The service from the manager, Nim (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) was excellent and spot on! My friends and I couldn't stop talking about how welcoming she made us feel everywhere! The rooms were cozy and the outdoor bath was cool. The food could be improved but overall we had a great stay! The sea in front of the hotel was also clean and beautiful :)

A great place on a dream island: well-kept beaches, quality service, isolated bungalows in the wild, a French couple of managers, very friendly and attentive to customers. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed in Tamu alone for about 9 days in 3 different rooms (not their fault). I stayed in a tent in the forest, a tent with a sea view and a jungle room, everything was clean, tidy, spacious and very welcoming. The staff is kind, very knowledgeable and ready to help the guest. Very good restaurant, I always had lunch there and never had the same thing. Very good breakfast, excellent fruits and a large selection of snacks (cold and hot). Paradise, you can buy shoes and always walk with your feet in contact with nature, from the moment you leave the room, the restaurant is on the sand. Beautiful dark green pool, perfectly integrated into the natural context.

We can only warmly recommend the hotel from start to finish.
It starts with the nice staff, whether front office manager, housekeeping or the waiters in the restaurant, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was freshly prepared and very tasty. The additional dishes besides the selection at the buffet were also very good and fresh.
We loved the idea of using the tents as rooms. Of course, you should be prepared to encounter a gecko, frog or snail in the bathroom, after all, you are also booking a nature experience here!
The cocktails are also very good, happy hour from 4-6 can only be recommended.
The white beach was always clean and well maintained, as was the entire resort!
If I were to come to Koh Rong again, I would check in here again!

Went there with my friend, felt like we were on a honeymoon, this part of the island was somehow quiet with nothing to do much in the night time, would be ideally for couple who want quiet time. Would be a bit boring for youngsters or adults in their 20-30.

We stayed here around a week with my girlfriend and had an experience with sea front, sea view and jungle tents. All those tents were very good and even jungle tent is not far away from the sea nor cafeteria.
We liked very much the calmness of the place. Beautiful sea and the beach. Friendly prices and good food in the cafeteria, also very friendly staff, especially Chantrea with his beautiful soul :)
We absolutely had relaxing time there and we are very happy with it. We strongly recommend.
Staff is awesome in general, very friendly and nice people. I had a medical emergency and all of the staff including the owner, were very helpful and available. They personally took care of me, which practically and also mentally helped a lot. I would like to thank the owner Alex and all the staff for their assistance. I will never forget that.

What a great surprise !
Everything is great in this hotel. Delicious food and tasty drinks.
Peaceful pool with beautiful jungle environment, and the beach is gorgeous. White sand and clear water.
Perfect place for relaxing and disconnecting from work and big cities.
Lovely and super friendly staff who can arrange anything for you from A to Z. They have a speedboat that pick you ups from Sihanoukville pier directly to the stands of the resort. How nice !
The rooms are spacious and modern, and there's everything you need in it.
I had the chance to meet Raphael, the Hotel Manager, who was of great assistance and very professional.
I had an amazing time at Tamu and will definitely return there !

Beautiful beach. Nice clear and calm water. White sand. The staff at the restaurant are good. Especially the older guy at the restaurant. He is very good.
This is my personal experience at the hotel.
We paid 170$ per night at the hotel and the room and hotel area is always dirty. For 170$ per night the standard should be better. We let them come and clean the room 1 time and it only took the 10-20 minutes to clean it. Which is very quick for cleaning everything…..🥹
Out door shower and toilet. Good concept but when you have to use it and dealing with it for 4 nights. It’s a nightmare. All the bugs, insects and mosquitoes are everywhere. You can’t even use the toilet in peace. You will get covered by mosquitoes by the time you finish using the toilet. I’m from Thailand and I feel scared every time to go use the toilet. I have to make sure the toilet lid is always closed when we don’t use it.
Bedroom: lovely bed and pillows. Good size of the room. The fan at our room is broken but the hotel gave us a standing fan instead. A lot of insects inside the room. Under ours bed 😅 we have to have sure we strip the bed to look under the blanket before we go in. They should have a broom for guess to clean the room. Should have more then 1 floor mat.
Breakfast: good breakfast. One of the best things i like here. The breakfast is 5 stars ⭐️ and staff at the restaurant are good.
Beach area, mattress: we stay there for 4 nights. I only see 1 day that have people came and sweep the mattresses. We found centipede under our mattress. 🥲 luckily it didn’t bite us or my son. Also we found snake skin too. The guy at the hotel when we cheeked in he said this island have no snake. Well, it’s not true.
I think staff should at least in the morning clean the mattresses and flips them over to cheek and clean it before guests using it.
Swimming pool: ok. Small but it’s long. You can swim if no one around. I sat it on the step inside the pool and my swimming suit turn dark green on the area of my bottom. 😅 maybe they need to clean the pool more.
