One of the best oceanfront views with a nice beach. Sadly the hotel and the grounds are not well maintained and are understaffed so the service suffers because of that. The room is quite okay but the building and hotel itself is quite old. To me, it's not worth the money of 80$+/night. What's worse, I didn't receive the welcome drink and at the lobby entrance, I was not welcomed properly as a hotel guest. Not even guidance on parking space and security. Definitively the best Hotel I have had the opportunity of staying at during my 6 months traveling Asia. I found myself torn between relaxing in the spotless and airy rooms or admiring the gorgeous sea-view from the infinity pool. As someone who would rather heard cats than wake up for breakfast, I was up every single morning for the breakfast. Simply outstanding.

Go to stay location is nearest to the beach. I booked on the app the room which is at the ground floor but when I arrived they choose my room on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Amazing resort very recommended

It was our first time staying at 360 Resort. The most impressive thing was the customer service, all of them were so friendly, helpful…. The foods are good, the views from the hotel are so nice. One thing they need to improve is the signs to each room, every rooms needed to be check and clean often to prevent smell. Like to stay more if the rooms are renovated.

The hotel itself is okay in term of cleanliness and staff. The pool is a bit small and not very well maintenance. The location is not ideal, small muddy road and flooded on rainy season which is not pleasant to see and go there by walk.

The pool is great and deep(1.6m) but there's no lifeguard. Restaurant and shopping choices are very boring. More catered towards China Chinese but low end. The price is adequate to the quality. About 15 min. to the beach. For an additional fee of $5, we were allowed to check in early. There are several street food places nearby where you can eat cheaply. Several grocery stores are also about a 5-minute walk away.

The view was AMAZING! You can see the ocean right in front of your balcony! The curtain in the bathroom that is near the tub is electronic with a remote! There's a nice shower too! The resort is steps away from the beach, with a nice veranda lounge area, a nice pool with pretty trees and chairs to relax.

Nice pool area which i unfortunately could not use due to the big constant noise created by the emergency generator. I really enjoyed my stay here, it’s very chill and the staff are all incredibly friendly. The beach is just across the road and the pool is huge and well shaded. This trip was basically a reconnoissance run to see what had become of Otres2 beach. Before 2020, this was an excellent destination for a beach vacation. In late 2019, the government widened and paved the beach road (now four-lane highway) and reclaimed beachfront and restaurants from the hotels. The restaurant is now effectively closed, serving a mediocre breakfast to guests. Not sure what happens...

The place is near Orchestial Beach - you just need to walk about 3 minutes to get there. The environment and the decoration is also nice, but a bit gloomy to me. There's also a pool that can be accessed easily from the dinning room. Overall, a fine place to stay if you just need somewhere to crash in and have a quick breakfast.

Very nice hotel, warm and cooperative staff, great location - right in the middle of all the best restaurants and hangouts, plus barely a couple of hundred metres from the pier. Stayed at the Penthouse - beyond expectations! Cherished every minute of the stay. Downside - the breakfast spread was a let down. But the omelette and French toast were the saviours.
