First of all, the person in the reception was not very welcoming, he seemed very bored and uninterested, he immediately took us to the rooms. Room was dated and without wifi, we asked if he could give us another room, he behaved like he didnt want to do his job, very rude.He made me pay one full day for the reservation. No wifi at all,

Best location on Vulcano (great walk to the sand beach as it’s right on the beach and good distance to shops) very clean rooms, air con, breakfast, and the staff!

My partner and I arrived in Vulcano on August 15 at eight in the evening, without having booked any accommodation, almost by chance we found availability in this residence, and to our surprise we were really surprised. The room was really nice, comfortable and clean, with a small fridge which was really useful. The staff very polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast, and organization. The only note that I feel like doing is to take care of the path that leads to the rooms a little more. But despite this I strongly recommend this hotel, especially for the price, which is really competitive and for the services it offers, many more than a multi-starred hotel.

Would have 4 stars, but the place is difficult to find. The staff are nice and the rooms are good for the price. And can't beat being right on the beach though.
