Pretty Basic spa hotel. Really expensive compared to the quality of the spa. Nothing special really. We stayed for one night but we werent able to get any treatmets since "fully booked". If you want massage or any treatsments make sure you book them beforehand. For the price and lack of treatments I wouldn't go here again. Rooms were nice and clean. Good water pressure and silky softa bedsheets...

Hotel has no trash bins for recycle which is strange...There's only one pool and because it was a hot day outside, inside was even worse, especially at the evening, even though the small door was open. No pets allowed and it's sad because it's a huge must nowadays. They definitely shoud think about it in the future.

AC in the rooms doesn't work/is not adjustable. There is no coffee or black tea in the rooms although there is a boiler and cups. No "welcome" water, drinks, except for a few apples. Breakfast is varied but quality is poor: ingredients used feel old and flavourless. The "juices" are sirup. The coffee machines make only 2 types of coffee both horrible. The elevators were out of service one morning...

The spa was a very relaxing experience. The hallways to the hotel rooms had this amazing scent. The decoration looked very well thought out. The pool area was not large. There was also a bowling area down the stairs which also had a pool area and a bar near the bowling. Excellent hotel very kind staff and professional especially the lady that we check in with her and the houssekeeping that she clean our room. Spa is nice and clean but I don't recommend any of treatments was expensive and doesn't worth it they don't have a good skills I didint enjoy any of the massages that I did .

It's good place to stay definitely it take your mind away and relax 😌 but other thing here you can here everything other side of wall of your neighbour doing like partying loud music and dog barking so don't have any sleep here big minus definitely but you come here from rest and relax to have a good time😅but hope mabey next time be better🙃😉

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The hotel's amenities exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to return this summer!

Hotel is located in a historical building, and that's nice, but SPA place and the pool is smaller than you would expect. Kids will be disappointed.

This was a comfy place to stay. We lived in an old part of the hotel with a historical vibe, which I liked. The room was clean and spacious. It had an electric fireplace – a big bonus. The staff was helpful and had good manners. Breakfast was a bit more interesting than usual hotels' sausages, omelets, coffee, etc. There were extra of everything.

Great sense of Royale there, rooms looks luxury, quiet as well. Great location. Amazing breakfast if you didn't go to them last. Saunas are great, hot tub could be hotter, but does his job.

Renovated rooms, convenient location in the town heart, unlimited access to the spa centre, a lot of places for walking and cycling, reasonable cost. Amazing place for families. Small but full if activities and can't be lost compared to big water parks. Very nicely build interior - romantic in a tasty kind of way. Good sauna area, a fee water slides but for beginners - just right! You can have a small drink ir snack inside but no restaurant or cafe. Check in advance, sometimes they are full in hollidays.

Not crowded,quite modern, room was clean and spacious, loads of spa choices, friendly staff. Buffet breakfast, help yourself,only minus - the toast machine, looks like hundred years old and takes ages to wait and doesn't toast, only warming, dried out bread comes out after you stand there 5min. very good service, great aqua park, free parking area, very close to the main city street, possibility to order food from pizza restaurant or from 4 vėjai restaurant located in 8 floor. Stuff reacting quickly if needed. It’s a bit noisy due to reconstruction (they starting to work at 10 until rest time ~18) no problem at all, but we wasn’t happy about bar in the aqua park- we ordered fresh orange juice...

Love the pools with different functionality, especially basketball and waves. Love the rubber boat though the tall tube slide which was so fun! Different saunas and massage treatments available too :)

Great pool area, friendly staff. However, it gives of a weird vibe as most of the hotel guests are Russian speaking senior citizens and rooms definitely need updating.

Authentic looking, clean, good location. No bathrobe in the room as stated in website. No massages to book due to only 1 massage therapist who got sick.

Hotel is quite good for the price. In Every room there is a bath which is not really common! Have a Small SPA in the bacement. With 2 saunas and a smal jakuzzi!

Overall, the hotel's location is very good, and it is a new hotel built four years ago. I liked the customer comment that the designer was suffering from deep depression. There was an unpleasant smell in the shower cabin. There are ventilation issues because the air in the rooms is heavy; it was necessary to keep the doors open at night. The hotel is very nice, with great welness spa offers and amazing restaurant. It is quite expensive but offers some extraordinary services. Guest service could improve to reach the excellence; however, I would definitely recommend stay here.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night in a studio that granted us access to the spa facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, but do note that there is a charge for parking in the private hotel garage, although free parking options are available nearby. We rested with my family for 2 days. The child had his own room. You can probably smoke on the balcony. There was an ashtray. The beds are comfortable. The room is bright, warm and clean. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The pool is small but my son and I liked it.

Liked: Cozy SPA on the roof, amazing breakfast, pleasant staff, affordable price. Disliked: Location is not perfect, it's close to the noisy road and there is a 20 min walk through a park to the center of the city. Also, SPA might get crowded.

The hotel is in a very peaceful residential area surrounded by the woods, away from the touristy part of Druskininkai, so we had no trouble with noise. Hotel is pet-friendly and the staff is lovely and willing to help, one of friendliest I ever encountered. The room was very clean and the bed soft and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again.

We had a lovely two nights stay there, the staff are very friendly, the room is clean and facilities on the roof with sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi very nice. It's a little bit further from the center of the city but only a few kilometers walk and they also offer bicycles for your convenience. Good value for money will probably be back.

Beautiful and cozy hotel&spa. Rooms are spacious and you’ll find there all you need. Breakfast was really good with great selection. What I like the most is the rooftop with the hot tub. You have a place to relax with comfortable beds and chairs. The staff is very polite and friendly.

The hotel is nice and clean, though some parts a a bit outdated. Excellent price/quality ratio. The breakfast buffet was fairly limited, though it was the off-season, so might be normal. The restaurant food is delicious but it us only open until 21.00. Overall a good place (right at the center of the city!) if you are looking for a quiet place to relax on a budget. The spa services were excellent.

Delicious food, we recommend the grilled pork neck and the dumplings. Price is fair as the meat seems to be premium quality. Portions are generous and the veg is fresh.

Very nice and helpful staff, good food and breakfast! Also enjoyed hot baths in the room. Near supermarket, 5 min away from Baulingerie (recommend) and 10 min from city centre. Slept well, beds are comfortable.

Good place in the city, quite big and clean rooms, pleasant staff, but no elevator to 3rd floor, so a bit annoying to carry kids trolley to Lux class room, very few windows in the room and roof windows can't be opened.. but in general good price to quality ratio.
