you news of what is going on and water

Our stay at the hotel Aras was amazing and we decided to stay for another night. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms are modern, new and spotless. People working in the hotel were always happy to help with advice

Great hotel, very friendly host and great location. Nice and cozy room, which was cleaned every day. We had an option to chose what we want for breakfast from the list, which is a nice alternative for a buffet

The only small problem is parking, however we have been given clear instructions by the host where we can find some parking space on the street nearby and never had any problems

Had a very pleasurable 4-day stay in Le Fontane. Perfect for a no-nensense holiday where we were just visiting another beach every day, while still having a swimming pool during certain hours open at the accomodation

Fair enough but then they added 20 euros for 2 packs of towels and a massive 70 euros for cleaning the place. This is ridiculous and to all intents is a hidden charge. Having said all that I would stay here again

I recommend this resort, even if it is not on the beach. It will provide you to the beach with a partner hotel. In return, the staff is friendly and friendly from the waiter to the reception

It is an oppotunity to ride a bike and to use towels at the beach for free. The only thing is this resort is a little bit far from the beach and restaurants, shops, but the location is perfect for travelers by car

This is a real gem of a hotel in the heart of Villasimius! Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, private parking (reservation needed), located just a short walk from the Main Street of Villasimius with all it's restaurants, bars and shops

What made the place really nice were the super nice owners and hosts Rosalba and Enrico as well as the receptionist Barbara who make your stay like at home! We will definitely stay again at HRS during our next visit to Villasimius! Gracie mille per tutto!
