Instead, they told me the refund should come from the booking site, even though I paid the deposit in person at the hotel. Naturally, the booking site couldn’t help, as they weren’t involved in the deposit transaction.
The hotel ignored my messages for a while, then pretended to be helping, but eventually just stopped responding. They made no real effort to resolve the issue. It’s clear they were interested in taking the money, but not in helping the guest when there’s a problem.
Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend staying here.

We booked a 3 single bed room with a balcony for just $23 per night—super affordable! We only needed a place to crash for the night, so it worked perfectly for us.
The water pressure was quite low, so it took a while to rinse my hair, but at least the water was warm, which was nice. The cleanliness was somewhere in the middle—not spotless, but not terrible either. For a one-night stay, it was totally acceptable.
One thing to note: the room listed amenities like small towels and big towels, but there were no small towels provided. Just something to keep in mind.
Overall, it was worth the price for a short stay!
