Great place,the beach,the sea is gorgeous, absolutely normal rooms, super food,the option of Turkey but in Italy and with good service and attitude

Lovely Food. Wonderful beaches. Hotel employees could be nicer. No mini bar or water in the rooms. I would like to go back . Sardenha beaches are wonderfull

Have a meal in their fish restaurant "stella di mare" or enjoy their pizzeria with amazing high quality ingridients. Their evening entertaiment is great with shows running every night

Stayed a week in July and was very impressed with the high level of services, infrastructure and things to do

As example, electric boiler for hot water is not good, because if you are three people the hot water couldn't be enough for all of them. also, 300 Mb of Internet per day aren't much, they could provide unlimited access

Great location with its own stunning sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise water. Rooms are spacious and tasteful. And plenty of resort services such as spa and a variety of activities are offered

The staff were all friendly and helpful Some areas need to be updated including the building exterior however that does not deter from enjoying the experience

We really enjoyed the beach, as well as the seafood restaurant 'Il Ginepri' where we received great service and recommendations from Andrea

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel, the beach is absolutely amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful, the only thing I’d improve is the amount of staff that speaks English

The location is perfect if you’re going to be spending your days at the beach, but not so good if you want to see things around, transportation is very scarce around here

We had an amazing time at Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi! The resort is beautiful with breathtaking views, and the kids’ club staff were the best we’ve encountered—full of energy and so well-organized

While the resort offers everything a family needs, the gym could use some modernisation. Still, we highly recommend it for a perfect family getaway

If you have the money and you're willing to spend it, this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Sardinia

A nice place. Everything is immaculately maintained. A magnificent natural setting with an immersive effect. The beach is next to the hotel, very well maintained, spacious, neat. Wonderful sea.

Nice tidy beach nearby, nice shower, clean supervised two pools (one got trampoline), green tidy good looking areas around, palmtrees, cactus, pinetrees, welcoming staff, nice restaurant

Great resort, where you can either cook in your little appartement over looking the beach and the ocean or eat at the restaurant or grab a snack at the beach bar, ideal for families

We only had one night and we wanted to use the beach after we had to leave the room, so the hotel let us store our luggage. They also have a shower for you to use, with guest towels and shampoo

Ideal if you want some sit around the pool or the beach ⛱️ all day. The hotel staff and the locals aren't to keen on the British people and don't go out of their way to help you even though there can speak English

A nice, clean & welcoming in the country but at the same time close to the beach. I would stay there again without second thoughts.

We stayed four days in this structure my husband and I, from 2 to 6 July 2021, we had a great time both in terms of the always varied and excellent food, the abundant and varied breakfast, and for the courtesy of the staff, always present

Parking is available at little extra payment, as well as special reserved sunbed on the public beach. Very good stay for the summer holidays

We went at a time that town was quiet so I would imagine it's quite lively in the summer. Very clean, breakfast is lovely a nice variety of food. Very near main area of town and beach less than kilometre away

It has a relaxing atmosphere with friendly staffs around. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket and quite a few restaurants nearby as well as a rent a bike store right next door! Great location

Good Boutique Hotel with a small number of rooms made in a cozy Sardinia style. Very nice stuff, good cleaning every day

Absolutely fantastic hospitality and food. The pool is one of the better ones that I’ve seen. The owner speaks fluent English. The rooms are well designed and well thought through.

We were moved from Palm Village, it was so great that we want extend, and the price was much higher from basic. Luckily we go research the rest island beauty then.

Comfortable rooms but not modern. Average breakfast with few options and mostly processed food. Convenient beach - 4 min walking distance. Close to other great beaches and Villasimius village

Good selections from their menu. Chef does create food item; that resemble homemade, the pizzas were great, but only available (as normally is the practice) for evening dinners

I've experienced only the restaurant. But it is really nice, good price for good quality and a wonderful fresh and chilly location. A must if you are around the area

Also pizza is not bad and of course you can choose between really good wines

What was a little bit annoying, was that we had to wait quite some time to either order again or pay. But all in all a good restaurant. The dining area outside is beautiful with an olive tree in the middle👍

We ate dinner at the Restaurant. We liked it! But the staff didn't speak english as good as hoped but we were able to order

The private beach is 650 m far, it's beautiful, clean and lifeguards are very gentle. There are umbrella, beach loungers and towels

A short walk to the beach, which is really nice too and the main centre of town is only a short walk too

Room very clear and comfortable, there is air conditioning but it seems not necessary during the night. Resort has a pool, usefull for babies. It's possible to use the pool of the bear green village resort

We stayed three nights and have only compliments. Once again we find that it is the people that make the difference. Though the rooms are comfortable and clean as well

1k Euros for one week for a family of four in a smallish room (one double bed and two bed sofas with bottom falling out) & a meager breakfast is a far too much

OTOH the whole area is vastly overpriced - at least during this period (mid July)- so it's par for the course of what's around

Very kind and helpful staff that did all they could to make our stay as good as it could be. If the sea on one side is rough, it is quiet on the other side. Nice heated swimming pool and beach installations

The property is very well kept, the gardens surrounding it are very beautiful and we found the staff very nice and friendly

All small apartments enjoy sea views and come with terrace (like ours) or patio, and are perfect for a relaxing vacation

You can have breakfast and fresh food in front of the pool, access to the beach, sunbed with shadow, private garden surrounded by Bougainville and Oleandri

the pool area is open 9-7, it’s pretty much empty, gets little busy with kids by the end of the day. There is restaurant on site opened whole day, for reasonable prices. It is 5 mins walk to the beach

Cons Rooms are cleaned 1x per week with change of towels and bedding, which in my opinion is not enough for what you pay. you change the bed, you get clean bedding on the day only

Very clean apartments and pool area. Very child friendly, kids were allowed to jump in pools, or have lilos. People are not allowed to reserve sun lounger with towel!!

Cala sizia or tamatete is a must!! Amazing beach. Simmius beach is amazing too with 2 restaurants and gelatto/ clothes/ beach toys vendors walking up and down

BOOK this hotel DIRECTLY with them and sun loungers on the beach are FREE, otherwise you pay €25/day. There is laundry room which we did not know about

Very nice hotel and pool close to the beach, very friendly service, good value for money. They have own reserved area at the beach where you can book an umbrella, so no reason to worry about a space at the beach.

Amazing hotel with a wonderful garden and pool. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is fantastic and a beautiful beach is just a few minutes walk away. We had a great time here and enjoyed every minute.

We had a great stay at Fiore Di Maggio. Breakfast above expectation! Nice swimming pool (amazing deep part for diving instructions!), perfect location next to a semi-private beach

The food in the restaurant is excellent (I had the nicest orata I've ever tasted) and the prices are very reasonable. The location right next to the beach is also a big plus

And also really good food in the half-board menu. I think this hotel offers best value for money in the neighbourhood (with a lot of high end hotels next door for sure)
