Great location with a fantastic view near the beach ⛱️ own restaurant available. Good food, note restaurant close at 20:00.
Breakfast well organized.

It's clearly visible the place has been a popular and unique in the past.
Unfortunately the clamor is lost.
The buildings has a overwhelming lack of maintenance and the furniture has seen better times.
Therefore the price $100 a night is well overrated.

During arrival there is no proper introduction. Regard the facilities of the hotel.

- Beds are really hard ( not comfortable)
- furniture has had there best times badly needs an upgrade to maintain the clamor of the past.
- Please don't touch your toilet seat it's embarrassing so old and dirty.
- All window, handrails, roofs, painting of buildings, airconditioning's, room control panels and structure of buildings. Needs urgent maintenance.

After all we had a great time at Shihanoukville due we spend 90% of our time outside from the hotel.

Each room $100 a night ($600 total)
- All rooms where in the same condition. Lack of maintenance, not clean, old/broken furniture.
