I was really happy with this place.
Great value for such a big clean and quiet room only minutes walk fron the milddle of town, and with more pleasant views than other places I’ve stayed in Kampot.
No fridge, no safe, and the internet upstairs wasn’t working BUT no complaints either with the friendly staff, kind manager, and the quietness.
I passed my originally scheduled hotel on this trip too and was glad I didn’t stay there because the noise fron the street was astonishing as some loud event (wedding with live band and DJs) made it hard to even hear a tuk tuk engine.

A small, very cozy hotel. Great location. We checked in well ahead of schedule. The linens and towels were clean. There's no elevator, which is a major drawback; I carried my suitcase up and down to the fourth floor myself. Reception helped me buy a ticket to Phu Quoc Island. The only issue was that the information about the boat transfer time was inaccurate. I recommend staying overnight for a couple of days.

I and my family loves this simple and yet functional hotel for its excellent rooms and windy location with a great view of Bokor mountain .
It’s near to Kampot market with many cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the riverfront . One can try Kampot durians when in season or savour fresh and cheap oysters from the market .

It is located in the center, the room is clean, the air conditioner is new, you can buy tickets and rent a scooter right at the hotel! From the wishes: add a refrigerator to the room.

Would really recommend this guest house where we were warmlyy greeted and assisted. The rooms are in great condition and well appointed with fresh linen, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste provided. There is a restaurant attached, but it does not appear to serve food. Lovely well- tended open air around the hotel itself.

Worst experience ever. When arrived the owner said no room for me. He salso asked for more money because it was around new year eve (I booked from agoda and paid one month before) Had to argue for two hours before getting another room (that was very bad). The next day had to change to another room that was with no windows and in a dark and humid corner of the building. Definitely not what I was supposed to get. There is no security and the building is always open, means anyone can easily broke into your room. No one at the reception at any time. Have always to call a number. To avoid at all cost. There are si many other good places in Kampot.
