From the moment we arrived, the staff at Aristocrat made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail were beyond expectations. Every request was met with a smile, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Our room was spotless, and every corner of the property was well-maintained, giving us a sense of freshness and relaxation throughout our stay.

One of the highlights was the top-floor breakfast experience. Waking up to a delicious spread of freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, and gourmet coffee while overlooking the breathtaking sea view was simply unforgettable. The combination of exquisite flavors and the serene morning ambiance made it the perfect start to our day.

Overall, Aristocrat exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

The staff is very friendly.
It's quiet at night because it's away from the downtown area.

A group of 7 of us stayed at the Hotel. We were deep sea fishing and arrived at the Hotel very early due to a storm. We had a very early check-in and a late check out the next day, all at no extra charge. The staff were fantastic the rooms good and location great.

This hotel should be rated higher maybe 8.4 ...one of the best hotels I have stayed in everything perfect clean comfortable bed lots of pillows lots of electric sockets lighting excellent...air con good bathroom great shower ..everything works...yes I would stay in this hotel again and again

Quite good value for money, and specifically to those participating in annual marathon events in Sihanoukville. Its location is close to the start/finish line.
The room is spacious and good at hygiene.
The only short coming is the bathtub issue. The hotel advertises it on Agoda website, but there isn’t bathtub in the room in reality.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful plus free English staff, affordable prices (during Covid-19), reasonable value for money and decent WIFI speed. The hotel is located close to the pier for boats going to Koh Rong, so it's a good place if you want to catch the speed boats. Safe on top. We have stayed here 3 times now and in my opinion it is one of the best hotels if you need to spend a couple of days in Sihanoukville. We'll be back!

The hotel is closely the beach port go to another KOH, Sea view 🌊 so relax.
